I contacted service master due to a pipe bursting under my rental house. They were at my house the same day I called and I was nothing but impressed with the quick response, job quality, professionalism and knowledge of the owners and workers. They helped with the clean up and insurance process. I would highly recommend them!

We had Service Master Advantage come out to our place between Thanksgiving and Christmas for a fire we had in our house in Lodi. We called after 5pm not sure if we were going to get a hold of someone but they answered their phone and had someone out to our place with in a couple of hours and helped us navigate the whole insurance part as well. We really felt that we were taken care of if a timely manor and that they really cared about our fire damage. It was nice that they let us know that if we wanted to upgrade things we could just that we would have to pay the difference so I feel we have a nicer home now then before we had the fire. Thank you and your staff so much for taking care of our family.

They were quick to respond to our flood damage… vacuum up the water… but this is where they stop being helpful. Lacking of detail inventory list. The unsafe work site was a problem caused me physical harm. Damage to items that were caused by poor demo. Then the harassment came when they wanted payment, daily phone calls, messages demanding payment, threatening to take us to court and collections and three years after the incident they came up with a new bill for pack in and processed to accuse me of taking the money and of nonpayment of a invoice that was not submitted for payment to the insurance or me. I have been harassed daily for the money. Note if you store anything passed what the insurance will not cover the dates be ready to pay a small fortune to get your thing back.

I had Service Master Advantage out of Lodi handle a water leak at my home in Manteca. Water damaged my hard wood floors and Service Master(Lodi) sent out a very knowledgeable service technician named Eric who assessed and handled the work. Between Eric and Brock they handled the repair work including drying out my hard wood floors and helping me fix my plumbing issue and most importantly they helped me with my insurance claim.

I just wanted to say thank you to the ServiceMaster Advantage crew that showed up at my home after hours and the same day as my home fire. The first people to respond were Brock, Deborah, and Jackie. It was nice to know that the owner of the company would be so involved. I was overwhelmed by all these other companies that were trying to sell me there services, but ServiceMaster handled everything. They worked hand in hand with my insurance, addressed my consurns, were courtious of the fire investigators, set up contractors, did the boardup secured the property with a fence, were careful with my belongings, and Jackie even brought me flowers, as I had been injured in the fire. So thoughtful. Thank you all so very much!
