Absolutely the worst choice a person could make if they wanted chicken in Lodi. This KFC has consistently demonstrated poor management, poorly trained, immature employees and they literally never have enough product. Whomever owns this establishment should be ashamed. Reputation is everything and they scream BAD.

Very disappointing experience at KFC. Ordered an 8 piece original dinner & requested that 2 of the pieces be grilled. Received 2 grilled wings. Really!!! Obliviously it was for the same person. Would it have been realistic to get 2 different pieces. Too many other choices in town. Will go somewhere else next time.

I went to KFC on Kettleman 2 nights ago, and felt very uncomfortable as soon as I walked in. One big reason for my discomfort was the incredibly immature staff behind the register. Though there were a line of customers, they carried on with their horsing around and loud laughter. That’s what you might expect from a group of teenagers, but the crew looked to be in their mid-twenties. While standing in line, one previous customer approached the counter and complained that part of his order was missing. Not long after that, an older lady approached the counter complaining she almost slipped and fell due to the pile of mashed potatoes that was left unattended on the ground near the soda fountain. I walked over to see the mess that she almost slipped on, and it was indeed an obscene amount of potatoes just sitting on the floor. After I received my food and dined inside, I timed how long it took the employees to clean up the potatoes. It took them over 15 minutes, and another customer complaining about it before they did anything to clean it up. The only reason this review is giving KFC2 stars instead of one is because I can’t complain about my meal, it tasted good. But I don’t think I’ll be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
