Went there today for lunch. Ordered a 10 piece BBQ w/fries. Wings were drenched in BBQ sauce, it was an inch deep at the bottom of the basket, we couldn’t finish it, it was so gross. Couldn’t even eat the fries, they tasted like they were fried in week old oil. When we went to get PowerAde, the vending machine poured out about 2″ in the cup, then stopped. We told them & they said, oh, we are out. This was at NOON on a saturday! Service has gone downhill since they opened!

Worst service of my life. I’ve gone to this wing stop a lot and I’ve never had a problem until lately. Today I ordered 2 combos ONLINE and was told my order would be done at 1:01PM. I go in and they give me my drinks and my order isn’t done. I wait another 20 minutes. It’s almost 1:30 and I just got my food that was sitting there the whole time! It was done when we got there but nobody gave it to us. I’m so frustrated because our food is cold and I don’t want to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake my order. I’m not going back to this one anytime soon

The only reason I am giving two stars its because the customer service was good. Unfortunately the food was not. The chicken was not cooked all the way nor were my Fries. I don’t understand why since I orders no salt or sugar on them which means I would of gotten a freshly cook batch. On top of that all my fries were ends. Very frustrating I love wing stop but it’s obvious the problems are the cooks. Will not return to this location. Will continue to keep going to the trinity parkway location even though I live in Lodi and I’m one mile away from this location.

I come here at least every other weekend to get the 75 piece family meal for pick up. EVERY time I order for 4 and get there until about 4:15 because I know they’re never ready and EVERY time I have to wait an additional 10 – 20 minutes. The employees are fairly nice so I get over it and keep coming here. Today I ordered at about 1pm for pick up at 4pm and when I get there they ask me if I want my food remade because they put it in at the time I ordered so I asked if I had put for 4pm which she said I had but and I quote her«we had nothing to do at that time so we just made your order but it’s a bit cold now» well you don’t say. Can’t wait for Buffalo Wild Wings in Lodi to be open for business…

I’ll have to say. My only reason for even coming here so much is for their freestyle machine that is hardly ever filled with the liked flavors. The staff are not very friendly. They pick and choose. It has to be THE worst WingStop that I have ever been to. They will give you left over fry cuts cooked to a crisp. Slimy wings with too much seasoning. If this is going to be your first time at WingStop. DONOT make this one your first. It will destroy your experience. They only deserve the 1 star because they do keep the place relatively clean.

Is there half a star? I’ve worked in the food industry for 9 years. I know how things go. I called and told her exactly what I want, it was the simplest order ever. She repeat it back to me and everything was wrong… -.- got there about 15 mins later, a young boy rang us up, we got our drinks and waited… 10 minutes go by, 20 minutes go by… 35 minutes go by. !!! I asked the lady where my order was, ITWASSITTINGRIGHTTHEREFORTHEPAST30MINUTES. Thanks. Obviously I called ahead so I can wait a total of 45 minutes for cold food. You guys should win an award for best service ever.

I gave this location 2 chances and I was disappointed both times. My wings weren’t crispy even though I ordered them extra crispy. The employees seemed overworked and miserable. I could tell they were trying to do their best but the weight times and the below par customer service made me give this location only two stars. I love other locations I’ve been to and this is the only one that just can’t seem to get it together. Bummer, especially since it is so close to my work.

I’ve been to this Wingstop a few time now and when it first opened it was great. The owner was in the restaurant each time I went in and was on top of the daily operations. It seems that now he has trusted it to be ran by his employees and the service has gone down the hole. A couple of weeks ago I went in to this location and the men’s room was out of soap. I had to ask 3 times before someone came out to put more soap in the restroom. To make matters worse is I witnessed an employee enter the bathroom and exited after about a min or two so naturally I assumed it was to add more soap. I walked in after him to wash my hands and it was still empty. This means that the employee went to the restroom and went back to work without washing their hands thoroughly. It wasn’t until about 5 mins later that it was finally refilled. I went in for lunch today with 2 coworkers and we each ordered 6 piece meals. It took 30 mins to get our food. When we ordered the place was almost empty, Several people ordered after us and they all got their food before us. I asked the young lady working what was taking so long and there was no apology or anything.

