Definitely not one of the better Subway… as you see this Subway is rated rather low for a reason. The owner refused to honor a coupon I tried to use. I has a coupon that said” Buy ANY sandwich and a drink and get ANY other sandwich for free of equal or less value”. And yes the word«ANY» was in capital letters on the coupon. She said that coupon is good for buy a six inch sandwich and get a second six inch sandwich for free only. I knew that wasn’t true because Subway specifically describes their coupons. Some say buy a six inch sub and drink and get second six inch free. Others say buy a footlong sub and drink and get second footlong free. I tried explaining the difference to the owner but she started getting irritated so I left and when to a Subway less than a mile away in Alhambra. I asked the cashier first at this Subway if she could tell me what my coupon meant and she straight out said that I could buy any sub and the second would be free. And I asked her if that included a footlong and she said yes. I’ll be using my coupons at the Subway on Fremont Ave next to the Starbucks from now on.

One of the better subways. i was in on a friday evening and the two girls working the counter were really friendly. I signed up for the subway text msg offers and wanted to use the coupon for a free six inch. The girl was totally cool and didnt skimp on the ingredients even though it was free. I requested extra sauce and extra time in the toaster and the girl took my order without the usual attitude given at other locations. She also piled on the spinach to the level that i have always dreamed of. Sandwich was bomb!

Nelson is sooooooo slooww. Please go any slower. Ingredients just thrown on the sub. Not even spread out properly. Oven roasted too long. Ask for onion get literally 3 thin slices. What a joke.

They have a few girls who are ridiculously rude! And will only go there if I have no other choice. But there has never been a time where someone hasn’t given me some kind of attitude.

No stars. highly DISSAPOINTED. Jasmin I don’t know if she’s new because I’ve never seen her at this location before, but OMG she gave the worst customer service I have ever seen. Yelling at a little poor Hispanic woman because she couldn’t understand her and then giving attitude to EVERYONE as if we needed to b nice to her and not vice versa. Like hello we are the customers! This girl needs proper training. I’m calling corporate

Honestly… This is in a pretty nice location and it’s close to my house. It’s real clean inside and organized. I’m giving this two stars because it is a hit or miss with customer service. The prices are alright. I hate that they never toast my sandwiches well enough. But overall, this subway is good if you want to get a quick bite, hopefully you don’t come here on one of their bad days though.

I went in on January 1st around 7:30 — 8:00 a.m. the customer service was awful. The girl who prepared my sandwich was rude and she was probably rude because she was probably hungover considering how sloppy her hair and make up was. Her hair was not even brushed back nor was her hat on properly. She also placed my cup upside down on the counter. What is that? That’s disgusting how many people touch the counter and place objects on it? She kept rushing me even though no one was behind me. Two stars cause the food was fine. But her attitude sucked plain and simple.

I frequent this Subway quite often, I am usually pleased with the staff and customer service. The guys always say«Welcome to Subway.» However, I had to write this review as a reminder to many that you are entitled to order your sandwich the way you like. This would be the first time I had met Christine employee who complained about making me 4 sandwiches, Really??? Like, thats what you do, order sandwiches here right? I did not ask for a unusual demand. 2 in. cold cut sandwiches, veggies and oil and vinegar 1in. tuna toasted add cheese and mayo and 1 in. teri. chicken and 4 soups. she groaned in fustration over my order, as another co-worker asked whats wrong? she replied I have to bake bread and she wants to order 4 sandwiches and soup(that she had to microwave). As I told her my request, she continued to act smug and said huh? what? and turning away to complain, Hello I can hear you! I’m sorry you have so much work to do. I almost felt bad for ordering at all, as I left there it put me in unsatified mood, not to mention the bread being stale didnt help etiher. I regret to put only 2 stars based on this one employee costomer service as I have enjoyed all the other staff, however if you had this kind of rude service in any establishment you would of done the same.

It’s ok. people that want more from this place, think about what area you’re in. And it’s like the McDonald’s of sandwich chains so, seriously, go somewhere else if you want special customer service.

