I’ve been to Tierney’s for lunch and also for brunch. Both times have been fantastic. I love the patio atmosphere on a nice day! They have one of the best patios. The food was amazing as well. They have an all you can eat buffet each Sunday that is out of this world! The service was great, and we always get seated quickly. I will definitely be back!!!

We held my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at Tierney’s. Since I’m from out of town, all planning was done through website and email. The manager, Greg, was very helpful through the whole process. Obviously, I went in a little unsure what our experience would be like. They had the private room set up for our 48 guests. We had chosen a limited menu. Everyone ordered and were all served within 15 minutes of ordering! The waitstaff was very friendly. They even made an additional apple pie appear! The food was delicious and did not disappoint. We were very happy with our experience.

Came here with a friend for breakfast and I almost missed it! it’s a little house with a nice parking lot. Entrance was facing the street. I walked in and was seated immediately. They have another dining area that’s closed off for off peak hours. Very diner like style meal. Waitress was very polite and refilled my coffee so much!

I wish I had a better server! …went there with positive energy after reading all the reviews. Once there got seated… pretty fast… good stuff. RIGHT! Then everything went down hill from there… our server was not willing to provide any feedback on our questions… it was like talking to a wall. So, we openned our handy dandy Unilocal app, and looked at all of your suggestions. We orderred 5 different entrees from the menu. I would say that they are above average, decent portions. good to go… on that end… but our server dissappeared after bringing the food, we could get refills or order more wine, beer… etc… we stopped multiple servers and they keep telling us that our server was comming. Tic toc tic toc, time passed I went around looking for her… and literraly stay with her until she followed me to my table. .I will prob go back. But for sure, I stay away from that lady.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and the food was so good!(It’s traditional american style food.) They offer different weekly specials for lunch. I think they’re are a few staples that are always on the weekly lunch menu. I ordered the Chip Chicken that came with two sides for about $ 8. It was amazing! The macaroni and the mashed potatoes were so good! A friend of mine got bacon potato soup and let me taste it, it was to die for! The service was not the best.(I heard from others in our party that is the norm) We were a party of about 8 and some of the individuals in our party did not receive their drink until right before their meal came out. There were so many items on the menu that looked really good. I can’t wait to go back and try them! Their drink specials menu looked pretty good as well.

My husband and I have been here many times and we are always greeted by a friendly staff and quick service. Their food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I love their omelets! My only complaint would be lack of parking, but overall this is an excellent restaurant!

If you are only going to have one more meal in your life let it be the potato chip chicken. It’ll change your religion.

First time here for New Years Eve and I was quite impressed! This place is a hole in the wall. I can say one of the best restaurants around Lewisville area. The service was incredibly excellent. I gave 5 stars for their service. The servers were very attentive and friendly. I couldn’t ask for anymore. The food here is huge and perfect. I shared the chicken and waffles with my boyfriend. It was really delicious and more than plenty. I loved the crispy chicken with the syrup most of all. Also, they have very yummy drinks. Check them out for special drinks and special menu since they change menu everyday. Now that is a great combination to me. Price is very reasonable. There is a big parking lot behind the restaurant. I’ll definitely be back! :)

This restaurant is REALLY excellent! We’ve been about 4 times in the last three months and have yet to have anything not incredibly enjoyable. Their menu is great and the Sunday brunch is wonderful! If you have an opportunity to go try them out, take it! I PROMISE you won’t regret it!

Thursday’s pot pie can not be beat! Even though I have not ordered anything that was not off the charts fantastic! Service is excellent food is incredible. The only tip I can offer would be to go early for lunch(plenty of seating) to avoid the long checkout line at the cashier. Check the daily lunch specials and the VIP card!

Really enjoyed dinner here last Friday night. Great local place with a low-key vibe. Service was excellent — the woman who waited on us was professional, sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. We were seated immediately and ordered two sweet teas. They had a nice paper insert for daily/seasonal specials, so we ordered the crawfish queso. Sounded weird, guy at the table next to us gave us a thumbs up, so we thought«what the heck!» It was amazing! Just good white queso with crawfish tails in it, with cajun dusted wonton chips(nice alternative to tortilla chips!!) for dipping. Seriously it was so good!

Really nice place — the food is LARGE and is very tasty. Loved their all day breakfast. They allow dogs on the patio and are VERY dog friendly there. We loved it and come back often!

The potatoes chip fried chicken is great and potato salad nice too. But the pecan crusted pork loin is a no no, pork too hard not tender enough. Need to improve on it.

Had this amazing pinot chicken and pasta, so deliscious! It’s my go to entrée now. The servers do a great job always with a smile. They usually have drink specials. We went on a Wednesday evening and it was $ 3 house wine and margaritas! I’ll take that! We usually sit outside to enjoy the weather, comfy relaxed atmosphere if you want something low key with great food!

First time here for dinner. I had the potato chip chicken, baked potato and Tierney’s side salad. It was all done to perfection! My husband had the classic burger and Momma’s chicken nachos. He loved it! We washed it all down with sweet tea, as most southerners do! 5 Stars all the way around! We will be back!!!

We use to live in Flower Mound and frequented this place several times. We now live in Dallas, but were happy to be in the area to take my in-laws to lunch. We were seated very quickly, which was nice on a Saturday afternoon, when I thought it could be crowded for brunch. The environment is cute in an old historic home. The service was friendly and quick, with our glasses being refilled frequently and our food coming out quickly. I got the turkey platter — its huge lots of sliced turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing all smothered in gravy. I got a green salad to start. It was huge and yet somehow I finished it all. Very flavorful and fresh. Tasted like I always remember eating in diners as a kid. The other people ordered the all american breakfast, the potato chip chicken, and the sinful chicken sandwich. The potato chip chicken is always great! The sandwich is insanely huge and rich, but really good. They all loved their entrees. In the past we have come for prime rib and pies. All fantastic. My only complaints are the bathroom is small and the parking lot has huge potholes that need some work.

Craft beer!!! Drafts from Deep Ellum, Rahr, Community, Peticolas, and Rabbit Hole. Lunch combo– $ 8.95 I had the potato chip chicken and it was amazing. Why has no one done this before? The combo comes with two sides. The restaurant is an old house, so how do they have urinals? I heard a rumor they have pie. I cannot wait to come here again to figure out the plumbing.

Went to Trip Advisor to see what restaurants seemed good in the Lewisville are. I should have been more attentive to some of the reviews. This restaurant appears to be in an old remodeled house located in the old downtown area of Lewisville. There is parking at the side of the establishment. We noticed lots of vehicles in the parking area and thus assumed lots of locals must eat here. We entered about 1PM and were promptly seated. We were seated in the room to the right of the walk in area. The room was cold. It was 39 degrees out and it felt almost the same inside. If there was heat in the building it certainly wasn’t to being shared with those in this room. The menu shows a daily special, number 1 – 4, plus there are some additional specials available. We ordered the beef tips and noodles for $ 7.98 along with collard greens, pinto beans and cornbread. You have to ask for bread. My spouse had the same beef tips and noodles collard greens and squash. It took quite some time to get the meal and I have no ideal what may have caused the delay. There was ample food on the plate and the tow bowls of collard greens and pinto bean. The beef tips were also accompanied by quite a few mushrooms. The entrée had no distinctive flavor and appeared to be rather bland. The noodles on which the beef tips lay, were just okay. The collard greens had a piece of bacon in the bowl and they were okay. The pinto beans were very good. My spouse’s squash was not very tasty and she left most on the palter. The cornbread was dried out and not all that tasty. The lunch while not being a total disaster was one that we will not be repeated anyway soon.
