Panda Express

Had a date night with my daughter and gave her the choice of choosing where we were going to eat. She choose Panda! She loves the orange chicken. Loves it! For being 7 she can really put it down, lol. This location was clean and service was friendly. The problem was the line was slightly long and a lady with three kids were taste testing EVERYTHING! Come on! Pick a meat, a side and moooooove along. Finally it was our turn… we got orange chicken (shocker!), sweet and spicy chicken breast with some chow mein. The meal was fine. You know what you are getting. Never bad and never great. But watching my daughter KILL the orange chicken made it worth while.

One dude running the counter at lunchtime has to take you all away through the order ring out process then start all again with a long line thanks for wasting my timey

Not sure why all the negative reviews, I’ve never had a problem here over the past two years. Order is always right, the food is hot, and the employees are considerate.

Don’t bother coming here after 9. The employees think the phrase «open until 10» means put all the food away early and close up so they can leave the store at 9:55. Ridiculous.

Pretty nasty food. The service was rushed and rude. Won’t be back. The drive through window worker was rude and pretty much threw the food and my change out the window.

This place is terrible. You can’t understand the person talking to you in the drive thru, they asked if I wanted sauces, I said yes I want all of them, received none, except for the pot stickers and the chow mien always taste burnt.

Extremely rude staff tonight in the drive through. Disorganized, short, and blew me off multiple times throughout our interaction. Yikes

SLOW SLOW SLOW!!! I don’t think they can get your order right if they tried!!!
I complained to the Corp. Office re. this location… got two free entrée dinners thought after 6 months they’d hire more staff or better staff… at first look maybe but NOPE 30 minutes for fast food Chinese then they made me wait out front when I went thru drive thru and they then got my order wrong… had to go inside anyway. Person at register asked are you sure you ordered right. Damn straight… here is my receipt. Slow at fixing my order barely an I’m sorry… NEVER AGAIN!!! Chinese food everywhere in Lincoln, CA GO ELSEWHERE, especially if it take 30 mins you can go anywhere and get food faster.

We have been visiting this Panda Express location for years. We always get take out from the drive thru. The last 3 times we have gone they have forgotten to include part of our order, but definitely remembered to charge us for it. The first two times it was just an appetizer, so it was annoying but as we live 10 – 15 minutes away it wasn’t worth delaying our entire dinner to go back for a missed appetizer. This time it was an entire meal. Now our entire dinner is delayed while we run back for one dish and everyone else’s dinner will be cold by the time we get. I take full responsibility for not checking the order before pulling out of the parking lot, that’s definitely our bad. However, it is not unreasonable to expect that when you pay for food you will receive said food. I realize that this is a busy location, especially at dinner time and every one makes a mistake once in a while. However, the fact that it has happened to us 3 times in as many months tells me it is becoming a trend for this location.

Slow, slow, slow. Did I mention slow? Service is always terribly slow, especially after 9pm and in the drive-​thru. A 15 minute wait and a line of cars in park waiting to order or pay is not unusual.
This shouldn’t be — this is the ONLY type of fast food where I both expect and want you to have food cooked before you to order it. Why am I always waiting for my order to be cooked fresh? It tastes exactly the same, honestly.
Irina has a great smile, eve though frustrated customers often take the wait out on her. Kudos for that, and thanks.

Great place. Not very busy at this location so never any long lines. Plenty of seating. It is just in a new area. I am sure within a year it will get busy.

Nothing wrong with some panda. I prefer to go in so I can see how fresh it looks. It’s great for Chinese in a rush. Tough call for fast food with carls jr right next door. Harder to eat on the go and no milkshakes. Still, an ok change of pace if you want some Chinese and don’t want to go a few blocks over to downtown Lincoln.

Don’t come to this location very often, today reminded me why. Came in and was helped by Janet, the service was slow, she would ask me a question and then ignore me when I answered because she got distracted, she was rude, I had to repeat myself several times, and the portions were smaller than the should have been. Will not come back to this location, espishely if Janet is working

Ordered the Shanghai Steak and the veggies were all soggy. expected better food from Panda but was disappointed.

Good seevice

I like Panda Express for a quick Americanized Chinese lunch. This location looked clean, the employees were pleasant, it’s location is nice and convenient in Lincoln, and the food tasted good. We got different entrees and rice and it all was tasty. It would usually make the return to list. But, after we finished eating and sitting in the comfy bank of half booth/​half tables section of the restaurant we were about to leave and saw a roach! As luck would have it, it was turned over and trying to stay alive but was struggling. So we supposed they have pest control and it had a bite/​sniff of something but their pest control was not enough! We immediately lost our appetite but it was too late for us. Perhaps management will step up the spraying and diligence in keeping it pest free. No matter how fresh, I cannot stomach eating there again.

Usually Panda Express is one of my favorite places to eat; however, this one seemed different. I went through the drive through which seemed to take longer than it should have for a drive through. The lady serving me seemed like she really didn’t want to be there as the food was only okay. Overall I will probably be eating somewhere else next time I am in the area.

Love this place always get good service and the food taste good

Been eating @ various locations for years & love it, however been to this location only twice and both times I had diarrhea 8 hours after eating. No I don’t have a weak stomach. I post reviews everywhere I eat from Bakersfield to Lincoln and this is the first time I’ve had to post something like this. Sorry, butfoo unity&John

I don’t usually like fast food style Chinese food, but once in a while, a quick in/​out trip is great when in a rush and the urge for Chinese food needs to be satisfied.
I almost always get the «Panda Bowl» with one entrée over a bowl of steamed or fried rice. I generally go with either the green bean chicken or eggplant tofu, although they would seem to be «healthy» choices, I’m not sure how healthy they are coming from Panda Express.
Overall, nothing special, the «McDonald’s of Chinese».
