I came here with my coworkers for lunch and we drove about 30 minutes from the office. The parking garage nearby had plenty of spaces for a Tuesday so parking wasn’t an issue. The restaurant was busy when we came before 1pm with the line reaching the door. If your eyes were bad, then it might be a little difficult looking at the menu as there was a description of each burger with all the ingredients. There were a lot of items on their menu from burgers to hot dogs to fries to drinks. The burger that caught my attention was the Breakfast All Day Burger($ 7.27) and I was going to order that but decided to order the Brisky Business($ 8.97) which was a limited-time-only burger. I added regular hand-cut fries($ 2.97) and a soda($ 2.77). As you can tell, everything was a la carte so this could be expensive for some. It took a very long time for our food to come out because there was only three people working(two in the kitchen and one at the register). A lot more people came in with the line spanning to the door again. It definitely was good that we didn’t really have to rush back to the office. I tried half of my coworker’s Breakfast All Day Burger and that was so good! The maple syrup in it along with the bacon complemented the fried egg and the rest of the burger. The Brisky Business was just okay to me even though the bacon jam was tasty. It was probably a good thing that it was a limited time only. The hand-cut fries were nothing special to me and tasted okay. I thought this place was okay. It might not be worth the money to some who want a good burger, okay fries, and a soda but with a very long wait.

There are Bugers everywhere. But the burgers are BURGERFI are fresh tasty more than feeling and are the best that I have ever had. I will go back again and again and again and take my friends with me because the quality standards are better than any other place I have been coast to coast. Bravo BURGERFI

This is actually my first Unilocal review, but my son and I went to BurgerFI this weekend. I will start and say that the customer service was great. Even after I told the manager that I’ve had better. One thing that set me off is that the burgers displayed on the menu is soo misleading, but yet, tells the story. They appear to be huge, but when you get the burger, its the size of a MCD burger. I got the«Short Rib» burger and my son got the Breakfast all day burger. We shared a fry, he got water and I got a lemonade. Total $ 27. This was another flag. When I was asked how was your burger, I was honest and said that its small, not seasoned well and your tomatoes were not fresh. He said that everyone loves the burgers and I responded, «They don’t know any better.» I asked him has he been to Jim’s Diner or Peculiar Drive Inn? In my head, I could think of many better spots(Westport Flea Market, Unk’s, KC Smoke Burgers and yes even Five Guys). The very nice guy gave me(2) $ 5 of $ 25 tickets, that I gave to a group that was having a birthday party. I figured they would use again as this was my first time and last time. Restaurants like these keep me up at night. They cater to those who don’t care if there is something better. Kanas City has so much better, if you choose to explore and find it. P. S. The fries and onion ring(combo) was good

My hubby and I usually hit RA Sushi across the street but we decided to try this place out since we wanted something different! The place is modern and its relatively easy to navigate around the menu. Not gonna lie, the food seems insanely overpriced. The burgers were good, but super small! The fries were yummy! I don’t think we’ll come back for awhile but if you’re in the mood for a burger while you’re in Towne Center, I do recommend this place!

Best veggie burger I’ve had — it was flavorful and had some crunch, not all mushy like most that I’ve tried. My(very) picky husband said it was his new favorite burger place! The onion rings were great and we loved the garlic aioli.

Nice little place, very similar to a Five Guys restaurant. Sans the peanuts. Prices are somewhat higher. I had the single burger. It was okay. Could have used more steak sauce. Relish was good. The fries were pretty good. The best part of the meal were the onion rings. The onion was thin and not much, but the crust was very tasty. Next time, I will just order some onion rings, if you follow my expression.

Best burgers I’ve ever had, strides ahead of Five Guys and Smash Burger. Excellent onion rings and exceptional service. My only«critique» is that while the prices are competitive, you’re buying a smaller burger.

Nothing special, which is so important in this ubiquitous hamburger landscape that is this modern American cuisine. Would probably never return.

The burgers are on the small side but still plenty for most people. My teenage boys have to order 2 so that makes our meal quite expensive — 5 burgers, large fries, reg onion rings &4 drinks was $ 68! Yikes the burgers are good but they aren’t that good. I ordered mine with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, & jalapeño’s. There was maybe 1 mushroom &1T of onions. The upside is the jalapeños were fresh & not from a jar. The employees are always very friendly, it is always clean, & the food comes out quickly.

