We have been part of Zaxbys kids club for a few years. Just got the kids club coupons in and decided to go eat Zaxbys and let all three kids us their coupons as we have been doing for years. This particular Zaxbys decided that only one child can use their coupon per family visit and was rude about it as well. Looks like you guys are helping CHICKFIL A get my business!

Great food! However the drive through service is very slow. Go inside if you are in a rush.

I love this place! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic, love the décor. Most of all, I absolutely love the ICE, yes you heard me right, the ice! I thought Sonic’s topped them all, but Zaxby’s is shaved-like and easy to chew. I do not recommend chewing ice at all, but if you do, chew this ice. They even sell a giant bag of ice for under a few bucks. Sometimes the food takes a while in the drive thru, but the cashiers are always super friendly and make you forget you have wasted minutes of your live waiting in line. For healthier options, they have a grilled chicken salad available. But who really wants a salad when you can divulge in the perfect fried pickles!

Always out of coleslaw-even at 12pm?! Service could be friendlier and faster. Very unprofessional to be texting on your cell phone while customers are waiting.

Randy, stick to the fruits and nuts of CA! Zaxby’s is awesome and haven’t had a bad experience at one yet. Thank God I don’t live in Cali and eat the crap they serve there. If you have half a brain you won’t listen to someone who obviously scraped their tongue off before leaving their state.

Zaxby’s…where do I start… first it does NOT sound like the greasy fast food joint it is. Apparently they are a big chain on the east coast and the south; they don’t have these in California and thank god! We only stopped here cause we were short on time; and my friend said they have really great sweet tea. I ordered the Wings ‘N’ Things Combo which was fried buffalo wings & celery sticks w/3 choices of heat level, Chicken Tenders, Texas Toast, Crinkle cut fries. Also got the Fried Mushroom appetizer. The food here is fried cafeteria style food, all comfort, all fried, all grease, all cholesterol, all smiles. The wings were good, crispy and tangy w/just a kick of heat. The chicken tenders were nothing special, mostly because they were more like chicken fingers… only smaller… :(The crinkle fries were typical, the only really good thing was the Texas toast, but seriously though how the hell can you mess up toast! As for the mushrooms, they had potential as tasty but over greasy and came in tidbits… the already small button mushrooms were cut into quarters/bits so its was like eating fried slivers of fungi. On the upside they have some really good sweet tea, just make sure you read the label on the dispenser because they stick the unsweetened tea right next to it. On a side note their Zax’s Sauce & Zest Sauce(which were almost identical) which they charge $.25/each is basically a runny 1000 island, so don’t waste your time, money, or palate. Their ketchup dispenser is slower than a southern drawl… and I lost a sentimental money clip here, so unfortunately Zaxby’s I will be forever jaded. lol
