Dosie Dough

My family and I love Dosie Dough. The baked goods are delicious, there is a spectacular assortment of items, including nicely priced gluten free baked goods. The staff is always very friendly. Overall, we are big fans!

This place was highly recommended by my coworker. So i went to check it out for the first time. Bought their killer brownie, custard tart. Delish!!! But the pecan tart is soooo good! First time visiting and will definitely come back!

Dosie Dough was just the place I needed to stumble upon this past Sunday. With an empty stomach and a serious craving for a solid bagel and cream cheese, I wandered into this cute spot and immediately knew I was in the right place.
The bagel selection was strong (over 10 types of bagel flavors!) and I could tell they were fresh and homemade. I ordered a multigrain raisin bagel and opted for the cinnamon walnut cream cheese. The bagel itself had a great texture and flavor and the cream cheese was perfectly sweet and salty. My friend ordered an egg, cheese, and pork roll on a plain bagel and said it was very good as well.
Dosie Dough also boasts an extensive homemade pastry selection along with pre-​made sandwiches and other savory snacks.
The only thing that took away from my experience was the fact that the layout of the store was a bit awkward and the service was on the slow side. This was most likely the case due to the fact that it was a Sunday morning and it seemed like the whole town was craving a bagel at the same time I was. Maybe next time I will go at a different time of the day/​week to avoid feeling claustrophobic. All in all, I will definitely stop in whenever I am in the Lancaster area!

Excellent! I spent $ 19 and got a great assortment or bakery items. The long Johns were so good! They have chocolate, vanilla and peanut butter. If you like cinnamon and brown sugar coffee cake try the Moravian cake. Love it! Eating some now with coffee. Also got a few whoopee pies (but they had a different local store label) were rich and flavorful. Also scored a slice of pumpkin roll for my hubby, which he said was awesome!

I love love love this place. My go to spot every time I’m in town. I love their bagels and their delicious hazelnut coffee. It’s a must to have a breakfast sandwich with cream cheese egg ham and more cheese (you choose your bagel) from a large variety. So yummy. I come at anytime because breakfast is always available.
We have been coming here for about 7yrs now… and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
One day when we finally move to PA this will be my daily stop before work. Thank god for my sister who brought us here.
My husband begs to come as soon as we arrive from the airport. Our Ma and Pops spot.

Tried this place again and found great improvements. Much more variety in pastries and sandwiches is available now and the coffee selections have increased, as well. Most baked goods are of high quality, with an eye kept on detail. We’re very glad we gave this place another chance and we look forward to future visits.

We stop in here about once a week to pick up breakfast sandwiches and sometimes some bagels to go. Fantastic bagels and food in general. The staff is always very friendly and the prices are definitely reasonable.
They also have a great selection of drinks and yummy-​looking lunch food in the fridge section and some delicious-​looking desserts that we can’t wait to try!

Come back but the food is not a five. The baked goods for Lancaster county could be a little better. Like I said love the staff and the coffee.

Best bagel I’ve had in town outside of NJ/​NYC. We had a bunch of bagels with cream cheese and everyone enjoyed. Will definitely be back for breakfast in the area.

Best bagels in the country. Come early for best selection as they tend to run out. Great coffee too.

Great service… Nice baked goods. Easy in and out very convenient. They have decent pre-​made sandwiches using their own bread.

I’ve driven past Dosie Dough almost every day, I finally decided to stop in. Im glad i did! They have great coffee, yummy treats, and a very friendly staff. The sandwiches looked good too! I think I will make it a daily stop on my way to work.

Great little spot for coffee. Stopped on whim and got a coffee and lemon square. Although it was barely 8am on a Sunday, the place was filling up quickly! My favorite thing was the standing coffees. You can purchase a coffee and they will give it to someone who comes in and can’t afford one. I will be back again!

I’m in town this weekend for a wedding, and the hotel that I’m staying at recommended Dosie Dough. I’m glad they did.
The outdoor seating area was absolutely packed. Lots of kids, young families all the way through to senior citizens. Everyone seemed to have flocked to this place for breakfast.
I walked in to a friendly and warm greeting, the smell of great coffee and baked goods and was almost overwhelmed with choices. The three girls that were working today gave me great suggestions of what to eat and a great suggestion for an espresso beverage.
Not being from the area, I was very skeptical about the longjohns. So I went with a vanilla pecan cinnamon roll. It was tough to make the choice between that and the chocolate chip bagel, but the cinnamon roll was on point. Light yet filling, great cinnamon flavor without being overpowering and the vanilla glaze was fantastic.
If I’m ever in Lititz again, I would certainly come back to Dosie Dough.

They have the best pastries in town (especially the Long Johns from Achenbachs!) and their coffee is great as well. I’ve had their egg sandwiches they are lovely. Just wish there was more seating inside. Good spot if you want something on the go!

What a lovely little bakery/​coffee shop. I could see this being a total hipster hang out, but if that turns you off, don’t let it. Its really a cute place with delicious baked goods and yummy sounding drinks! The music was a wee loud, but whatever.

Simply the best! Yes, I’m a local. Yes, I also like Starbucks. But it doesn’t compare to Dosie Dough for quality food and coffee. The owner is awesome, the local folks who hang out are friendly and you can’t beat the breakfast sandwiches. My favorite is the bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Toasted just right!
This is THE place to go in town and relax. They’ve recently revamped the interior and made it feel more roomy, which is good, because if there’s a downside it’s that there is almost no indoor seating. If it had more seating it would be perfect (but I’m giving them five stars anyway just because the people there are so great).
They also put up local artists’ work to sell, which is really nice.

Nice little café in the heart of town.
They have all kinds of sandwiches and breakfast items, but I can only speak to their pastries and coffee. The coffee is self-​serve, which I like, and all green mountain. They have several varieties (decaf, breakfast blend, french roast, etc). I like to mix a few together. Pastries are good too. Doughnuts, danishes, cupcakes.
Dosie Dough is always crowded in the morning. There is no seating inside, but a few tables outside. Check it out.

This is a nice coffee shop right in the heart of Lititz. As with any other coffee shop you can get pretty much get anything you want. Will there you can grab something from there bakery section to go along with your drink.
There is limited seating inside but outside there are several tables to use.
The only downside to this place is parking which is all street parking.

Oh Dosie Dough, How Do I Love Thee? Let me count the ways…
Dosie Dough is amazing. The place is cozy and awesome, the people are friendly, and in a few visits you feel like you’ve entered the breakfast version of Cheers. We moved to NC 6 or 7 months ago, and I’ve been craving the Dough ever since. Nothing is quite as good. I would recommend this place to anyone, every time. We miss you guys!
