I don’t get it… They close the restaurant lobby for drive thru only. So you would think that service would be quick, since the don’t have any diners inside. But no not the case. Took to long plus they did not have any grilled chicken. They need better management on the weekends. It was only 6:30 pm.

This place is very, very dirty. Food was mediocre, but my ten year old wouldn’t even use the restroom here. Too dirty for a ten year old boy. yikes! Clean it up!

This place seems to always be understaffed during lunch on weekdays. Went in today and waited 10 mins to be rung up. The staff tries to keep up, but they’re overwhelmed. Got my order and they had no ice(broken machines). Should have let me know this before I ordered a large warm drink. Unless you REALLY want kfc, avoid this location.

I’m from Fresno and this was by far the worst rest stop I’ve ever experienced in my life. The bathroom was gross the service sucked they were out of ice they didn’t wear gloves when preping food and they were to busy socializing to make sure that I got everything on my order. I would not recommend this specific stop to anyone. Horrible!

This place is in need of some management! They are always out of something. No white chicken, sorry we are out of coleslaw, we don’t have any extra crispy right now but could make some if you want to wait 20min.

Terrible service. The place was empty and it took 10 minutes for them to Come to the desk to take our order. There was a small child running around in the kitchen. A little later a woman came and picked up the kid. Is this a babysitting service? The workers also gave the woman water bottles and then she left. Everyone seemed to be waiting around, when there was plenty of stuff for them to be doing. The place is very dirty and unsanitary. I will never come back.

Well, we tried this KFC location one more time and it again failed to deliver. Every time we come here they are out of something. This is the third time they’ve been out of the Chunky Chicken Pot Pie. They’ve even been out of one of their staples, mashed potatoes. I mean really… out of mashed potatoes at a KFC?

I work nearby and visit this location every once is while and every time afterwards, I tell myself«Never Again»… I slipped up today, craving some KFC and as usual at this location, the floors were super greasy and slippery, the time to get my food after ordering was way too slow and when I asked for napkins I was told they were out. When I went to wash my hands after eating, they were out of soap in the restroom and when told about this, again said they had none. Take one look in the urinal and you will see they do not properly clean this place. Went to tell the manager about my issues, he ignored me and turned his back and walked away.

You’re lucky if you get what you go there for. Can’t remember when the last time was we went there & they had chicken cooked. Always out & have to wait while they cook it. Today had to wait again & they cooked wrong stuff! Changed order & they still got it wrong. Last resort fast food option for us

This is not«Fast Food» it is slow food with terrible customer service. We ordered from the A&W side. The order took over 15 minutes, which was fast compared to everyone behind us. Customers started walking out because the line was so long(over 10 people waiting for more than 10 – 15 minutes!) The drive through people had to sit and wait in the parking lot for their food. They were short staffed and not efficient. Also, the tables were dirty, trash overflowing and sticky floors. I recommend going somewhere else.

The restaurant was filthy dirty with trash everywhere. The cup lid dispensers were empty as were the napkin dispensers. Tables appeared to not have been wiped down for a long period of time. Service was slow to non-existent even though the restaurant appeared to be adequately staffed. I will not be returning to this location. I’m surprised that YUM brands would allow a franchise this poorly maintained to continue to operate.

Went here about 7:00PM last night. Thought there was something odd when no one was at the registers, and there were already 10 people in line. There was someone dressed as a manager with his back to the line, talking to one of the employees. We waited at least 10 minutes and watched the manager go back and work on the order line for the drive thru and still no one came to the registers. Two people walked in behind us and left after about 5 minutes. We were more patient than usual and waited about 15 minutes before re left… as we turned to go someone came up and took one order and then walked away again. I think overall we saw the manager, and 4 other people working. We have stopped here before and always noticed that the service was not any where as good as the one downtown Livermore use to have. This time we drove clear across town and wasted our time.

I normally love KFC and don’t go that often so when I was driving by and hungry I pulled in for eat in. One it’s freezing outside and the same inside. No heat, so cold! It’s 3:50pm and the front chicken holding trays are full of chicken, no lights on, and I can tell when I started eating it, not fresh. So disappointing. Getting my fountain drink, the tops are next to it but the straws are somewhere else with the forks, that’s pretty dumb. I was looking everywhere for a straw. Did I mention how cold it is in here?! Ugh! I’m the only person here eating but there’s food chunks and crumbs all over the floors and many booth tops have food/not wiped off. Don’t eat here!

