Ordered the salmon eggs benidic. The egg were cooked nicely allowing the yoke to run as it should when you first cut it open. The staff was very friendly and eager to make sure you were happy with your order.

Great food, great service and good prices! Glad we stopped in. I’ll definitely head back often. The owner Mirna is sweet and Mgr Oscar a fine manager!!!

This food was soo delicious, I wanted seconds! I am actually mad I’m just now finding this place, I have passed so many times!

Service was bad, very bad. We got seated with no waitress and was sitting until 10 minutes when someone decided to pass by and serve us. My food was cold and order was wrong when we finally received it. Probably will never come back here. Everyone else seemed happy and I think we just had a very bad waitress. First impressions are big!

I tried this place when my daughter had a volleyball tournament at the high school nearby. Even though this place serves breakfast all day, I’ve only had lunch and dinner. They have lasagna, gyros, hamburgers, chicken, and the list goes on and on! Their service is also genuinely friendly. It is quite a hike for us in Frisco and I really would like to take my family there when we cannot decide what we want but want good, satisfying food. The place is nothing fancy, but the location is conveniently located off of I-​35E.

Always friendly staff, food is good we come for the breakfast at least once s month. Korner omelette is my favorite. Coffee is good. manager/​owner almost always checks in on us to be sure everything is good!

As usual, Korner Kafe delivers. Great food, great service, and I hope Oscar is paid well because he is the definition of an excellent manager.
Only problem, after eating all my food, I am stuffed and the menu is so good I wish I could stay and just keep eating more.

Amazing first restaurant outing in Lewisville! Oscar and the waitresses are wonderful! Oh and the food is pretty great too!!! I would suggest this place to anyone ! Can’t wait for the Bike Show!!! See y’all again soon!!!

I love this place! The staff is very friendly, especially the owner, I think his name is Oscar. You can’t miss him! He’s loud (in a friendly way) and makes sure to check in with every table to ensure that they’re happy. I usually come in alone and he’s just as happy to see one person as he is a big group. It seems like everyone he talks to, he treats like family.
The place itself is clean, warm and cozy. The food is delicious, the cost is on point, and the portions are big!
I’ve seen quite a few people waiting to be seated here (I think it’s usually on Sundays after church lets out) so if you come then, be prepared to wait. But it’s worth it.

I had the vegetable omelette. It was very good. Pretty good portion size. Clean, homey place. I would come back again.

The service was unacceptably bad.
The man seemed annoyed from the very beginning. About half of our party was there when we were seated and neither of our servers asked if we wanted appetizers, or anything to start us off as we waited. The only thoughtful thing he really did was bring an extra refill that was totally unnecessary. The menu was a little too wordy and felt too all over the place for me to figure out what would be good. The people who brought us our food were also unfriendly.
The food itself was… Edible. Nothing remarkable except how horrible the fries were. I had to douse them in salt and pepper to taste anything. Also the bacon on my burger was burnt and everything was basically bland and tasteless. Ketchup and ranch sauce essentially tasted like water. But the chicken was good.
Also at the beginning of our meal he asked if we were on separate checks or all on one; we said separate but he never asked again how we wanted to split it. Meaning at the end of our meal he handed my 10 year old cousin a check and then insisted that he couldn’t combine our two. A different woman who took our checks actually had no problem so I’m not sure what is problem was.
The environment was nice but everything else was just off.

Our family loves to come here for breakfast, the food is so good and Oscar and the whole staff make sure you are well taken care of, really really love this place.

After moving from Irving and leaving our beloved Local Diner behind, I wondered how we’d get along. Then, we tried Korner Café on a whim and we are hooked!
Oscar is the most caring and cheerful, respectful and helpful manager. Tony is our fave and funny server. But I have to say the FOOD is the star here!!! Love the chicken jalepeno soup, the Korner Chicken sandwich and the Kitchen Sink. The sweet tea is made to perfection. They even have a loyalty card to get free entrees! Yay!
Just give them a try. And if you have to wait a couple extra minutes to be seated, it will be worth it. Oh, and if anything goes wrong, LET THE MANAGERS KNOW! We had a misunderstanding our very first trip but we spoke up there (rather than just venting here), and they really knocked one out of the park for us with how they turned it around.

