Although I am not a regular, we got home late one night and decided to go. Our food was beyond disgusting with grey colored taco shells and filled with water? A quick dinner for two cost us 12 $ and we couldn’t eat any part of it. If you want quick Mexican food go to Florianos or El Tizon! Get great food and support a local business.

Horrible customer service. Lunch rush, 8 customers in line and no one jumps on the other register. Why have 2 if you’re not going to use it to make money for your business. The employees seem apathetic.

This should not be that hard. Waited almost 5 minutes to place my order as the staff hung out, hiding. Placed my order with the general manager, no apology. Franchise owner needs to get his act together. Really poor service.

Visiting from AZ and this Taco Bell somehow had fresher tasting food. While TB isn’t my first choice usually, this one was surprisingly good.

Lousy service! The drive-thru employee basically threw my order at me! The burrito was a handful of mush. I returned to the front counter, the employees saw me, but chose to just ignore me. I left the food on the counter and returned to my car and called the restaurant phone, asking for the manager. «I’m the manager» was the reply. I asked for his name, but he refused to give it out. I told him that my order was sloppily served. He wanted to know what I ordered. I told him, and that I wanted a refund because of bad service. He told me that I would need to return my food to the store for one. I told him that the food was sitting on the front counter and that I was right outside and that he could bring my refund to me. He never did. Thanks, Jonathan! I guess he felt that I was just passing thru town and that he’d never hear from me again. To the owners: I worked for Taco bell thru High School and we never treated our customers like the way I was treated! Oh owners: this is not an isolated incident. The food is okay, typical Taco Bell. Wait is usually longer than average fast food wait. Drive-thru can be ridiculous! The setup of the drive-thru line is just plain stupid and I am surprised the city has not said or done anything about it yet. I have seen it so bad where people are blocking the entrance from the main road, H Street.

This Taco Bell is pretty average for a Taco Bell chain. I’ve never had anything missing from my order, which is, ironically, something I am used to for this chain. They do tend to order cook the churros, but are otherwise alright if you like going here. I didn’t wait long in the drive thru. I’ve never been inside.

Looking to grab a quick Meal, Taco Bell was the first place we saw, but this one is not the one to go to for sure! It took 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru line, and when we got to the order microphone placed the order. It was 1:45pm, and they had a special slushee deal for $ 1(regular $ 1,75) and it was advertised to be from 2pm till 5pm. I asked if we could get one Mountain Dew slushee with our order for the special $ 1 deal, since it was almost 2pm. His answer was no, but in a rude way that didn’t answer my question. Instead he gave a runaround with words like«the special is from 2 till 5, so I asked again, and again a runaround. Really? Is it going to break the bank to give a customer a perk? This was absolutely ridiculous, both the long wait, and now this… End result was I canceled and will probably never return. Not only were they super slow, for no apparent reason, but they lost a customer over $ 75 cents that really would have cost them nothing, especially when you consider that drink is mostly frozem water, costing maybe 5 cents at most. In today’s economy especially this is no way to treat a customer and expect to stay in business. Obvoiusly they don’t care.

Slowest fast food restaurant in town!!! The last four trips to this Taco Bell have been bad experiences. Long waits and bad food. The management does not care if you complain. I just waited 15 minutes in line and decided to leave because there was still five people a head of me. There were four managers there all laughing and joking around. Not one of them tried talking to the customers that have all been waiting for long periods of time. There was no napkins out, no taco sauce, and the soda machine was empty. When a customer asked for soda, a manger stated that they would try and find someone to fill the machine. I’m a General Manager of a local hotel and know that’s not how you treat the people paying their money to you. Also, I should mention that there was only one cashier during this busy time and long waits. 7000 people without jobs in Lompoc and they can’t hire someone to help with lunch rushes. I went a cross the street to Burrito Loco and had real Mexican food with way faster service.