Not usually the cleanest place but now this week it was very late opening a few says ago so we went elsewhere. Tried again today and told absolutely no chicken ready. WHAT?! Can’t wait 35 minutes… out if here. There IS a Poyeye’s in town. Time to check them out. Came back because my mom really wanted KFC. Stood there for 5 mins with 5 people working and couldn’t even get anyone to even acknowledge me. Pissed and left.

Where do I start? First, I really wish the KFC downtown didn’t close, because I had MUCH better experiences there. Now I have to drive to the other side of town for my «go-to» food when I’m feeling sick. I doubt I will return again. I’ve been to this location several times before, often with issues with orders, or going through the drive through only to realize my soda was all CO2 and no flavor. Speaking of the drive through, why has this one been closed for the last couple months? Coming inside with 3 children is a task in itself often with a line of 10+ people ahead. So on to my most recent experience. The door says open at 10:30 am. We are there at 10:15 and not worth leaving to come back. I was sick and had my two four year olds along in the car. When 10:30 am rolls around, it’s still dark inside and no sign of anything happening. We wait parked in our car and 5 more customers come and try the door, still no signs of life. Finally around 10:40 am a couple employees arrive and enter the back door and say«yes, we will open, just running a little late». Around 10:50 am another employee arrives with a huge wad of cash in hand and goes in the back door. Personally, I think I’d keep the money out of sight until you get inside but that’s not really my concern. Finally at 11:00 am they open the doors. None of the employees seemed thrilled to be there, not rude, just not friendly. My boys run off to sit at a table and I realize there are several dirty tables with crumbs, grease and some debris on them. I notice every single napkin dispenser is empty, condiments needed stocking and the condiment counter area was dirty. I started wondering what the kitchen looked like and if I’d even want to order. We had waited 45 min already so what the heck, it’s all deep fried anyhow right? I ordered my mashed potatoes and gravy and then two kids meals. The chicken was overly crunchy to the point my boys said it was too hard to chew. Did they refry yesterday’s leftovers? The drinks were missing and on the third attempt to get someones attention I managed to resolve that issue. During that time I hear another customer say the soda was«out». Big surprise, that was an issue last time we came inside and also on the previous drive through order. Can someone please tell me what’s up with the little orange cone blocking the drive thru? Is it ever going to be open again? At least they moved the cone to the beginning of the drive thru this time so you knew not to enter. The last visit I pulled up as far as the order menu before I came across the little orange cone and another car behind me. That was fun trying to back out. Maybe a sign saying«closed»? I’ve just had too many issues with this location. We won’t be back, not even when I’m sick and want my potatoes! Just so not worth the hassle!

Can’t read the menu. light is out. Speaker makes it hard to understand the order taker. had to keep saying what. order taker was rude and sounded like I was bothering her. sitting here typing this review while I sit in line. been about 15 minutes already. ridiculous. got the food and it’s not fresh. never coming here again.

Fast food is fast food. Follow the formula and the food will be consistent in quality and/or flavor. It is not meant to be a gourmet experience but rather way to purchase a quick meal to keep you going throughout your day. I used the drive-through to order a Chicken Pot Pie for a quick lunch. No, I don’t want the combo meal. No, I don’t want frieds. No, I don’t want a drink.(They actually did a good job at suggestive selling except when I placed my order, I specifically stated that I just wanted a Chicken Pot Pie.) I pulled up the window, paid, waited and had my order handed to me with a «here you go». No, no thank you, have a nice day or come again. The order taker handed me my order in a plastic bag by the handles with the pie inside the bag nearly standing up on its side. Come on! Pay attention! It’s a Pot Pie. I don’t want my food slopped all over inside the box. And to nit-pick, the person who took my order and the cashier who took my money and handed me my order were both male. The name on my receipt was a female name. Sloppy bookkeeping or hiding who they are from complaints? Oh, and the pot pie was okay.
