This place was beyond amazing!!! The 2 employees there are so incredible! Not only did they give me the top notch customer service that I love but they literally «cared» about my purchases. They were so knowledgeable and extremely patient as I literally tried on EVERY pair of glasses in the store. Since I’ve gotten to Los Angeles I have had some bad days of customer service but TODAY wasn’t one of them. These guys get it! If you’re looking for supreme service and want a cool pair of high end sunglasses for a reasonable price…
This place is a must!

I’m a fan of their sunglasses but not a fan of this store’s customer service. Walked in ready to buy a couple pairs but was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. The only time the girl (who was on her phone most of the time) said anything was when she said ‘Have a nice day’ when I was leaving. Was actually expecting this type of service when I went to A.P.C. next door but they were actually nice and even greeted me.

They told me they would be ready to make prescription sunglasses in September so I waited a month and now they changed their minds and said not until the end of the year.
What kind of flagship sunglasses store doesn’t offer prescription lenses? You can get prescription lenses in frames by the same brand at other stores. I wish someplace actually useful had opened in this spot in Silver Lake instead of this waste of space.

Just visited and bought two sunglasses. Have to come if you want to buy sunglasses. The store is so damn cool!!! The stuff is nice and friendly, wearing chrome hearts and junya watanabe.

This is the brand «that emerged out of Italy’s fashion underground. Their modern retro inspired classic sunglasses are all handmade in Italy of top quality acetate and all feature Zeiss lenses which are renowned for their superb optics.»
A bunch of celebrities wear them which means you should too, right? Right. Regardless, they’re beautiful, hand-​made, with many excellent styles — suited to nearly every taste. They’re not Warby Parker and aren’t out to save anything but your tired ass look, but they excel at that, trust. They also rehabbed that eye-​sore of a building that only seemed fit for collecting graffitti diarrhea, so they get my vote. They’re right next to APC, Shinola, Aesop and all the other painfully cool and expensive stores on that stretch of the boulevard so check them out so you can happily empty your wallet and fill your face with some fashion. Welcome to the neighborhood kiddos, muah! (props to me for first review, cha-​ching!)