Horrible service!!! I’m only giving that extra star just because of the good chicken. Does it really take 25 mins to make some chicken?!? Common now! Why would they HIRE individuals who talk to each other while customers are ordering/waiting? Just staring at the one dude holding a broom for the past 5minutes at the same spot. If I was the manager, I would fire them all then have the manager fire their own self. Me and my friend came here on three separate occasions within the last 2 months because it was the closest and most convenient Wingstop in town since it opened. Each time we came in on a Monday or Tuesday around 6−7pm to get the discount. At the time, the place itself was half full, there were typically 2 – 3 people ahead of us in line, and on average it took about 15 minutes for the wings to be ready after ordering. I always order the same thing: 10 boneless wings, 9 Garlic Parmesan and 1 Atomic. The first time I received 9 boneless wings with nothing on it but a vat of oil and some Parmesan melted in on the bottom of the container. My friend was kind enough to drive back(probably because he shared my sentiment) and I was given a new order, with the employee gloating about how she serves her customers better than her co-workers. What I received was more of the same, except that she was kind enough to sprinkle 2 teaspoons of Parmesan on top. The second and third time was no better since the Parmesan Garlic was overcooked and difficult to consume. The Atomic wings contain a more significant amount of vinegar the other Wingstop locations, deadening its own spiciness. Maybe that’s something people like but I thought that completely defeats the point of having an Atomic wing. Also, during one our visits my friend was charged the regular amount instead of the Monday/Tuesday discount, but please note that he did not dispute the charge. I was thrilled when Wingstop first announced that they would open a location here, but now I see that their quality and service is far below the potential convenience of the location. Yeah, the employees do bad work but also consider how that reflects upon the manager’s ability to run the place. It’s appalling to think how a person like that can operate this Wingstop. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other Wingstop locations in Stockton. Personally I would go for the one in Park West Place on Trinity Parkway. Either way, you deserve better.

This wingstop is way out of control the manager getting caught smoking weed in her car in front of this restaurant is bad for the Wingstop and should be fired … she yells at her employees and does alot of nothing herself… anyone who carries themselves this way is bad for the community for the kids that come in this place also… Note that the owner should be notified to the fullest or I will put this in the news… Ashley is the managers name and also the favoritism … I’ve sat there and watched her work with these young kids that work so hard … some pay rent and so. e go to school either way she plays with there schedule to her Convienence… there are 3 owners for this establishment and one of them needs to step up to this manager and deal with this problem or Wingstop will be ran to the ground for good… too bad…

I love wings. I love wing stop. But the lodi one has lost the flavor of wing stop. I been here a few times but they are so dry. There not sauced real good like the stockton stores. I hope they can change that cause k live down the street. But i will drive to stockton just to get my fix. And when i came to pick it up. They forgot to make my fries. Please fix the sauce and make them just a little more crispier.

Usually when i order here the food is always fresh and delicious. Tonight seemed like the fries were sitting out too long and the wings were over cooked. My fries and wings were hard as rocks. My husband and i barely touched our food. Very disappointed.

Just finished eating here. The additional star is for the wings. They were really good. However, it took about 30 min to get 15 traditional wings and there were omly 2 other people. Then, our order was wrong and the fries and butter roll were old. Finally, just like the other Unilocalers mentioned, the customer service was pretty bad. Not very friendly. They looked upset if anything. Probably won’t go back unless I’m not paying.

Today we came in, and we’ve already have a few bad experiences here, they’ve messed up our large take home order before, anyways today we came in and got dinner, and our«server’s» was Raquel, and she was extremely rude when taking our order, she gave us a lot of attitude, we ordered a simple order, and she was totally rude to us and acted like she was annoyed or something. We weren’t rude or had a difficult complicated order. This bad service from her makes us not want to come to our lodi wing stop, and we were so looking forward for this to open. I’m sure they will go out of business soon, with service like this continuing. Food was great! Not worth the attitude you get for paying them money. Lol.

Not very happy with the food I received here. I placed an order online(which by the way, told me there was an error after I submitted my payment info, so I had to call the business to make sure they actually received my order because the money had been taken out of my bank account already) for 20 boneless wings to go. The boneless wings were no bigger than a three year old’s pinky finger. Seriously. I wish I would have taken a picture. They looked like they were crumbs left over from a bucket of popcorn chicken, no joke. They were really overcooked and dry. I also ordered fries, which were so soggy with no flavor. I did choose the normal seasoning, but these had no flavor at all, unless you consider old greasy and overcooked a flavor. When I arrived to pick up my food there was nobody else in line. I walked up to the counter and the girl was on the phone with a customer, no problem, so I wait. And I wait, and I wait. She has walked to and from the register more than a few times without even acknowledging me. Finally another staff member who was leaving walked by and stopped beside me and asked the girl what was going on. The girl replied something about the phone, and then finally asked me what I needed. I told her my name and that I had placed the order online and she asked if I had paid online too. I told her yes. She finally found my order and then proceeded to tell me I owed such and such amount then realized her mistake and said«Oh haha, just kidding, you already paid!» then walked away nervously. Maybe she was new, I don’t know. The employees weren’t rude and the customer service was okay, it’s just the food here is awful tasting and not worth the money. If there was a Buffalo Wild Wings in town I’d def. choose them over this place.
