Fast, friendly service. My son couldn’t decide which lemonade flavor he wanted. They offered him a taste to hep the little guy decide. Sold. Blueberry lemonade mixer it is. Helpful staff, with lucky split service.

I’m a repeat customer of the Auntie Ann’s products and was disappointed today with product and also some untruthful advertising on the franchisee’s part or Groupon. The product this morning at 10:30 tasted stale and was slightly warm. Hopefully, it wasn’t day old product… as it could have easily been based on what was served. The groupon identified 4 pretzel products with a max value of over $ 26.76(up to 66% savings). There was no way you could buy 4 allowable products and even get to $ 18(max priced item allowed were nuggets at $ 4.39 per) which would account for approximately a 33% savings. Employee was cordial, polite and explained clearly what the Groupon could be used for. My intent was to buy some Cinnabons after shopping but chose otherwise due to the concern that the bons would be as poor at the pretzels. Try to improve… as repeat customers are golden!

This place won’t honor coupons like other places do unless you have a so called«barcode». The coupon I received via email says this certifies the coupon. Just present it during purchase. The lady told me to download the app, etc. I don’t have this problem elsewhere. Very dissapointed.

We decided to go to the outlets to purchase our sons outfit for his first pictures(2 months old now). We needed a little snack so we stopped into this Auntie Anne’s. We ordered a classic cinnabon and a center of the roll and both were yummy. The baby was getting a little fussy so we were going to give him a quick snack as well. We needed hot water to warm the bottle and when we asked the employees for a small cup of hot water to warm the baby bottle they very starkly replied $.79. I explained that I had just needed the h20 to warm a baby bottle and she kind of rolled her eyes and repeated the price. I paid the $.79 cents for the hot h20 or for the«cup» as they explained. Thought it a bit odd to spend 17 bucks in their store to be nickel and dimed. I have to say that nowadays it’s all about the bottom line. It’s unfortunate this Auntie Anne’s doesn’t train their employees to show simple kindness to their own guests. What would Auntie Anne say?

If you have the Auntie Anne’s Pretzel Perks App, this is not the place to use it! I repeat, do not use your Pretzel Perks here! Came here on a Saturday afternoon wanting to redeem my free pretzel. The cashier at the front did not know how to redeem it at all. She rung me up and asked me to scan my rewards. She then messed around with the POS a little more and cleared whatever she had done. She then rung me up again and asked me to scan my app again. It obviously didn’t work the 2nd time since I already redeemed it the first time! The cashier was claiming that since it didn’t scan the 2nd time, I had to give the pretzel back. This all sounds too ridiculous over a pretzel… In the end, my girlfriend and I argued to another worker that came to help that she scanned it the first time, which made it invalid. We ended up walking out with the free pretzel, but in my opinion we should have gotten 2 free pretzels for our inconvenience!

Special deal for mall employees! Otherwise, the prices seem unjustifiable to me. The workers are always friendly and the service is pretty quick. It’s convenient to stop by this place when I’m on lunch break, so I’m probably going to be coming here much more often.

Selection of more than just pretzels! A salted and buttery pretzel always good for a snack while taking a shopping break! Lemonade a little sweet but they told me it was on the sweeter side so I’m glad i got a small. Refreshing on a hot day anyway.

Accidentally walked in on a promo day. Bought a pretzel and they offered free ice coffee. I didn’t know about the promo, but the reps offered and asked me if I wanted a free coffee. They even asked me how any free coffees I wanted. Love it

Probably one of the better dining option at Paragon BUT my loyalties are with Weztel Pretzels. My bf preferred this place so we came here for our lunch. We ordered a garlic pretzel and little pretzel dogs. The dogs were pretty good but the garlic pretzel was lame. It was just a regular pretzel with garlic powder sprinkled on top. I don’t want to eat garlic powder.

Don’t know why you would need to read a review before coming here because the amazing smells alone makes it impossible to walk past without buying/eating! I’ve been to this location twice and the staff has been super friendly both times. My fav is the almond pretzel. It’s the perfect combination of crunchy and sweet :) You’ll probably want to get a pretzel upon arriving to the outlets and one on your way out too!

First visit to the Paragon Outlets for a day of shopping and needed a quick snack and stumbled upon Auntie Anne’s. This location is a combo Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon outlet. We ordered our pretzels from the friendly servers and got our fuel for more shopping,

I will always be a fan of Auntie Anne’s jumbo pretzel dog! I took a ginormous bite of the jumbo pretzel dog while it was piping hot and end up burning my tongue. It was well worth it for the pain. It is filling and delicious. I cannot forget about their simply genius sour cream & onion pretzel as well as their cinnamon one. Those are my two favorites pretzels that I am likely to get when shopping around. Oh the wonder it does to refuel energy to shop. Love Auntie Anne’s Pretzel! This location is convenient because they also carry Cinnabon as well! Also one of my favorite calories bomb!