Had a great burger and fries with a friend. The design of the place is very nice, modern and spacious. Wasn’t too busy that night and the owners were around. Very nice people, makes it easy to want to come back. Food came out quick, tasted great and was very reasonably priced.

Veggie burger was top notch. Will def return. Cashier though was more focused on finding the channel with the ball game. Waited 5 minutes while she surfed. Weird. The delicious food made up for it.

The burger was really good and juicy. I ordered the double with white cheddar and carmelized onions but there were no onions on it. The fries were really good too. But really the prices are outrageous! There are burgers in KC that are just as good for a lot less money and better parking! My daughter and I each had a cheeseburger, we shared a small order of fries and had water… $ 20!!! Seriously you can have a burger at J. Alexanders for that price. And by the way if you want a soda it’s $ 3!!!

We love BurgerFi! The food is fantastic and the employees have always been very polite. We even met the owners tonight and they seemed genuinely thankful we were there. We have eaten here at least a dozen times; my husband many more as he comes for lunch. The breakfast burger is my favorite, but we’ve also had a few of the hot dogs and concretes. Everything is well worth the price! Definitely give it a chance!

Burgers are decent, but they do have a lot of extra toppings that you can add. They have really delicious, steak cut fries, and a small ide of fries is overwhelming for just one individual. Staff are always extremely friendly. The two times that I have eaten here, they have personally delivered the food to us, even though we are given al electronic device that vibrates when our food is ready. They also put their special sauce on their burgers, which is tangy and delicious. If you order your burger wrapped in lettuce, ask them not to include this sauce – it ends up just dripping everywhere anyway.

So, the burger was pretty good, not outstanding but, pretty good. Before we move on. Let me just say that I haven’t written a review for a long time but, come on people. 40 bucks for a couple of burgers, fries and onion rings along with a 40 minute wait. I couldn’t let this one go. On the bright side, it’s comforting to know that there are so many high level experts on how the meat is only selected from a cow that was trained from birth to be as healthy and happy as possible and that once the meat is gifted by the cow, it is then handled by little baby angles with butcher knives and grinders. All so that someday this gracious cow could become a gourmet burger for the people of Leawood who would then overnight become experts that are able to tell that this hamburger is made of far super meat than any other burger and blah blah blah. Really!!! We were there at lunch time on Sunday. Now go ahead and make a big deal out of us being there at the wrong time and then keep reading. Pulled into the parking garage at 12:05. Side note; the garage had a lot of spaces available and was extra convenient, we liked that a lot. Got to the burger joint at 12:10(very short walk). Ordered at 12:25 after being in a line where we were run into so many times you would think that ordering in this place is a full contact sport. Ready for this??? Got the food at 1:05! Yup, 40 minutes for a couple of burgers, limp fries and onion rings. What have we learned? This is how all these places do it now in Leawood. They make a fairly decent product at a crazy high price and then have ridiculously poor service so your experience can be enhanced by staying a lot longer than you ever expected. Lunch for me and my son, 40US dollars. Incredibly annoying wait with people bumping into us the whole time at a table we had to clean ourselves, free. Moral of the story; go to Five Guys and get the same tasting burger and limp fries for way less money.

I came here for lunch a couple of weeks ago. For some reason, the power was out at Town Center, Hawthorne Plaza and every other shopping center in that area except for Park Place. I thought BurgerFI sounded good — but so did every other group looking for a place to eat that day. Fortunately, we beat most of the rush. I had never been here before, but the guy who took my order was very friendly, helpful and patient. I ordered a single burger — and I’m doing the prices by memory because I can’t find them on the website —($ 4.95) with cheese, plus mushrooms($ 1), a cry-fry(onion rings and French fries combo)($ 5.95) with Parmesan-herb seasoning($ 1) and a drink($ 2.75 — what?). Total cost, $ 17.75. I got sticker shock because I wasn’t really paying attention to the prices at the time. Next time I would skip the drink and the extras. The burger was smaller than I expected, but it was a perfect size for me. It was juicy and very good. Mushrooms were not necessary. The cry-fry was decent — the onion rings are very thick and have good flavor. The French fries are not crisp enough for me but they weren’t greasy. The server recommended the Parmesan Herb seasoning — I should have gotten the Cajun. Just wasn’t my taste. Would I come back. Yes, but I’d adjust my order a bit next time to avoid the crazy price for lunch.

