Frest Harvest Farms is more a mini-mex market than a pro;. –meat counter –panaderia –mexican grocies –mexican snacks, ice bars buys: Bimbo cupcake(ala twinkles): .99 cents. –slightly different –Bimbo has many«cakes» resembling american eats plus some unique mex ones. takeouts: –open air market –lots of nearby parking.

Cheap open air small produce and Mexican staples stand. Nothing fancy. And it’s been open for years! The parking lot is super small. You have to pick thru the produce to find something good. Definitely the quality changes with the seasons. You are not going to find the picture perfect produce, but more of the produce that you would expect a small scale farmer to cultivate or a big box store to reject. It’s still good but may be oddly shaped or something. Happy to find fresh masa and corn husks for my Christmas eve tamale feast. Last week I bought some serano’s and cilantro for under a buck.

I am glad that they reopened as I enjoy having a produce stand close to my house. I enjoy fresh produce and they have a pretty good selection for winter! They have not been open to long and I think if we all give them a chance this spring they are going to have some great produce and more food to purchase. I did go there a few days ago looking for eggs, and herbs, but they were out. So will try again soon.

When we first moved to Livermore in 2000 they were really great. The fruits and vegetables were fresh. the service was friendly. And the prices were great. As time went by the fruits and vegetables lowered in quality until they border lined being spoiled on the stand. Now it has new ownership and it is the same low quality. I’d rather pay a little extra for actually fresh food.
