I’ve been here about 5 – 6 times and the food is always ok. I usually order a burrito since they come with a soda. The breakfast burritos may be hit and miss… I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito a few months back and it was ok. Nothing special about it. I was dissapointed in the lack of flavor since the salsa is on the side. They barely give you enough salsa for two bites. Today, I had the bacon breakfast burrito thinking maybe it will have more flavor. However, french fries were used in lieu of potatoes(not something I remember from the sausage burrito I had). It made me question if I was eating leftover french fries from yesterday or if they really have them in their burrito recipe. Also, they used a mixture of bacon and ham. I hate ham. They may both be pork but they have two very different flavors. If they were running out of bacon, I wish they would have told me. Or if that’s the way they normally serve it, I don’t recommend ordering it. Between the fries and ham and the fact that I ran out of salsa after my second bite, it was terrible. The redeeming factor in my review is for the times I’ve been here for lunch. I LOVE the bean and cheese burrito. It hits the spot. It’s the perfect balance between the cheese and beans, and it helps that the beans are awesome! The carne asada burrito was also good but again, I wish they gave you like 5x more salsa because I did need to add it to give it flavor. The burrito prices are a little high. I think all their burritos soda combos come out to $ 8 when using a credit card(because there’s an extra .75 charge). But it doesn’t make any sense why I’d pay that much for a carne burrito versus a plain bean and cheese. While I love their bean and cheese burrito, no way am I ever paying that much for it.(On the bright side, I didn’t need to add any salsa to it because it already had so much flavor!)

Tacos are greati mean really great. The prices are cheap but the waitress this time was not all that to meet my expectations. She left us waiting n forgot the soda. I hate to remind waiters but I will when necessary.

The food was fast, fresh and flavorful! The art and ambiance were amazing! And the music was muy bien… Nothing like a side of DMX with your taco and margarita! Hands-down one of the best spots I’ve been to in Santa Fe!

Second time coming here this week. Picking up take out for my coworkers in the office, food is great. Staff was very friendly, found myself a new«go to» place! And they are open early, which is a plus since finding good mexican food for breakfast is hard.

I order the wet burrito and it is always pretty good. It’s pretty cool that they deliver too. And I like when they have the tortilla lady making fresh tortilla. When you dine in, they serve you two small tortillas with beans. I wish they offer more tortillas. I have also try the red chilaquiles and I didn’t like them much but it was still ok

The food is very good, especially for a small business. Service was great too. Will recommend people try this spot.

The food here is really good, I have been there 3 times in the past 2 months and have had them deliver to our home once, and the food they serve has been consistently awesome. The wife and I love their al pastor tacos. They have a drive thru that we’ve used twice and the service has always been great.

Been coming here for years. Authentic Mexican food. LEGIT. I love this place, everything is sooo good! I saw a review here that said it’s the worst Mexican food ever and it confused the hell outta me like we cannot possibly be talking about the same place lol. Just disappointed about no more lengua. I love me some lengua.

I had visited here numerous times before my «life as a Unilocaler», but this was my first visit since that has commenced,(basically, a little over two years). In that time, I’ve noticed a change or two. First, and most important to me personally is that they no longer serve lengua. Whaaaat? No more lengua. No lengua anything? C’mon… That $hit was da bomb!!! Myself… I need some occasional«tongue action» and it’s no longer an option here. Boo hoo… I almost started chanting, «bring back the tongue, bring back the tongue»!!! But, I exercised what little bit of self control I had left in me and kept my mouth shut and my humble opinion just that… Mine!!! That said, what I did notice is that this place is now«on the map» so to speak. No more sleepy little eatery here. No way Jose!!! Prior visits were damned near solitary in nature, maybe, just maybe, another customer or two. Not anymore folks!!! The place was flat out pumpin’ at lunchtime! Hardly any room to sit, either inside, or out on the patio,(which by the way, they have cleaned up nicely). Casa Perez, like similar establishments, will start you off with chips and salsa. Decent, but not necessarily anything to write home about. But,(and it’s a BIGBUT), after that, comes out a little corn tort, folded and stuffed with chorizo infused frijoles refritas, that just knocks ones socks off. So, so simple, yet oh so good… I almost asked them to just bring me a dozen or so of those little bad boys out for my meal. But… I am a considerate fellow and didn’t want to monopolize the facilities for the rest of the day once I got back to my office… I then ordered what I’ll call a «do it myself» style three taco combination, consisting of one camaron, one al pastor, and one chicken taco. Started with the chicken, finished with the camaron and each was progressively tastier than the next… The waitresses are super chill. They bust their little asses off to see that you’re satisfied and all your culinary needs are fulfilled, even during this lunch time madhouse time period. Maybe just maybe, a tad slow with the check but I figured the quicker they got it to me, the quicker I’d be back at work so no major issue there… So, to summarize… Chips and salsa, a radical little frijoles refritas taco, LARGE«fountain style» Diet Coke,(I didn’t want the canned variety), and three exceptional little tacos for a grand total of,(drumroll please…) $ 7.96!!! Now, all I needed was a wet lengua burrito to go… Oh… 1 free chicken taco with a Unilocal check-in to boot!!!(I didn’t use it so that ISNOT reflected in the final $$$ total). Peace out!!!

Went with my boyfriend; Loved it!!! Say no more… Nice waitresses. We both ordered a molcajete. It was so good, the cheese was just juicy, perfect and crispy on the top of the shrimp, carne asada and pollo omg …

Do not let the exterior fool you – this place is packing in heat, with amazing food that is! I’ve eaten here once before when they delivered to my place of work, but now that I live around the corner from here – oh lord, these people might as well take my whole paycheck! LOL. The wet burritos here are HUGE and come with a drink… for only $ 7.75. Where I used to live, they were around $ 12 without the drink. The shrimp cocktail here is amazing as well, and it helps that the employees here are always nice & I thank them for putting up with me and my ability to always be undecided about what to eat(because everything here is bomb). lol Thank you so much for the great food and continuing to put up with me. I applaud you! Haha.

This place is your local«hole-in-the-wall» Mexican restaurant. I recommend the wet burritos, flautas, and tacos. On the weekend mornings there are freshly made tortillas, grandma made. Legit grandma tortillas. You can watch her make them.

I love their tacos here. They are not stingy with the meat. Best part I like about this place is the dollar tacos all day Mon thru Fri… nvm they stopped serving taco when I stop by today 7⁄23.
