The tea is good, but the service isn’t that great. One of my friends was unhappy with the service she got and expressed her feelings over social media just to vent. Later to walk into Quickly and be yelled at by the owner because she felt it was rude of her to say that. Grown adults should be trying to please their customers and apologize not scream at unhappy teenagers. The Dublin quickly is so much more welcoming. We now go there instead due to being so un welcomed because we were unhappy with a service as well as it being over $ 3 cheaper. You guys might want to check your attitude towards your customers.

This location deserves five stars. Many flavors to choose, delicious, and great service! Being an Oregon transplant(relocated for school and work), I have recently been making many trips to this location for bubble tea while visiting family in the area. I have been deprived of good bubble tea for 5 years because in Oregon, the bubble tea scene isn’t as popular as in the Bay Area. Quickly was a big part of my growing up as a child. My family and I enjoyed going to Quickly for bubble tea, and was a popular place to go when I was in high school. Quickly was one of the first branches to make bubble tea big here in the Bay Area… let’s not forget that(fyi you young-ins). Now more competitors in the bubble tea scene followed after, but nothing beats this location and its homey feeling. Nonetheless, the atmosphere is great and the service is great. P.S Ask them about their fresh fruit slush made with real fruit and fruit juices. The cantaloupe is my favorite.:)

This place is great! Love the milk tea and tapioca balls. Staff is always friendly and upbeat and the store is always clean. Haven’t tried the food yet but the blueberry milk tea is my favorite!

I was so happy to see a Quickly open up in Livermore. I used to have to drive to Dublin or Pleasanton to get decent boba. This location, however, makes some really good drinks. Sharlene, the owner, is very welcoming and friendly. She adds her own food and drink creations to the menu. My personal favorite is the cocoa hazelnut milk tea. When you come here, you will see why there are so many regulars :)

Over-priced. Watery and overly sweet drinks. Stamp cards for large drinks only. Gave this place multiple tries and they fail every time. The snows and slushes are way to watery. A friend ordered adobo, the owner tried to sell us on «its a good 2nd day food»… ok, it was also too sweet and very mushy… I’d rather go to Fat Straw Owner is nice though

I am SOGLAD I found this Quickly…(the one in Dublin is AWFUL). The owner is friendly and always has deals and specials that aren’t available at other Quickly’s. You can tell that she takes pride in the business! It’s awesome that they accept both cash and card, also another option that other locations don’t have available. This location is clean, well kept and the owner values her customers.

I was just strolling around and found this place. Best costumer service I ever been to for quicklys! The owner, Charlyn?, was very helpful and nice! She seems to really like her job and communicating with everyone. While I was waiting she knew a lot of costumers and there usual. Anyway, The food and drinks are the usual, so nothing bad at all. Oh and I didn’t know they serve Adobo!

I was very excited to see a quickly open up in Livermore. I live in Castro Valley and there is one right down the street. They have the best tasting Tapioca and give you plenty, unlike other places that seem to skimp on them. The owners are very nice and take the time to get to know their customers and recognize regulars.

Quickly has the typical menu up. the cleanliess and 10ish tables is unquie for a Quickly. no specials actually posted. posted«specials» are regular items from the regular menu @regular pricing. eats: spam misubi(3.99) –2 pieces of nori wrapped grilled spam slices on white rice nori very tastu spam greasy, grilled rice plain, loaded with msg? 2 stars, nothing special crumbs: –service good –haven’t ate spam in decades, not a fan –nothing at quickly excites unless it’s a real special.

F*** YEAH, BUBBLETEA! The guy who works the register is so helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he’s selling. I love that when I ask a question, he always has a detailed answer. For example, I did not know what«tiger milk» tea was – apparently it’s half bubble milk tea and half Thai iced tea. WHOKNEW? It is so exciting to see a bubble tea place in Livermore again. Until now, I’d been going to Pleasanton or Dublin, or the Donut Wheel to get my fix.(Donut Wheel’s bubble teas are a bit cheaper, but they only have the ice versions and their menu is very small.) There was a Fusion bubble tea franchise in Livermore at one point, but they closed about ten years ago. There are SOMANYOPTIONS at Quickly. So far I’ve had the Rose Milk Tea and the Taro Milk Tea. The rose tea does not taste very good, and was very sour, but I LOVED the taro. I think it’s one of the best taro milk teas I’ve had. Of course, I’ll have to try the other flavors for a fair comparison. I mean to try their egg puffs and spam musubi too. Only qualm is that they’re a little pricey, but you get the same amount of boba in a glass for the price of a Starbucks latte of equal size, so I suppose it’s all relative.

I’ve been here only a few times since it’s super close to my house and I don’t have to go all the way to Pleasanton anymore to get my boba fix… but why are the boba here more expensive than other boba tea places? Gotta admit that was surprising… especially since they kind of rip off on how few pearls they put in your drink… Either way, I prefer other places. But this is by far the closest. Service isn’t too bad, either; but be warned, when the kids get out of school it can take up to 20 minutes to get your drink.

We never knew this place existed until driving by to get to Trader Joe’s. Usually, thanks to my Unilocal addiction I know all the new places in town. That’s what sleep deprivation and a baby will do to you. I had just a simple bubble milk tea. Nice and refreshing on a super hot day. I only drank half due to the dairy and caffeine and the effects on my already crazy baby. Service was really friendly and the teas came up fast. The food took a little longer and is a lot of fried noms. I would totally came hang out here with the free wifi when I had a life 4 months ago. Now I’ll just stop in for some yummy tea.

Stopped in for a treat while working on the rescue. Was met by a friendly counter person then the lady from the kitchen waved with a smile then came out and began talking to my crew and asked us out names. She was the owner Charlene and was very outgoing and talked with us for a while. This store is immaculate in cleanliness with great customer service They are 1of 2 quickly’s that accept Credit cards They have a frequent buyer program and aim to please Great food menu(I’ll come back to eat) options and she promises the best adobo I’ll definitely come back come check them out

Okay, we promised an update, so here it goes! We wanted to wait until we had some food as well so it wouldn’t be only one-sided about the drinks(although my new favorite milk tea is The Tiger Milk Tea with large Tapioca). Today, we ordered the Green Tea EggPuffs, and boy were they good. We are green tea fanatics anyway, but they are the right balance of sweet, and it feels like you are eating dessert, but also at the same time eating a regular snack. Now I can’t wait to try the Nutella ones. The staff is still super friendly, attentive, and they get to know your name(think Cheers). It is great to go to an establishment where from the owners to the Quickinistas(I know, not a real word, but it is now!!), they are happy to be there, and have you there as well. They truly are keeping Aloha alive. Mahalo, Brad and Julie

I certainly never thought we’d get a Quickly in Livermore! I was driving down Stanley Boulevard yesterday when I saw the sign and immediately made a u-turn. My kids were confused but I was on a mission. What I found was a cute interior, friendly employees and a yummy Strawberry Milk Tea with Large Tapioca($ 3.50). It was very refreshing on an unseasonably warm March day. I think this will be a big hit with the Granada High students. Best of luck to Charlene, the owner!
