Ok really for 4 people to eat lunch it was 48 dollars. We just did the normal pick 2 and added a soda. The sandwich that I had got was just was absolutely no flavor at all even by adding salt. And mind you one of the 4 of us was a child who got the mac and cheese, that was just re-heated in the microwave it seemed like. I will not be going back there. I could have gone and had a sit down lunch that tasted good for probably alot less.

We’ve eaten at Panera Bread before at the Sunnyvale location, so we knew what to expect in terms of food and excellent customer service. We had high hopes. Unfortunately, at this Lodi location, the cashier didn’t smile, and didn’t say hello even when I said«Hi.» Now — what is wrong with that picture? I’m coming in as a customer — happy and hungry to eat at Panera Bread. First time at Lodi location. I greet the cashier and she gives me this«blank look». Is this what she learned in «training»? Should someone from corporate do a spot check. I just volunteered. Next issue: My husband asked a staff where the«hot water» was located for the«tea» and he was pointed to the back. He found no hot water there, but iced tea. He stood there then was informed to look«below» … No hot water but garbage there. So he returns to the seat feeling frustrated and begins to hate this Panera Bread location. Finally, after a breath to say this place was so unfriendly, he went around to look again for the«hot water» and finally found it. Next issue; Do not order the«cold» sandwiches. I ordered the turkey sandwich with apples and the turkey was cold. Ice cold. Straight from the fridge cold. Never again order cold sandwiches at the Lodi location. Yes, my stomach did not agree either and had to go to the bathroom. No, we will never return to this Panera Bread. Why should we?

OMG!!! Have you had their pumpkin bagel? Great way to start Fall and the holiday season. Hey Panaera, PLEASE bring back the ginger holiday bagel.

If you happen to want to get bagels here don’t bother having Janette help you cut your bagels through the bagel cutting machine cuz she half-assed the simplest job and had my bagels sliced up all lop-sided.

I have been coming to this Panera for years. Always consistently tasty food, friendly staff and clean restrooms. I like how even when busy I can always find a spot to sit. The parking gets a little crowded, but nothing too bad. I bought some bread today and my friend bought the butternut squash ravioli which smelled wonderful and she said they were quite good.

Go once a month with friends for coffee, always enjoy the breakfast choices, but most of all enjoy the atmosphere especially when we can sit outside. Last week went with a friend for lunch, food was good and sitting outside made for a nice time. Much prefer the Lodi location over the Trinity Parkway because the outside(and inside) seating is so much nicer.

Went in today for a late lunch with my Mom and my kids and I have to say that I was very impressed with the excellent customer service from JERRY. He was very nice, extremely patient, and helpful. The customer service quality can make or break you sometimes. The food was great as always(My Mom and I had the blt turkey avocado with the autumn squash soup *must try* and the kids had a grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup). I really appreciate their selection of fresh brewed teas and for a treat we got an orange scone *DELICIOUS*. We love the outdoor seating. Thanks for an amazing meal! We will be back :)

We used to eat at Panera weekly. Our order is wrong most times we visit(we usually visit the Trinity Park one). This time, our order was repeated back to me correctly, but when we picked up our food, I noticed two items were wrong. They were written correctly on the receipt. The lady behind the counter quickly fixed them. We went to our seats to find another item was wrong. I went to the counter to speak with the manager. He offered a baked item, but I had just purchased two with my order. He said that was all he could do. He did not seem like he had much experience in customer service. It’s true of the other Panera as well. The managers are arrogant and do not try to help the customer have a good experience. We won’t be back.

My first visit to this location and no surprises. Good soup as always, fresh baked bread and a tasty salad. Add a lemonade and still a good lunch for under $ 10.

I had a turkey sandwich and a salad that was amazing! So fresh and tasted great! Also treated myself to a m&m cookie which was huge… About the size of 3 cookies combined. Fine by me lol. All around a great place to eat.

Yvonne is awesome! She is so courteous, patient, and whenever I’m not sure about what to order she always gives me excellent options. This place is definitely one of my favorites.

Chicken Chipotle Panini and Cobb Salad with Avocado was AWESOME! To bad the brownie I got for free because it was my birthday was hard as a rock! LOL. I should have got the carrot cupcake. Service was amazing too from the cashiers. However, the servers aren’t so nice. They don’t smile or talk much. They avoid eye contact and have their head down. Kinda depressing. The minus one star is for the stale brownie and depressed food makers. Other than that, great place to eat and relax. Free WiFi too!

Never spent much time at a Panera before moving to Lodi recently. This location is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food seems fresh and can be modified to your liking. They have a good range of options, allowing for some healthy choices, as much as take-out can be. Orders are made quickly. We’ve used the online ordering once and it was accurate and quick. Nice outdoor patio and it was perfect area to seat our two young children.

One of the better experiences at Panera(first time at this location). Turkey Chili was tasty and had the same spices you typically get in a beef chili. Salad good as well. Order a cookie with your meal and it’s only 99 cents. I wished the cookie was softer, but it was close to closing, so I think it spent the better part of the day sitting there. It was crowded.

It’s so delicious I can’t wait to go back. My favorite ingredient is the wontons. Crunchy and spicy. Mmmmm!!!

The short version: It is a super clean Panera bread company and it is HUGE on the inside. The basics: I seem to default to Panera for a quick bite since I find myself writing another review for another location. I can say without question this has easily been the best Panera I have been to yet. It is super clean and very well maintained. It actually looks like a new location, but I have no idea. I was served very quickly and I had food moments after getting my drink. There was a nice fire roaring in a center fireplace that I sat by and enjoyed my lunch. I don’t have many reasons to be in Lodi, but I’ll come back here for lunch if it happens again. What works: Consistency in service and food. Large location with lots of seating What to improve: Maybe a tad bit more space between between the seats so you are not booty bumping as you pass though the place.

This location is great! Has so many places to sit. I frequent here to get my school work done, have a great lunch or dinner and use their free wifi. I highly highly recommend the Mediterranean Salmon Salad. Did I mention that I highly recommend it? It is to die for! So many flavors and so yum! The staff at this location is great. Customer service is always up to par. They keep the facility clean at all times. Even when it is busy. This is a great place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner; to have meetings with coworkers; to study and get business done. Nothing is better than a day at Panera Bread. Even if it’s in Lodi.

I really like the layout and feel of a Panera restaurant. I love the cozy seating options, I love the fireplace going on a cold day, and I love that you can cozy up with a book or laptop without feeling like you’re sitting in a cafeteria. The food at Panera is pretty good. The soups are usually a safe bet, the sandwiches are fresh, and the paninis are tasty. At my last visit I tried the Chipotle Chicken panini and the cream of chicken and wild rice soup. I’ll start with the Chipotle Chicken. It was suggested to me to skip the French bread that the sandwich usually comes on and to order it on the focaccia bread instead. What a great suggestion! The sandwich had sliced chicken, cheddar, bacon, tomato, and a chipotle spread, then it was grilled to perfection. Served hot, the focaccia was crispy and the cheese was stringy and delicious. The soup was good. Not great, but good. It was extremely thick. Like, stand a spoon up in it thick. I like a smooth, creamy soup but it just seemed like this one had way too much thickening agent added. The flavor was good but the thickness was a turn off. I resisted the temptation of the pastry counter. The cookies and muffins looked and smelled delicious, maybe I’ll indulge at my next visit.
