They’re always so rude and unaccommodating. Regardless of how many sales walk through your door, you should never treat your customers like they’re an inconvenience. Sorry I wanted to spend money here…

This store is always tough to deal with. A long wait every time I’ve been here, representatives that are either unequiped to properly answer questions or are just plain lazy, and absentee managers. It’s aligned with AT&T’s reputation for terrible customer service.

Aaron is amazing always professional and helpful. Get to this store when they open because the wait times add up. Store is clean and Sunday’s seem to be their busiest times!

best stop in a business ive made in along time. after a few days of pointless phone calls trying to get AT&T internet to my old house in the country, and being told no, we cant to yes we can send a tech out for 149 bucks but no guarantees, these guys hooked me up got a service date scheduled, no charge, and got me upgraded to an Iphone 6 plus a cheaper rate on cell service, also got 2 free tablets out of the deal. Friendly and competent, cant ask for more then that

Incredible service, much better than it has been in the past. This store has made major improvements. On iPhone 6 launch day they had snacks, a dj and plenty of people for the line of those looking to get their hands on a new iPhone. Great job team AT&T!

A total zoo. Dial 611 if already a customer and/or shop online. Save yourself the wait and hassle of finding a parking space in that very tight lot… just not worth it.

Andrew and Chris were very helpful in resolving my issue with a rebate. They contacted AT&T while I waited and really worked in my interest and quickly resolved the issue at hand. They always keep the customer in mind and avoid unnecessary upgrades and or features.

Went into the AT&T store today and was given superior customer service by Carlos Aviles. I was needing help translating my billing and plan options as well as needed help with making a payment and making arrangements for a future payment plan. He went above and beyond and spent a large block of time helping me and making sure all was taken care of. When I told him I was sorry for taking so much of his time, he just told me «that’s what customer service i all about!» THANK you so much Carlos for all you did! AT&T this is an example of a great employee!

I don’t get it. They have someone on the door who will open it once they have finished chatting. Once inside today there are 8, yes: eight! folks with AT&T badges on who are not talking to any customer. There are also three staff members who are actually talking to a non-AT&T badged person. So, you would think they would see to you straightaway? Wrong! My name had to go «on the board» and they would«get to me soon». All of the people not talking to customers? They were staring intently at their keyboards/screens. Maybe they were all doing something important, but, from a customer perspective, it sure makes you feel like you are second best or worse. In all fairness, my experience with the staff, when finally allowed to talk to someone, has been generally very good. I just do not get this«making you wait for no apparent reason» thing. It frustrates me and encourages me to look for another providor.

Such a clean store. Probably the nicest AT&T store I have been in. The wait takes a little bit, but that is expected at almost any phone store. They have plenty of staff to hurry along the process and a few chairs to sit in which is nice. Overall a good experience!

i was so happy till i saw my bill it was a good thing i checked my bill and called At&t — the wonderful offer of waving activation fees during Black Friday didn’t pan out… they hit me for every single one of them. if i wasn’t good about checking my bill and reading the fine print i would have had to pay all three of them! not cool for not doing what you said you would SANDY :( thank you At&t customer care for resolving the issue and providing what the instore folks promised but didn’t fully deliver on… remember to always check your bills folks. autopay is convenient and all but if you aren’t looking you might be getting hit on some charges… until next time cheers!
