Happy to see new owners. 1St order was good except for delivery time. Next, driver keep telling me he could not change a $ 20 for an $ 18.96 order although I was trying to give him a twenty and 4 ones for a tip. Last order, and I do mean last, I could not log one line. Had to change password twice to get on. Once on and selected order, found out they were not excepting orders on line. So I called. They did not want to accept my coupon they emailed me that day because it was for«On Line Orders» only. After taking my order, they said delivery would by 2+ hours as it was 7PM. I call the a different outfit, twice as far a way and had a good hot pizza in 25 minuets.

They’re pizza is on point! They’ve gotten their act together. Have had them twice in the last few weeks, for both pickup and delivery. Delivery was perfect and fast. Pickup was good, however, wait was a little long for one pizza due to the dinner hour; that’s to be expected!

I love Mr. Jims, but i had a not so good experience last week. In an effort to continue to support them and chalk it up to a bad day, I didn’t complaine and ordered again tonight. Well it was horrible!!! My pizza was wrong, the $ 6 salad I ordered was the size of their $ 4 salad normally and filled with brown lettuce. The salad was completely disgusting and not fit to eat. I called to complain to be told because I paid cash, they wouldn’t refund, they closed in 3 min so no remake and all they offered me was 50% off my next order. So let me get this straight, my order was wrong and no able to be eaten, I still had to pay for it and then would have to pay for ½ of my next order??? Will not be ordering from them again!!!

I ordered last week and the pizza was really bad. One little piece of chicken and a few other toppings that tasted horrible. Bread buds that were not bread buds. Forgot my sauces and cheese. So I cane back in today to get my remake they offered me and have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for what would usually take 15. The place is hot has hell in it and there are bugs everywhere. Its saddens me cause MrJims was one of my favorites for a long time. Not anymore. Will let you know how bad this pizza is if it ever comes out. Doesnt deserve one star but made me put it

I was excited to see Mr. Jims in our area. Their pizza has been a quick weekend favorite of mine for years. Believe the reviews about slow delivery. Apparently the new management and ownership don’t believe in deliveries under an hour and a half or in delivering the full order. They are one for three in their success rate. We won’t be ordering from here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so either.

The pizza is excellent, but the last two times we ordered it took 60 minutes and then over 90 minutes to receive the delivery. Will not order again, by the time the pizza gets here, I’m not hungry anymore.

Yaaaay! The best pizza place ever is back! I called and spoke to Kim and she was super nice. She is the new manager. They always had good pizza but the service was kinda crappy for a while. I hope it’s better. Based on Kim’s attitude I think they are on the right track!

I can’t give zero stars unfortunately. Ordered a cheese pizza. Two hours later I called to cancel. ‘It’s still not there?’ said the guy on the phone. Seriously? Your delivery guy has been missing for two hours and this doesn’t worry you. Ugh. Worst customer service ever. Never. Ever. Again.

We ordered a pizza, 2x bread buds, and a JimStix. We waited 30 minutes for the delivery and when we recieved the food, it was cold and the bread buds and JimStix had zero ingredients on it(no parmeasean or garlic and no cinnamon on the JimStix). I called the store and spoke to the Assistant Manager — his name was Chris. He told me he’d refire them and delivery would be about 30 minutes. We waited about an hour and 10 minutes and then I called them. I asked for the manager and he told me he was the manager. I told him my story and he said«Oh, yea, I remember you.». He then told me he had to make a phone call and wanted to know if I wanted to hold or have him call me back. Obviously I told him that I would wait — I waited for 10 minutes and he returned. At this point I demanded a refund and he said that he could not and would not offer any type of refund. At that time, the door bell rang and it was the delivery guy. Again — the items were unseasoned — almost no flavoring at all — I kept the delivery guy there and told him that he needed to call the store and tell them about the issues I was having. The delivery guy refused as he stated«he was just the delivery guy» and then he tried to rush off and told me to keep the pizza — I handed the pizzas back to the guy and told him I didn’t want a product that I didn’t order and I just told him to head back to the store and that I wasn’t mad at him. I then immediately called the store back and again, greeted by Chris — the«Assistant Manager». He basically told me again that there would be no refund and that he made the food and he told me he seasoned it well and that he would not be making anymore or offering any type of refund. At this point, we paid $ 30 and had no product and no way to get my money back. I had to call the bank and get them to file a claim and that’s where I’m at with this — so hopefully I’ll get a refund(which I’m pretty sure I will). Never going back to this Mr. Jims again.

Horrible delivery and customer service. An hour after order we called, left on hold for ten minutes after asking to speak to a manager. 90 minutes after order, cold pizza arrived with nothing but a «sorry» from the driver. We are 5 minutes away. This is the second time… Never again.

Pizza sauce tasted old and not very good. Contacted store to express my dissatisfaction. «What is it you would like me to do?» was the question I was asked. «Are you serious?» was my response. So we returned both pizza, one not eaten and the other with three slices missing. Will no longer be ordering from Mr. Jim’s Little Elm.
