Zero leadership, grease in the deep fryer hasn’t been changed/strained in weeks, order a plain bacon cheese burger(after getting home we discovered it had mayo, ketchup, mayo, pickle, etc.). Asked for honey mustard for chicken finger meal, NOTTA! It takes forever to get your food and then its not right. :-/

All right, so here comes another day where my coupon expertise comes in. Hear me out, hear me out. I had this coupon thing for a kid’s meal, yes a kid’s meal and it was going to expire on the 13th, which would be tomorrow. I went today and I had prior knowledge that you could also get a free drink with a purchase of an entrée and a side. So I went to A&W, this location and I purchased a cheeseburger and some chili cheese fries and got the drank for free. So right there, I saved $ 1.99. I could have said $ 2, but no, $ 1.99. That is accuracy people! No lie. Then since i purchased an entrée I automatically got the kid’s meal for free. Because I purchased ANENTREE, I got the kid’s meal for FREE. No, I know I repeated myself, but that is how it went down. Now you are probably wondering how this is true. That perhaps, from some kind of other worldly experience, the coupon would have said«not valid with any other offer». NOPE nope nope nope. Never said that! I was never questioned on it either. See… you gotta be a lawyer when you do these deals. So in the end, I ended up paying $ 7.72, I could have paid $ 14.26. I also got everything, as they say«toppings». I say it’s not a pizza they are selling, so condiments(ketchup, moo-tard, mayo) are separate from toppings(lettuce, tomates, onyawns). Anywho, I just got more bank for my buck there too. Free drink $ 1.99 deal free! Oh and the free Caprisun from the kid’s meal. That is how you do it folks and if they bust out a «this coupon cannot be used»…NOPENOPENOPE. It never said in the small motha effin print that it was not valid with another offer. Getting a free drink does not constitute as a discount, nor coupon. YEAH! This dude just saved himself two days of potential starvation. ;) Oh and because I got a kids meal and they had no toy :(, they gave me a free ice cream cone coupon and if I do the survey on the receipt, I get a free drink. So… next visit I just have to get a burger and I get a whole another meal. You heard it here folks. Desperate times call for desperate measures!

This A&W location seems to be hidden in plain sight. My wife and I stopped in one Sunday while cruise in our new truck. The burgers were very good. The fries were almost endless. Grab a frosty mug and get some root beer.

I’ve been to this location about a half dozen times since they opened, and always felt ‘bleh’ about it. Unfortunately tonight tipped the scales in an unfavorable direction. This location has convenience going for it, but if they can’t get the order correct convenience does matter much. Placed a simple order for 3 people and only one of us got a correct order. I may give it another chance, but honestly there are many other choices so it will likely be a long time before it happens.

I like the food and the décor, furnishings, etc. I’m not so much a fan of the pricing, though. It’s nice to have a place where you can drop in and get a hot dog that doesn’t look like one of those over-cooked monstrosities you will find on the«grill» at a gas station, but my GOODNESS they are really expensive considering what you get. Maybe I’d consider the cost less an issue if they were to come to my table, take my order, and then bring it to me. Whatever… it just means I won’t do it as often as I would otherwise. Too bad, though, because this location is EXTREMELY convenient to me.

My kids love root beer like a lot! I was excited to take them here for lunch and they loved it! They have the biggest floats your face will ever come face to face with! The burgers were pretty good and the fries were good. Large portion lots of food.

Its basically fast food at regular restaurant prices. They don’t have combo meals or anything like the other A&Ws have. It was over $ 11 for a double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink! Its the same food you get at one of the drive through A&Ws, only less items on the menu. It seems like they are trying to be the next 5 Guys. It would be okay if it was like 6 or 7 dollars a person to eat there like any other fast food place but 10 – 12 dollars a person is a little too expensive for fast food.

I have to admit that I wasn’t too excited about another new fast food franchise going up, but I must say that I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the reincarnation of the several local A & Ws that I’ve tried. I love the fact that they have so many toppings to choose from, the pickles are my favorite. Their pickles aren’t the round, dill chips… no Siree, they have the long sliced light colored pickles. The order of three chicken tenders are a lot bigger than excepted, nor are they average fast food tenders. The fries are shoestring cut and are pretty good, as long as you eat them quick and not as take out. Because they are so thin, they don’t stay warm long. I will say that twice that someone in my party ordered toppings on their burgers, they were a bit skimpy on the amount of toppings, the other location loaded them on, not here. The floats… The diet root beer float is somewhere around 200 and my recent cheat treat, especially since The nearby Orange Leaf is closed for the season. The mint ice cream tastes like toothpaste, so I don’t recommend that treat. I’ll stick with the diet float. Check your receipt and complete the short survey within 30 days and they’ll give you a code for a free float. They’ll also give you a rewards card. I have one but haven’t yet cashed in or know the benefit to having it.

We stopped in for the first time today for our lunch break. SERVICE: As soon as we walked in, we went to look at the menu to decide what to order. A young lady came to the counter, and flashed a big smile at us and asked if we were ready to order or had any questions. When we said no, she was just as happy in response. When we finally came to order, she treated us very kindly and even made conversation with my grandmother. She carried on being as pleasant throughout the entire visit, including bringing our food, making a joke about us being behind the corner and not being able to find us. As we were leaving, another young lady smiled at us and wished us a nice day. Both brightened my day! FOOD: We got cheeseburgers, root beer floats, and a kids’ meal. All of it was yummy. The root beer float had plenty of ice cream, which is something many places skip out on. The ice cream was flavorful and the root beer was just the right sweet — you can tell they used all-natural sugar cane. The fries were crispy and the burgers were very warm, with gooey cheese. AMBIANCE: The décor was really cool. I liked that there was a bench in front of the menu/ordering counter for those indecisive people(guilty.) It’s a nice touch. The front(which is included in a picture on here) has a nice curved bar with stools looking out to windows. I’ll only complain about the music, which was louder and annoying, and the fact it was a tad, tad cold. The restaurant was spotless even though it was busy. Many people were there for lunch. I would recommend coming here.

Quick, friendly service, and got food quickly. Someone asked how everything was, and said goodbye when I left. I love the smiles, and the food!

Hot dogs are great the root beer floats are as good as they get. I love food so much and this is one of my favorite guilty pleasures. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the service is a bit on the slow side, but it’s a new location so they will get faster. No drive through is a bit of a bummer.
