Best spot for beer wine and spirits for 100s of miles. Highly recommended. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Huge craft beer selection and great spot to find local wine.

I never thought that I would review a liquor store but this place is awesome. It has an amazing selection. If you are looking for something special, stop by and you won’t regret it.

Hands down, best liquor store in Lompoc. The selection is vast and almost endless. The prices are competitive and the service is great. If you are from Lompoc, you already know the deal. If you are passing through or new to Lompoc, next stop, Liquor Emporium.

Amazing selection of stablished brews and micro brews. Exquisite selection of rare limited edition tequilas, bourbon whiskey, single malt whiskies and their collection of local wines. There local staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This to me makes this liquor store stand out from your ordinary on the corner liquor store.

I’ll start with customer service. 5 star. They remember you, always important for divas like me.
Selection 4 star. For Lompoc 5. They have my top 2 favorite Gins which are generally very hard to find.
Price 4 star. Well, sometimes they have a special but it is a liquor store so you pay liquor store prices. They are fair. I’m hoping they will start an email thing to let me know what’s on sale each week since they have the best selection of liquor around!

Being the closest full-​fledged liquor store to my house I have been to the Liquor Emporium many times trying to grab some last minute things for parties. They selections are excellent (but mildly overpriced) and the owner is always very nice.
They have the store divided with wine and spirits on the left side and everything you would traditionally find at a Circle K on the right. By the counter there is a standard selection of mini-​liqour bottles (I always find those a nice way to try new things, if you don’t like it, you don’t have a giant bottle of it after the first sip).
They have a nice selection of sodas and sell Lottery tickets to it’s just as good to use as a convenience store as it is a liquor store. In some cases it’s better to use it as a convenience store. Sometimes the prices are a little exaggerated. I once payed $ 8.99 for something that was $ 4.99 at the supermarket (I was in a real hurry and all the big markets were across town).
The owner/​manager is always friendly and diligently checks my ID every single time, even though he knows me but it doesn’t bother much. It’s nice to still feel young… Overall, The Liquor Emporium is a nice quick-​fix solution to a last minute party need.
