Racist workers. 3 indian women workers making fun of drive through customers accents. I was inside, just very unprofessional.

Love this Tim Hortons location. Great and safe area. Coffee is always fresh and I get the breakfast sandwiches with a donut when I come through in the morning. Drive through line is pretty quick too! Wifi is always quick and no connectivity issues.

I stop here most mornings on my way into work and the drive thru line is so fast, even when there’s a line of cars wrapped around the building. They always get my order right and I know that I’ll always have time to grab my coffee even on days that I’m running late.

The absolute worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! I have given this location many many opportunities in the early morning hours just because they are close and convenient. Out of maybe the 8 or 9 times I’ve visited only two times has my order Actually been correct. First off they don’t speak English. Hardly at all. Secondly they never get the order correct. I don’t know what seems to be the issue but it seems that if you want to customise something they just don’t understand that. No cheese, extra cheese, minus tomato. Even extra shot of espresso seems to be incomprehensible to the staff. Once I asked them to make a vegetarian flatbread instead of a chicken flatbread sandwich and they didn’t understand my request and I eventually gave up on it saying never mind. I really don’t understand why it’s so hard to Not put chicken on and instead put veggies. Every time I’ve asked for extra espresso I haven’t gotten any. You can tell that there is extra espresso by the consistency, the flavour & the colour. Each and every time it comes with no extra espresso even though my receipt shows clearly that I paid for extra espresso. Being on my way to school and or work in the morning it’s very tough to go back through or go inside to complain(which I’ve had to do almost every single time) I literally would rather leave my house 10 minutes earlier before the sun comes up, go down the street park my car and go into a Starbucks that early in the morning and wait a good six or seven minutes for my order to be Correct. At first I was very impressed with the fast service & the low low price! I actually could not believe how cheap it was! I had to double check my order before paying because I didn’t believe I got all of that for that low price. The first time I had no troubles because I ordered something generic off of the menu word for word. After the second time is when I wanted a flavoured drink extra espresso or minus tomato on my sandwich. This is when things got very complicated because somehow it’s not comprehendible that I’d like something off of my sandwich or something added onto my sandwich. One of the most recent times I was told«but it comes with tomato» I Don’t want tomato… I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Every time I come for breakfast there is literally a line to 8 mile but it seriously never takes longer than 3 minutes in and out. Whatever system they have going on here it’s totally working. Yea they don’t all speak the best of English but they’ve never screwed up my order, food has always been fresh & delicious. The middlebelt location serves really bad quality food that always tastes and feels outdated so this is my go to location!

I come here a lot. The morning staff seems to be more on top of it than the lunch staff. My average drive through time in the morning is mere moments where it take 5 minutes sometimes to get lunch. The morning staff is usually friendlier as well. Regarding my order… it’s never wrong so I’m a happy camper for that reason.

Just had the worst service. It started with a women who apparently did not speak or understand the English language. After repeating my order 3 times of two chicken noodle soups, a chili, & a chicken sandwich In which a had to point at a picture of because the cashier was starring at me like I was speaking a alien language. I received 1 chicken noodle soup, bake potato soup(how that happen who knows) & here is were it gets good. A picture of the chicken sandwich couldn’t even help this women because I received a Blt that might be the most pathetic thing I have seen 1 piece of what I guess was bacon, & some delicious brown lettuce. I will never return!!!

Hmm. I am a big Tim Horton’s fan so I wanted to make a stop while in town. It seems weird to be this quiet at 2pm??? But I can understand because the customer service was barely service. Not feeling the love, rather that I was interrupting. My sandwich was blah. Still, I can’t get pumpkin spice donuts at home. I don’t plan on coming back here. Location in haggerty is much more fun

Most of the staff can not speak English well or understand English. I can’t tell you how many times we have went there, got wrong orders or left because after 2 – 3 times of saying the order they still could not get it right. It is really sad that businesses hire people that can’t speak or understand the language of the country they work in.

So apparently Tim Horton is kind of a big deal round here. I stopped in on Father’s Day for an assortment of donuts. Reminds me of Dunkin, they have donuts, donut holes, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee. You know, the usual. Like I mentioned I came in for donuts and I have to say everyone enjoyed them! So nice having this place right up the street. I plan on trying some donut holes this weekend.

I don’t know what it is about Tim Horton’s but I’m not a fan of their donuts or their bagels or muffins for that matter. Maybe it’s the whole Canadian thing but their jelly donuts are weird, their cream filled donuts also have a really strange mouth feel. Am I the only one? How is that Horton’s idea of custard is so different from the norm. I don’t know maybe it’s me or maybe it’s because I grew up on Dunkin’ Donuts and small local bakery donuts that were always fresh and always packed full of silky custard goodness. Horton’s is just odd — maple logs? Enough said. They do have decent coffee which is seemingly fresh, their muffins are OK but not near great and even their bagels approach something closer to a hockey puck, no pun intended Canada. I will say their service is always on point hence the 3 stars and they happen to be so close to my office that they’re unavoidable when I need a caffeine fix, but they won’t ever be my go to for anything really. In the past I have had some decent sandwiches be they for breakfast or lunch but it’s still not going to get it done for me. I know a lot of people really like Tim’s but I can’t get down with it… it’s like eating popcorn with olive oil rather than butter or chocolate chip cookies without the chocolate chips, something key isn’t in the mix.
