I usually stop by here after getting off work and exiting the freeway. The employees are nice and fast at preparing your food. I usually order the Asada buttito along with a cold bottled coke. That always hits the spot :) I knocked off a star because I wish they had more options when it comes down to the salsas. Other than that I’m a fan!

Saw that this taco truck had sprung up at this new location and was excited to try. A friend always posted pictures on Instagram of his Tacos El Gallito tacos, although a different location and different from my usual taco truck order, I was eager to try. What a waste. I should have gotten the idea starting with the demeanor of the guy taking our order. He seemed to be annoyed by the fact we were there, the only ones there and yet he seemed annoyed. We ordered two carne asada burritos, a plain quesadilla and three carne asada tacos to go, $ 22.50. Over priced, but we paid and waited for our order. As soon as the guy hands over our bag of food he gets on his cellphone immediately, sees us there but stays on his cellphone, we had to ask 3 times for containers to fill our own salsa from the table which mind you, have no covers on them to protect from the elements but hey, in Mexico, some of the best food and salsa comes from such elements so we tough it out and know it’ll be awesome, right? Well no, not this time. We get home and further regretted the purchase. Meat was dry, looked overly reheated with no joke, burned pieces of meat inside and the plain tacos had rice remnants?! Wtf? Did you pull this meat from a burrito? Oh and the rice from both the burritos and what little bits were in the tacos was partly dry, hard and looked like some strange ‘Fanta’ orange color! Seriously, I tried but just couldn’t. We all just couldn’t finish, half is what we all tried and that’s it. The tacos are almost intact because they just weren’t that good. The burritos meat was masked by the beans, onions and cilantro I guess because I could not get past the bright orange rice. Stay away.

The tripa tacos are really bad, they only have 2 type of salsas sitting on an old table with no ice. It was empty only 2 police officers and myself. I’m really disappointed won’t ever come here.

This is a clean food truck with very nice people and excellent food. They said that they just started in this location. I had a lengua taco which was perfect. And my wife enjoyed her veggie burrito.