Love this subway. Others they are really cheap and literally they will hardly add any ingredients to your sub… Annoying! But here I don’t have a complaint, really always friendly. Kinda of mechanic«welcome to subway» but at list they are saying something :-). Please please! Keep all what are you doing; fresh veggies, tuna, and well served. … I’m so hungry just thinking of the sub!!! And I can’t get one because is 12:30 am! Man. :-)

Meh. I’ve experienced better is EXACTLY what I mean. This subway was a little sloppy. And I pay SOMUCH attention to subways because I work at one.(: The employee that did my sandwich was average… But the bain(where they keep all the veggies) was supper messy. I don’t like. It just wasnt appealing. And the lettuce was yellow during brown. It wasn’t fresh! Also the avocado wasn’t ready to be cut. It was a little hard but I toughed it out. It might just be that I have a lot of expectations… The thing that really ticked me off is when I asked to substitute a bottled drink instead of the small fountain drink she just added a bottled drink instead of substituting it! That costs me an extra two dollars. THEREIS A SUBBUTTONONTHEPOSSYSTEM. And I know two dollars isn’t much to make a big deal about… But it was just really careless and she just seemed so disinterested. After she handed me my change and walked away, I read the receipt and saw the error. So I took what I paid for, the bottled drink AND the fountain drink. DON’T MESSWITHME. HAHAHAA.

This place is great. I always use my subway app to place my orders. And it is ready when I arrive! Yes they may not have all the subway ingredients(no feta cheese), but I can overlook that because their efficiency makes up for it.

I like that when you come here… 1. The staff is friendly 2. Attentive 3. Responsive 4. And accurate Oh and btw they don’t define spinach as three leaves across a footling! I live closer to the Main location… But I come here. #thatisall

You would think a Subway is a Subway, is a Subway. Think again — and stay away from this one! The first time I came to this location, I got my sandwiches made, and was waiting to pay. The girl at the register paid NO attention to me as she continued to count the pennies in the machine. If she just looked up and let me know she would be with me in a minute, that she had to get the counting of pennies done right this moment, I would have totally been okay waiting. But she just ignored me and kept counting those stupid pennies. When she was done counting, she didn’t look up, she started writing things down on a piece of paper, and then took the paper to the back, all without acknowledging the customer. I was seriously considering walking out with my sandwiches. When she finally came back to take my money, there was no apology for wasting my time as my sandwiches got cold and soggy. The second time I went(I didn’t learn my lesson the first time), they were out of the particular kind of bread I wanted. This was at the beginning of the lunch rush. Isn’t it their job to have all the bread stocked while entering the busy hour of the day? I opted for another kind of bread — and it was hard and stale. I don’t get mine toasted, this bread was OLD. The third time I went(I must have been taking crazy pills), the lady in front of me asked for a meatball sub. The«sandwich artist» looked around dazed and confused, and eventually stammered out, «Uhhhh, we’re out of meatballs. Well, actually, we have them in the back but I think… I think they’re frozen.» Really?! As a customer, I don’t want to know that the meatballs are frozen. Coddle me and let me keep thinking things are«fresh» at Subway. And if you were running low on meatballs, shouldn’t you have defrosted some before for one of your best-selling subs? Sadly, I’ll probably go again just because I live near here. But if you are not a sandwich masochist, please, I urge you to stay clear of this Subway location! In a country where Subway is the largest food franchise, a Subway is NOT a Subway, is NOT a Subway. Learn from my mistakes, even if I haven’t learned from my own…

Have you ever seen an episode of Mad TV where they were showing Bön Qui Qui at King Burger? I totally felt like one of those customers today. Here is the youtube clip as a reference. I ordered a foot long Subway Club sandwich and after the«sandwich artist» put the meat on the sandwich, she asked me if I wanted it toasted. Of course I wanted it toasted so then she starts trying to put it in the oven. She drops the basket that the sandwich was going to go on and puts it back in the oven without washing it. I was petrified. I asked the lady why she did that and she was making all sorts of excuses. Point blank, it is unsanitary to do that. It is like they dropped my sandwich and just gave it to me. It makes me think what other unsanitary practices they are capable of. Anyhow, it is all recorded on their video cameras. Even one of her coworkers was saying dropping the basket on the dirty floor was okay. I am not amused by the 5 second rule. It does not apply in any food establishment and they have some nerve to question this. I hope corporate Subway reads this review. I mean her plastic gloves touched the dirty basket! I wonder if she thought why she was wearing the gloves or why the condiments and food are covered… I will not go to this location ever again!!!
