Service is great as well as the staff here! After reviewing the menu, we selected your traditional cheeseburger with fries. The meal was OK nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, that was the only thing we really found appealing on the menu.

I ordered a peach mint sangria during happy hour and the waiter came back and gave me a watered down sangria with no mint. I asked him where my mint was & he said«oh it doesn’t come with mint.» i said it has mint in it & he says«oh sure I can add it» are you serious!!! Then comes back and says sorry we don’t have mint. The sangria was soo freakin sweet i could not finish it. Worst service ever

Placed an order for Togo. The lady that took our order was fantastic, great personality and understanding of allergy concerns, my husband is allergic to dairy and it’s really a pain explaining no butter or milk or joy. She handled it like a champ. We ordered 2 sirloin stir fry bowls, the description sounded really yummy. Curbside was closed for the night so we had to go in and get it from the bartender. There was a bit of a wait but not too bad. Getting home though there was NO utensils or napkins at all. Generally not a problem however we are in the middle of moving and the forks are in a box… somewhere… There were maybe 4 pieces of «sirloin» in the box and a couple pieces of broccoli with some rice and minced other veggies. Great flavor but for $ 30 for 2 dinners nothing else no drinks or appetizers just 2 stir fry bowls it was really chincy and disappointing. But what do you expect, at Applebee’s there’s a 40⁄60 chance that it might be good.

On several occasions while dining at this location ive watch people stand up and walk out with the identifiable look of discust on their face. Dispite saying that my kid loves Applebee’s the franchise, but this location has probably changed her opinion of this place due to their rude and horrible service we’ve received on three straight visits now. Tonight being the night after my daughters birthday i aloud her to choose anything she wanted for dinner and she chose this place which would be fine if it werent for the knowledge that this location was the closest to where we were by 35mins. Upon arrival we held the door open for two seperate pairs of people both in which were seated almost immediately. The fist host returns and says it would be about 5 mins, mind you there are 4 booths and 10 tables within sight of the door that are cleared at empty. After 5 mins of watching both hostess and one server sit and chit chat at a register im approached by what looks a manager and asked whether she can help me… uh yah a table… her response is its going to be 5 mins while we clear a table. No answer was given when asked why i couldnt be seated at any of the empty and cleared tables that had been ready since i first arrived more like obviously avoided. Lets just say i had a much better experience at Chili’s which is a block away and pretty close tp the same thing. I don’t know what about me they didnt like but something needs to be done about this location cause i know for a fact im not the only one thats had this bad of an experience here.

For the place to be pretty empty when we were there, it took quite a while to receive our order which when it arrived, was cold. One of those situations when you’re really hungry and just don’t want to deal with sending the food back since it took quite a while to receive it in the first place. Waitress was attentive to drinks, friendly, etc., but overall value just isn’t there!

Tonight our server Bri was awesome! I went in for appetizer and drinks. The margaritas /artichoke dip tasted great! She was very energetic and kept checking up on us. Thank you for the awesome service Applebees staff. but especially Bri! I will be back

I don’t know what happened. I have been to this Applebee’s a dozen times and the food and service was great. I went to Applebee’s for New Year’s Eve dinner. The music was too loud, the service was terrible and the quality of the food was poor compared to my previous visits. I know I’m just a customer but it will be a long time before I return to Applebee’s. I think the service and food quality needs to improve.

Applebees seems to have gone down hill. Ordered the brisket enchiladas — the portions were extremely smaller than pictured and the rice was served cold. Definitely not worth 12.49. Waitress Danielle was great, but I’ve noticed the food lately isn’t. Won’t be back.

Went here on a Thursday night, it was pretty busy but not too bad. We didn’t have to wait for a table and there was 4 of us. To start off, we ordered chips and dip which took 15 – 20 minutes to get to us after we had to ask if they were sending it out. About 35 – 40 minutes later we still did not have our food and when they did bring it out 2 out of the 4 meals(one was a salad), we’re COLD like they had been sitting there for the last 30 minutes. I asked for a manager who came over and let her know that the meals were cold, she looked at me and said«Okay? What do you want me to do». I said«Get us warm plates??“I figured since the wait was horrible and our food was cold they would maybe take care of the meals they messed up… Nope, we got our checks and they deducted the cold meals and still charged us for the«warm» ones we asked to replace. Just ridiculous, their customer service is going down hill. I will NOT be returning.

