Cozy, relaxed, fun atmosphere, delicious food, awesome beer selection. The wings were simple, but the best I have ever had! Not a rowdy family restaraunt, but they happily welcomed our 18mo.

Every time I eat here, I am not disappointed. The food is so fresh and excellent. The owners are very friendly, and customer service is top notch. They have a very expansive wine and beer selection too. When downtown, you must check out Artistic Table.

dropped in for a pick me up after walking the Livermore Art and Wine fest… had a really nice stout and loved both the on tap selections and wall of beer selections… saw another review that thought the wines weren’t ‘local’ but the ones I saw were…
the menu has to be hot plate and BBQ style because Livermore would require them to put in a grease trap which is VERY expensive.

Very cute with lovely ladies serving and managing! It has tons of character (unlike a lot of restaurants these days that feel as though they are banking on volume not quality).
The women running this bistro are dedicated and passionate. It may seem a little confusing at first, what this place is all about, but sit down, relax and get to know the vibe. You’ll be very pleasantly surprised.

Well if Brian can give this place 2 stars for walking in and turning and leaving I guess I can give it 5 stars for just reading his pathetic review. Really? You didn’t have a right to review without the use of the establishment or eating the food. That is why I add 1 star to every place I check out on Unilocal because of people like Brian.

Really nice place for local wine, artisan food and products, and local jazz. The price point is moderate and the ambiance is relaxing. The also supply catering support to the local wineries.

We came in and left fairly quickly. We’ve been wanting to try the place out. We were surprised that there was no local beer and only one local wine, a Wood Family white. The food selections were of the panini and other «hot plate» variety which was not that enticing. Nice interior and a friendly greeting. I think we were too hungry for their menu and after some Livermore wine tasting, we were in the mood for that. We’ll come back and give them another try sometime now that we know more of what to expect.

To bad to food is not served as it is presented in the photos. The soups, desserts, and ice tea claim to be home made by a chef from San Francisco. Not so much, frozen soup and sweet treats, brownies are from a box, the so called southern ice tea is lipton. Much better venue’s for your $$$$.

I’ve eaten here a few times and while they have a great beer selection their service continues to go downhill. The last time our pizza literally had hunks of cheese on it that weren’t melted. We just left there after sitting for an hour waiting for our sandwiches and salad. We didn’t order drinks as we had been wine tasting all day. When we asked where our food was we were told 2 – 3 minutes and we waited another ten minutes and finally got up and left. What was even worse was that the owner sat at the bar drinking champagne the whole time while clearly the staff could have used a hand if the time for sandwiches and a salad is over an hour.

I loved this place — mostly Bc of the service.
We had spicy chicken wings — flavorful but soggy– I like crispy skins and these lacked them.
½ triple cheese panini and ½ fig salad. Panini was perfection. Salad was just okay– found the dressing to be too strong and overpowered the salad.
Also bought beers and jams and cheese. Our waiter was patient and helpful — always quick to help us with advice or service.

Really nice place for light dinner and cheese tables. They serve craft beer which is as good as it gets. The crew is really nice and attentive. I recommend trying the desserts there while having a good beer.
They have live singers/​performers during weekend nights, which adds to the friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this to someone or a group of people who like having beers and conversations, since it is not too loud.

We liked the Artistic Table better when they first opened. We came back again today to see if the menu had improved. The menu is larger but the flavors need work.
The house salad is horrible. It is too tart and stinky. I had the Turkey, Apple and Brie Sandwich. Too many onions and not enough apple. The bread was good but would be better toasted. And don’t serve only the brie rind on a sandwich — cheap. Hubby had the tuna and said it was watery and more bad salad. The strawberry vinegarette when they opened was a better choice and a better balance for the cheese offerings.
Livermore is a great wine region. There are many excellent choices and none really on their menu

I just called because I couldn’t find a website for them. We are planning an event that they are a part of. Shannon answered the phone and when I told her what I needed, she told me to «Google it».
Wow.
When I told her I had already done so and could not find it– that’s why I was calling her– she told me «I’m sorry but I can’t walk you through it– I have a lunch party and I’m the only one here.»
Wow again.
Ummm… Walk me through what, exactly? How about just giving me the website address? Is it that difficult? Why even answer the phone then?
Owners, just an FYI.
3 stars because I heard they’re good– but zero stars for such rude, inefficient behavior.

I’ve been here twice. The first time I wasn’t real impressed. They have a high end deli atmosphere then brought me a cheese plate with no clue about what cheeses were on it. The cheeses were nothing real exciting either.
I’ve since been back and at a friends suggestion ordered the kale salad and soup. The waitress presented it as two different soups and realized later it was one soup. The soup and salad were both very good but the knowledge of the wait staff leaves something to be desired.

Went here with my husband for lunch today. I really like this place. I moved to Livermore from the Paso Robles area and this place reminds me of a lot of places back home :)
We had a couple glasses of white wine, the baked Brie, 2 lunch specials (which are very reasonably priced) and 2 desserts for under $ 70. My spinach pear salad was awesome, as was my ham and cheese panini! The cheesecake bites are OMG so good! And the habanero brownie was sooo good too! It was not busy and the girl on duty gave excellent service and was just the right amount of attentive. Awesome experience! We will definitely be back to try the pizza… And get some more of those brownie bites :)
PS– They sell a pretty abundant variety of cheeses, I am so stoked to see that they sell Red Dragon cheese! Now I don’t have to go all the way to Paso Robles when I want some!

First visit to Artistic Table last night was a success!
I really liked the atmosphere and menu. One thought… I might like it better as a lunch stop on a Saturday afternoon rather than a dinner spot.
I loved the salad, sandwich and pizza I shared with my wife — very fresh ingredients that tasted delicious.
The wine and beer selection are excellent. I’m ready to return and dig a little deeper into their cheese offerings and some of their specialty food products.
4.49 stars, could easily become 5 on my next visit.
Overall, cool spot with great food & drink.

I stopped by the soft opening of Artistic Table yesterday and it looks like so far, so good!
I spoke with the super nice owner, Dana, and she informed me that they offer gourmet salads, sandwiches, soups and cheeses as well as plenty of beer and wine options.
When I have a kid-​free night, I look forward to getting wined and dined!
