Because of my busy schedule, i haven’t had time to visit my favorite Wingstop in Livermore until last Friday, June 10th. On my way to Pleasanton to watch the Warriors game with a family member, I stopped by Wingstop in Livermore at 4436 Las Positas Rd and ordered my favorite, Lemon Pepper Wings and they were so delicious until I nearly bit my tongue. This particular location is really slow in service and have gotten my past orders wrong(when calling in). It’s really been a miss for me but it’s the closest location to Dublin since the one in San Ramon closed down. Meh.

Worst wings top experience ever. Got here at 1050 asking if we could eat in the lobby cause all their chairs was up. They didn’t close till midnight and we were still not able to eat in the lobby. We order two drinks and no of the drinks are available. All their drinks were out. Never coming here again

Sort of like Buffalo Wild Wings, smaller variety and less flavor, wings smaller, a bit cheaper but Buffalo Wild Wings has cool deal like Tuesday special. For the same price I would go to burger/pizza/KFC.

Food is good but what’s the point in ordering online when they always start your order when you get there. It does not matter how many wings or how many hours you order ahead of time, when you walk in the door and say your name, that’s when they start making your food.

Wing stop won’t stop can’t stop nahhhh uhhhh nahhhh uhhh… Man this is clutch when it comes to wings. You can always count on wing stop to satisfying ur wing craving need, go with the lemon pepper of course and I’d say my preference the boba one because I just love me some old fashion bbq flava. So good make sure u get fries and ranch! Ohhh baby world class ranch over here! So good with the fries and some wings. If u love ranch u will love this ranch at sing stop

Ordered online a couple days early and showed up at 2:30 for our 2:30 pickup order. The order was not found in the system and of course had not been started yet. The line was out the door and other people were having the same issue. This will be our last stop at Wing Stop.

Can’t comment on the online or app ordering, I just called in the order. Gentleman on the phone was very professional and pleasant. When I went to pick it up the lady who rang me up was very friendly as well. From the time I walked in the door, got my wings, paid and left was literally under 90 seconds. It was around 3pm on Sunday. Guess thats the sweet time? Got bbq and hot wings bone in(the only way to eat wings in my opinion) and they both tasted good, ranch was a tad runny but still good. Will order from them again. Great job!

The ladies were friendly here, however, the 15 – 16 min wait does not apply here. I called 30 min in advance and my order still wasn’t ready when I got here. They had issues with credit card receipts for other customers. Very frustrating. Not only that it’s three ladies working and only three customers inside. Half our waiting for food or to place an order.

This place takes over an hour to cook a simple order on a week night at 6:00pm. This is the most pathetic excuse for a place to eat I have ever had the misfortune of eating at. Dismally disappointed and will never return.

I ordered using the wing stop app, it was a simple order of 15 wings with two flavors. I show up at the estimated completion time of the order. I walk up the register to pay and the person tells me they haven’t started anything on my order. I stepped to the side and sat for there for 30 minutes. I looked at when I had actually put through the order and it had been almost an hour. The person said they were sorry and gave me an extra ranch. Once I got home, I noticed they totally messed up the order. You must check your order before walking out. Don’t come here if you want your order to be quick or perfect.

I used to love this place and it would be my #1 spot to go to, but I feel like it’s gone downhill. We ordered 40 piece of boneless chicken with the flavored bbq, spivey Korean, Hawaiian, and Cajun. It took about 35 minutes to get and the person before us had to wait so long that they got a refund and left. The bbq, spicey Korean, and Cajun were awesome! The Hawaiian tasted like it was dipped in soap. I couldn’t eat it because it was so gross and we ended up just throwing that batch out. Also, I don’t think they should have a brand new worker working on as Saturday night. Just…not as good as it used to be in my opinion.

This place is probably the highest quality fast food place in livermore. Killer fries. A magic soda machine, and high quality chicken wings. Would recommend 10⁄10 times. Especially on a monday or a tuesday where they have sixty cent wings.

I’m gonna give props to this wingstop, because they’ve never messed my order up. I always get a boneless combo with original hot and garlic parmesan and it’s always good. Yeah it takes some time to come out, but I won’t fault them for cooking wings. It takes a while people. And I’ve seen the workers get yelled at for a slight delay. GTFO with that BS and learn some patience. So unnecessary and rude. Thanks wingstop~

Problem 1) We paid for 20 boneless wings. For that you can pick 3 flavors. We ordered 2 to be original hot and 1 to be Hawaiian. We got 50⁄50. Oh and we also only got 17 wings Problem 2) we paid for TWO regular fries and they only gave us one. Problem 3) We paid for a large blue cheese dip and they gave us nacho cheese. I would have gone back to get our order corrected if we didn’t have to make the 20 minute drive back into town. Do not trust their moron staff. Make sure you check your bag before leaving. The not so bright looking employee(that smelled like weed and BO) looked in our bag, read our order to us correctly and handed it off.

Worst Wing Stop meal ever. I thought they cooked wings consistently based on a prescribed timetable. Got home with our RAWGREASY to go order. Hope we’re not sick tomorrow given the red we found near the bone. Ordered Louisiana rub and Lemon Pepper and couldn’t tell one from the other. Also received approximately 6 mini carrots and celery sticks with our meal order… less than child-sized. Missing the San Ramon location and hoping it reopens.

My husband and I decided to stop by to pick up dinner to go after going grocery shopping on a Sunday evening. We had never gone to this wing stop before but had good experiences at other stores. To make this simple, if I could give this Wing Stop 0 stars I would. The restaurant was not too busy, there were open tables through out. We waited 45 for our two combo meal. Let me repeat that, 45 minutes we waited. At about the 30 minute mark we asked how much longer and were told 3 minutes. 10 minutes later we were told 1 minute and then 5 minutes later we walked out out that place as quickly as possible. Of course, when we got home we found that they got our order wrong. The chicken was barely warm and the fries were way over done. Absolutely ridiculous, we won’t be eating there again and suggest you don’t either.

I think this location is very poorly run? As I have been to others and did not have the same experience I had here. Entered and gave my order to the clerk(female/middle eastern). I repeated my order 3-times to her until she finally could repeat it back to me, correctly. Music was loud enough that I could not hear her well, either. Maybe this hindered her hearing me? Order took exactly 16 minutes to fill and give to me at my table. So, I think ordering ahead is a good idea(but I hear they don’t get those orders right, either). I ordered the boneless wings combo. Wings=good, fries=bad, blue cheese dressing=stale(no taste). Even my ice-tea tasted watered down. I had another table next to me that waited longer than me. So, I really do believe this location is just not run correctly. I noticed no one on-staff here was a manager. Two employees that probably had better things to do than take orders? Leadership sorely lacking? I won’t go back to this location(I have limited time for lunches). But with all the mediocre reviews and statements about poor management, you would think the owners of this franchise would listen up and make it work better?