Food was so-​so. Service was terrible. Our waitress didn’t exactly seem cheerful and happy to be employed there. We ordered drinks and she brought out the complete wrong thing.
Food took forever to get to us. Apparently a cook didn’t show up. That was the excuse we were told. Didn’t know we cared about that. Perhaps the hostess should spread out the seating when the kitchen in understaffed.
Pro is that it’s somewhat cheap. Other than that, go to waffle house.

Went there for Saturday brunch in between soccer games with many of our U12 girls team. They were able to sit us down in booths close to each other. The menu is breakfast all day and lunch. The girls had a great time socializing and eating. My daughter had the ham n cheese sandwich with a smoothie and ate every bite. I had the Salmon Benedict which was also good.
Definitely worth a stop.

The best thing about my visit to the restaurant was the customer service! Every single person from the hostess, to the waitress, to the lady who cleaned the tables were so nice. And there was one gentleman I didn’t catch his name but he was doing all types of jobs around the restaurant but he was the best!!!
Ok so to the food … For me it was just ok. I think I just ordered the wrong thing because everyone else that I was with really enjoyed their meals. I had a waffle and bacon. I like soft waffles and this one was crispy. It tasted fine I just didn’t like the texture.
I will be back for another visit though and I’m going to try something else. I really want to like this place.

Think of this place as an ihop that’s a million times better. I am working at lewisville this week so all my coworkers suggested I eat at korner café. I was sold cause it was like one minute away from my work and also cause of the great reviews. Arrived at around 1:30 and the place was still on their lunch rush. The staffs were very friendly and attentive irregardless. Their menu was full of delicious food, They serve breakfast all day so that’s a bonus and their lunch and dinner menus sounded amazing! They had great sandwiches and salads and all at amazing prices.
I was starving so I had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans and a roll (told ya’ll I was starving). Everything on my plate was spectacular and by the time I was done the only thing left on that plate was the plate itself. I was so stuffed that I had to turn down their desserts which killed me a little on the inside. But I am definitely going to go back this week and trying out their other dishes. ALSO IF YOU GET THERE IN-​BETWEEN 7 AM– 9 AM THEY HAVE $ 3.99 BREAKFAST EVERYDAY!!! okay that’s all for now Unilocalers. I’ve only eaten breakfast here, but it has always been delicious. They have breakfast specials Monday-​Friday – $ 3.99 from 7am-​9am. I’ll have to try to drag myself out of bed to get there one day!
The staff is always very gracious and attentive. They also have specials every day of the week– I’m definitely going to have to go one Friday night for their All You Can Eat Catfish Dinners!
They also have a pretty awesome website. Check out their menu and then go check them out– it’s definitely worth it!

I have recently found this restaurant. It isn’t what you might expect. For example, you might not expect someplace named «Korner Café» to offer crème brûlée. I’ve had a number of different entrees here. My favorite is their breakfast. Second, I like the chicken tenders, followed closely by their burgers.
This last visit, we had Bonnie. She is a GREAT server and actually anticipated what you need.

My mom, dad & myself came here for a late breakfast on a Saturday around 12:30p. We were immediately seated in a large booth. Service was a tad slow on the uptick getting drink orders, food orders & the check. My dad had to go find someone to run our cards so we could leave.
However, we were all THRILLED with the food. Also, our server & Oscar were very kind & warm.
Food:
*Coffee — very good & kept it coming!
*Regular French toast — yum!
*Korner omelet with cream cheese stuffed in the middle, bacon, spinach, tomatoes & avocado slices was amazing
*Kitchen sink — very good with the potatoes.
*Pancakes — fluffy, great texture
Overall, a highly recommended breakfast joint. We asked where the next one is going in because we live off 35W by Alliance & would LOVE to see one there. We’d go every week!