Just had Burgerfi for the first time with my hubby. I added an extra star just for them serving meat with no antibiotics or hormones. Loving they do that. I ordered a single burger with their Burgerfi sauce, grilled onions and mushrooms and lettuce. The meat itself didn’t have a lot of flavor but tasted fresh. All the toppings tasted very good. I wasn’t a fan of the bun. It tasted like a store brand hamburger bun you buy at the grocery store. I think I was expecting a gourmet bun like some places do. My hubby added bacon and cheese to his burger. Loved the bacon. The bacon wasn’t crispy but wasn’t overly chewy at the same time. He could actually taste the cheese which was nice since sometimes everything else on the burger overpowers the cheese. The fries or onion rings can feed 2 people. You can get a mixture of both if you want. Fries were great! Not too oily and full of flavor. The onion rings were huge! My hubby liked them except for the fact that if you didn’t eat them right away the batter got extremely mushy. The atmosphere was pretty cool. They have tables to sit outside as well. We would come back and try some different burgers like the breakfast all day one! Yum! So the food was ok but extra points for hormone and antibiotic free! Not too expensive. We both ate for $ 20. The only issue with service was the girl taking our order got pretty offended when we told her we could hear anything she was saying. She just told us to get closer instead of trying to talk louder. Stuff like that will keep people from coming. Don’t get so offended. We didn’t mean anything by it. ;) So go try this place out!

The hubby has been on a burger kick for the last several months, so I have been obliging him as we check out burgers all over town, but I’ve found that in general, the national chain places just don’t live up to the local joints. BurgerFi is no exception. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. If not for the very pleasant service, this would be a 2-star review. I had a peanut butter malt that was so freakin’ sinful… thick and rich and bursting with peanut-y flavor. I would come back to Burgerfi for that. Since I killed myself with calories with the malt, I decided to go with the veggie burger which was about as unexciting as a veggie burger can be. It was generally lacking in flavor and the center was completely mushy. The hubby had an apple sausage dog and he said the casing was too tough and the apple flavor wasn’t strong enough. The servings of fries are huge, but they just weren’t crispy enough for my liking.

I work in Park Place right above BurgerFi and was curious to try it since one opened up in Lawrence just weeks after I moved away. One day last month my coworker and I were in the mood for salads but when we walked over to Ingredient we found that they were closed for remodeling. So we were left with BurgerFi. I tried their VegeFi burger since I wasn’t able to get my salad and didn’t get any fries because the portions looked so huge. I have to say that it was the best veggie burger I’ve ever had, honestly better than some REAL burgers I’ve had. The cashier was also very outgoing and rang up our Park Place discount without us even asking. I haven’t been back yet because I’m trying to save money and I know I’ll get hooked if I start going regularly since it’s literally right downstairs from my office. But I will definitely be back next time I’m hankering for a good burger for lunch! My only complaint is that they don’t have sweet potato fries. Surprising considering the number of burger and fry toppings they have to offer.

BurgerFi was a nice experience. The server was very friendly and helpful, and I noticed that the store itself was very clean and tidy. I ordered the Coffee Mocha Shake and the Breakfast All Day Burger. The shake was a nice and smooth mixture with great flavor. The burger was very nice as well. While I drank the shake in the usual way, I had to eat the burger with a knife and fork. The burger paddy was perfect and the toppings were tasty. My only criticism of the burger was it’s egg. I thought that the egg should have been cooked a little bit more. As a personal preference I don’t enjoy runny«whites». I also really didn’t enjoy their«wow-factor». The egg gushed a flood of yolk down the side of the burger. Don’t get me wrong. I enjoyed the runny yolk, but it was a bit messy. I look forward to trying BurgerFi’s other menu items in the future.
