Unfortunately I went here for a Valentine’s special dinner. The service was poor. The waiter seemed hesitant about any special, or the sides. The salad was wilted and with many brown spots. When I mentioned it, he never apologized or anything else. The Entrée was served about 5 minutes after receiving the blooming onion. Asked for steak sauce which took over 15 minutes to get. The wrong dessert topping was received. Although I did contact the restaurant, I had to provide all kinds of specific data. I believe the staff needs training just once but ongoing on service and what not to serve. Unfortunately this location reflects on the general opinion of going back to any other Outback.

First time to this location. It was on a Saturday night so I expected it to be busy and it was. Used the online feature to make a «reservation» which said to show up at 7:00. Showed up at 6:45 and was seated at 7:15. The place was clearly understaffed and our waiter showed up at 7:25 and we placed our order. The food arrived at 8:10. Portions were smaller than expected and the quality of the food was average — it was not bad but it was nothing memorable. I will not return nor can I recommend based on the slow service and overall price for two adults and a child — $ 80.

I am not typically a fan out Outback Steakhouse’s, I usually think the food is sub par compared to the prices and prefer other establishments… However, this Outback was such a pleasant surprise. The service was great, especially considering the place was packed for a Valentine’s Saturday night. Our server was very attentive, and for the food came out cooked well and well prepared. This was actually my second time here, and I have to admit… I’m a fan!

I’d give 0 stars if I could… I don’t know how the food is– we waited 25 mins at our table and not even a look from the wait staff… had 2 hungry kids so we left. Never going again.

I hate writing reviews to complain, but I didn’t have the opportunity at dinner. Our server was totally overwhelmed with the amount of tables he had and was less then attentive. To us at least, he was super attentive to the other tables surrounding us– going as far as asking them how there appetizers were and refilling sodas without request. I asked for extra bread for the three of us(twice) and it was tossed on the table in passing. Not to mention our request for only a 2nd refill went ignored. Our burger was over cooked and my steak was so rare it was cold inside. The plates must have sat in the window so long our Mac and cheese crusted over and the plates were almost to hot to touch. We waiting for the check with our dinner plates still in front of us as our server offered his other tables dessert and coffee. We had someone else’s food in our check and when I asked about it, it was taken back in a huff and returned pushed back on the table. The only pleasantries came from him returning my card expecting his tip. Well, I’ve been in the business for 17 years and I’ve never — ever– tipped less than 20% until today. I don’t eat corporate often, but we are local and love the bread and blooming onion. We were 100% disappointed in the Outback tonight.

POORQUALITYPOORSERVICE. We tried this location a few months ago and said it was poor. Tonight we gave it a second chance and vowed to never go back again! The steak was overcooked and dry, they didn’t offer refills, didn’t visit the table to see how we were doing or if we needed anything and over 1.5 hrs to feed a party of 4 on a Tuesday night. nEVER AGAIN!!!

Have they gone up in price? Yes… But the food quality was really, really good. Service was very good. This restaurant in particular was a little dated, I am automatically a little afraid when half your neon sign front letters are out. Go here for a decent meal, it will be pretty good.

The food is average that you would expect from a chain restaurant. The prices are reasonable and service is good.

We have been here at least 30 to fifty times in the past four years and can tell you the prices have not gone up. They send you emails for promotions and if you fill out the survey on your receipt you get a free app. The staff is super friendly and aco adapting. Never had any issues with service or the quality of food.

Service was decent. Our waiter seemed to be a bit overwhelmed but kept it professional. The food is decent nothing but ordinary the menu does not stand out or seems appealing. This restaurant would not be my first choice, or second!

Wow, did this Outback go down in quality and WAYUPINPRICE! We’ve been going to Outbacks for many years, including this one and WOW we are massively disappointed in the quality. For example, we ordered a Bloomin’ Onion and it came out overcooked and difficult to chew. So when we told them this, the replacement Onion they gave us was basically the same. Not only that, but Outback has increased their prices to the point we’d rather dine at Mortons or Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse… I mean, why not go to those places instead considering how expensive Outback has become. Oh well, time to move on. It was nice knowing you, Outback, but we’d rather get our money’s worth somewhere else. P. S. — My friend ordered their 9oz «filet» and it was basically what their Outback Special used to be. Not worth the $ 25 price tag they’re asking. I got their salmon and it was fishy tasting. Granted, it’s a fish, I’m aware of that, but fish when cooked shouldn’t TASTE like fish. It’s now hours later and I’m still nauseous from their food. My toilet is happy, though…

Never had a problem food has been good every time I have gone. Mondays you get a free blooming onion and Wednesdays they have a $ 12 three course meal that comes with dessert. They also have reasonably priced drinks. Alot are $ 4.

I worked here 15 years ago when the joint first opened. Loved the food back then and still love it now. I’m trying to convince the owner to open for lunch on weekdays… and apparently it’s a WIP:) I always get the Outbacker special(sirloin) as its the best they have… but they have added a ton of new items to the menu over the years. Now they give you a coupon with every check for a free blooming onion if you fill out a quick/simple survey online. I get one to go on every visit and pick at it all week(for breakfast… I know it’s strange). All salad dressings are made on sight and delicious… the Caesar is my favorite of all time… but I always get it with the house salad. I’m also trying to get the owner to sell them because I love it so much! The place just got a new owner(mendi). He is super cool and friendly and always appreciates feedback. Cathy is also to best waitress but if I go and she isn’t there I’m always taken care of regardless. Would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great steak at a reasonable price!!!
