Well the quasadilla I ordered was burnt and the cantina burrito was to. The tortillas on both were almost all a cross between a dark brown and almost a black. Needless to say it went into the trash. That coupled with them giving me the wrong drink made this the worse fast food experience. I didn’t bother calling bc I’m not going back out in the rain. Huge disappointment.

When I called to see if they were open the person in the background kept saying«we closed bitch we closed bitch» over and over. If you can’t be professional enough to work at TACOBELL, please just file for a mental disability and stay home.

This place is terrible. Especially at night! I went and got the new stuffed natcho box. And this«stuffed natcho» is not what I paid for. It literally had NO filling at all. I couldn’t even eat the thing! It was burnt and had nothing on the inside. I paid $ 12.00 for very little food and they ripped me off and I’m not very happy about it. This happens a lot at this location. And the people work on the night shift just don’t care.

It’s Taco Bell, I’m rating based on it being a) fast food & b) Taco Bell. Friendly service. Clean. Food hot & as ordered. Great location. Also our nachos where HUGE!!! Thanks Taco Bell!!!

The drive through taker was very polite however when I reached the pick up window the manager(I think, he was dressed in a different color shirt than the other three people I noticed through the window) handed me my drink. when I inserted the straw and took a sip it spilled down the front of me because the top was only half on. It took a few hand waves for me to get the managers attention through the window because he was talking to another employee. When he saw me I said«You handed me this, half opened and it spilled all down my shirt. Can I have some napkins»? he handed me one(seriously one). I was visibly upset with him handing me one napkin so he said let me fix this for you(in a condescending way) and took the cup pushed the lid on it and handed it back to me. He gave me an apology that was less than empathetic and gave me two more napkins. He never offered to refill my now half empty drink or anything. He quickly left the window and another employee gave me my order. Our food was fine but the inconsiderate way he treated me was completely uncalled for. I am always polite and respectful to everyone I meet and it makes me so upset to receive less than that especially from somebody in the service industry. I do not care where you work, Fine dining or a greasy spoon. I will give you the same respect. I expect the same.

DONOTGOHERE. Every time I go to this taco bell i have a horrible experience. The last time I went they had screwed up everything I ordered. They put meat on everything I asked for without meat. Today I stopped by hoping they were just having a bad day last time I was in, I was wrong. I ordered nachos which they didn’t put any cheese on, which kind of defeats the purpose of nachos. They also forgot to put baja sauce on my cheesey gordita crunch. When we confronted them on this they were rude and did the minimum to make it up. I’m okay with driving a little further for my taco bell fix from now on.

I agree with Carlos. These people have no clue how to make food or make a customer happy. I have gone here many times and never have a nice time, I now go another few miles out of my way to another Taco Bell. I once saw two workers messing around while filling sauces putting them down each other’s bra then back out to serve to guests! Another time my husband actually stopped the manager from making his food and asked him to change his gloves. This is because we stood there and watched the guy scratch his head under his cap, rub his face and then make someones food with the same nasty gloves! I love sweet tea and I have gone there and they were out, I told them and an hour later when we left they were still out. It is this place that gives fast food workers a bad name, but $ 15 per hr is what they should make so they say.

Wow. Look at all of the Taco Bells on Unilocal in the area and this one has some of the lowest reviews of all of them. So it’s no wonder that I LOVE Taco Bell, but am leaving a 2 start review for this particular Taco Bell. I used to LOVE going to Taco Bell. I would go probably 3 or 4 times a week because whenever I couldn’t decide on something, Taco Bell as always a safe choice. Well, not anymore. Not at this Taco Bell anyway. Were do I start? Lets see. Burritos with stale/hard tortillas. This is just nasty. I want my burritos to have nice soft steamy tortillas. I very seldom get this at this Taco Bell. Stale/hard tortillas is all too common at this Taco Bell. Grilled Stuffed Burrito with under cooked rice. There is nothing worse than eating half of a Burrito only to finally make it to the rice portion of the burrito(because they don’t evenly spread it throughout the burrito) and find under cooked rice. Where you’re left with a mouth full of little pieces of rice that you couldn’t chew. Well, this has happened to me on several occasions at this Taco Bell. Cheesy Gordita Crunch with Hard/stale soft tortilla. This is usually a pretty good item to order, but at this Taco Bell, I have had the outer«soft» tortilla so bad that it was almost hard. I took one bite and had to take it back. To their credit they did re-make it and it was good the second time around, but that taco should have never made it out. Drinks…How hard is it to keep your drinks stocked? I went in to this Taco Bell not once, Not Twice, SEVERALTIMES where they were out of Dr Pepper. And a few times where they were out of both Dr Pepper and Root Beer. These are the only two drinks on their Fountain that I drink so I had to ask for a refund on my drink order and that took them forever while I stood there and waited as my food got cold. It just really tells me that management at this Taco Bell is really lacking. Someone is not doing their job and it’s having an impact on their business. When you have someone that LOVES Taco Bell, go on several month boycotts of a restaurant that they have eaten at more than 3 – 4 times a week… something is going wrong. I’m being nice leaving 2 stars just because I generally Love Taco Bell so much, but the Leander one, I’m hoping will either fall under new ownership or just go ahead and close all together.

I have NEVER had a bad meal here. It is consistently tasty and well-prepared. So much menu variety that you never get bored. And the Price is Always Right !!
