If I could give no stars I would. The chicken was disgusting they left half of my order and the corn was not fresh my daughter said it actually smells like pee. I called a couple of times to speak to a manager and nobody picks up and the mailbox is full. They were also trying to charge me .35 for some honey mustard NEVER GO HERE

I didn’t read the reviews first, shame on me. This place used to be good once upon a time. However, not anymore. My first time returning food to a fast food place.
I didn’t even bite into it, it just looked dry old and sad. I returned it so fast I forgot to take a pic. Just imagine chicken that’s been sitting out for a week…

Very poor service. While no one is blatantly rude, I’ve been on multiple occasions, hoping that the prior incidents were flukes, but there’s ALWAYS a problem. The orders are always incorrect, the staff person on the register frequently messes up the change, and the chicken always tastes over cooked or stale. After three failed attempts to eat at this location, I can safely say that my friends and I are DONE. This place needs new management and a deep cleaning.

Chicken strips are way too small in the FILL UP BOX FOR $ 5.
The mac and cheese was watery. Also the chicken had water literally dripping from it. Nice…
The place was clean tho and so were the bathrooms. Also the cashiers were friendly so it was not all that bad. But the food can use a little help here.

Disappointed in this Popeyes. Chicken seemed to be old. Wasn’t crispy or spicy. Sides were not good either. Save your calories for some place else!

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Couldn’t even order and they weren’t even busy. The guy I assume to be the franchise owner walks over and asks me what I’m waiting for. I tell him that I’m waiting to order. He begins to make some sort of motion as though he’s gonna take care of it. Then his cell phone rings and he walks away. Waited another few minutes and fucking left.

This Popeyes only gets a star because you have to give at least one. The customer service here has been less than acceptable. I have tried to get past it as this is the only Popeyes in a few miles. But every time I go… service sucks! Done

I need the occasional fried chicken fix and Popeye’s is my supplier of choice. This particular location is no different from the others I have visited over the years. I found it to be clean, the staff polite and the food was good. I would go back.

Everytime I go there they either mess up the order or the food taste like it was fried in 10 day old grease. Yuck! I will not be returning there!

Check your order or beware. I love Popeye’s chicken and this is my local Popeyes. I’ve been a million times. But after two recent experiences I won’t be returning.
I went through the drive through about a month ago. I should have checked my order before I left, but I didn’t. When I got home instead of my 4 piece dinner, I had a two piece dinner. I was pissed.
I called the store and not only did the person on the phone not apologize, he offered me a «free» two piece dinner. «Oh a „free“ two piece dinner huh? Didn’t I already pay for those two pieces.» So he basically offered me a free biscuit. «Thanks.»
I was pretty much done right then. But I agreed. He refused to give his name and said that he wrote my name down in a book and the manager would give me the «free» meal on my next visit.
So today went in for my free meal. The manager barely glances at the book and tells me that she doesn’t see my name. With a nasty attitude she tells me that she can’t help me if I came in six months ago. Sorry if I don’t remember the exact date, but it wasn’t six months ago.
During our argument and her speedy page flipping, I notice my name. Did she apologize? No she proceeds to berate me for waiting over a month before I came in. And continues to insist that I shouldn’t be upset because she didn’t mess up the order.
I was livid. By this time other customers were looking on. So now I look like a crazy person. You screw up my order and then give me a hard time about getting what I paid for. I’m done.
In the end she gives me too sad pieces of «free chicken» and a biscuit. I took it, left and promptly called the corporate headquarters to complain.
Go if you dare, the chicken is hit or miss. Triple check your order and beware of the mistake book.
Final rating, poor customer service, mediocre greasy food.

Spicy Strips!!! Yeeah!!! Prices are a little lower than other Popeyes. Quality of food is a little lower as well as portions seem a little smaller than other Popeye’s in the MD/​DC area.
Notorious for mixing up orders, double check always!