I would give this place no stars, but the waitress was ok. I ordered the brewhouse chicken, it was BURNT totally, hidden under a insane amount of onion rings. Completely dry… We had already waited a ridiculous amount of time for the food to come out so I didn’t want to wait another hour for more sub-par food. I scrapped off the torched breading and doused it with gravy and potatoes. It was bearable, but we won’t be back. Chili’s across the street is 100% better.

Went here last night and service was a little slow at first but ended up being great. Food came out fast and was nice and hot. My husband broke a glass and the waitress and mgr came out to check on us. Will be going back.

Every time I go to this location I remember why I normally go somewhere else. They just don’t have a customer oriented mindset. Their favorite line is «Sorry, we don’t do that.» Drives me nuts. But, my g/f wanted to eat there last night and I forgot about the last time I went there and was told no to everything I wanted. Back in the day they offered riblets and chicken tender combo; it was one of their main dishes back then. Today, apparently not. They offer chicken tenders and they offer riblets; but I guess it’s impossible to serve them together on the same plate now without charging you full price for two dishes. What? Seriously? The waitress wouldn’t even go ask a manager about it. It’s not like I’m asking for Gerber baby food and curried alligator. I’m asking for riblets and chicken tenders… on the same plate… for an affordable price… like you used to! Whatever. So I ordered the basic cheeseburger and it was good, the fries were cold and stale and the waitress never came back to the table to ask if I wanted free re-fills even though they’re advertising it on TV as a big deal and it’s all over the menu. Had to ask for drink re-fills two or three times too. I thought about tipping myself instead of her. I hate bad service and I hate it when they have«No» mindset. My g/f had the Asian Chicken salad and it was good. We’d planned to have the dessert but the music got turned up too loud and we couldn’t hear each other talk. I asked for it to be turned down twice, and they did… for five minutes and then they turned it back up. The waitress said other employees turned it up even though people complained about it. And where’s the manager I asked? She wasn’t sure. At that point we just paid and left and got dessert somewhere else. Guess we’ll go to Chili’s next time.

I can tell why it has a lot of bad reviews, this place sucks. They gave me the ribs raw. I couldn’t cut one little piece off. I love going to applebees, I’ve never have my ribs served like that. They look nasty and really bad customer service. That sucks

If only I could give 0 stars. Ordered online(2 for $ 20) at 9:20 pm, said pickup in 15. I get there at 9:39, not ready. Got it at 9:50. Paid for it, and I’ll be the jerk who says it: I wish I could take my tip back. I tipped $ 3 when I got there because it was literally«order a meal, pick it up, done.» No waitress serving on me besides taking my card and swiping it. I still tipped because I’m used to it. I paid an extra $ 3 to wait an extra 15 minutes for mediocre food. Food: The American Burger– if you want the promised bacon, just forget the 2 for 20 and get a bacon burger. 3 cheese penne chicken– obviously premade and reheated badly. Generic tasting. Loved the honey bbq wings though! Forgot the silverware and bruschetta for the three cheese penne. If you’re looking for decent, «fancier,» medium-priced food, just drive to Stockton and get Olive Garden. (this experience was on a Wednesday night, no holidays/big events, with a semi-full to ¾ full building)

In Lodi, choices for late night spots are very limited, so we come here late in the evenings and it’s typically for the bar only. They make the best mudslide and the other drinks are fine… Not sure what people are expecting from Applebees. I have eaten here plenty of times and the food is mediocre. Again, what do you expect? What makes or breaks a chain like this is really the service you get and here it’s hit or miss. Still, where else are you going to go after 11pm in town? I will continue taking a chance on this place.
