Came here after our college graduation for a quick bite. Asked for bread and a blooming onion to start. It took our server 20 minutes and 3 times asking for bread to bring it over and we saw other tables getting a blooming onion who came in after us. We did not get our appetizer for 45 minutes and it took another 10 minutes just to get the ketchup we had asked for. Our server continued to tell us the app would be right out every 5 minutes When we got our meals the food was okay but overcooked! Ordered the steak medium rare and came back medium well. Our server didn’t even give us a minute to look at the food before asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything. She asked while the runner was still putting our plates down. Highly disappointed.

I don’t normally go to chain restaurants let alone review them but I had to drop a quick line and say that I had THEBEST server ever here. Gregory P. Was attentive and friendly. He made sure our glasses were always full and table was cleared of empty plates. He didn’t hover and didn’t stay and chat too long but even as busy as the restaurant was he wouldn’t mind chatting for a few seconds and giving us a chance to make a connection with him. He left a huge impression with me and if I ever come back here I will ask for him. Thanks for a great dinning experience.

Went there last. Service was AWFUL. Entrees and the appetizer were delivered at the same time. And as I’m about to dig in, our coconut shrimp is literally snatched from our table and brought over to the table next to us. No explanation, no apology. So rude! Food came out relatively quickly yet my steak was cold. Couldn’t even complain about it because the waitress didn’t bother checking in on us at all. When she did after dinner was practically over, I had to ask for my coconut shrimp and more water. Still no apology or acknowledgement that she’s a crappy server. No desire to ever visit this place again.

If you like mediocrity then this is the place to go. My husband received a gift certificate to outback. This is not the type of place we would frequent. We went only because it was a free meal. Never again. I will give the certificate away. Let’s start with the good. We got a seat at the bar right away. Grapefruit beer was good as was the wine. It was a Riesling rather than the typical chardonnay. Bartender was attentive. Bad is the food. Absolutely no flavor, even the steak and the blooming onion. Go figure. Also, one noisy bar patron who used the bar as his own personal space to figure out the spread for Sunday’s football game. I read the reviews, I knew what I was getting into. Shame on me. Food should never be mediocre.

First time here, and my waitress was in a bitchy mood. My prime rib was cold and so was my au jus. Drinks never got refilled. Only good thing was my hot steamed broccoli. And also, it was not a busy night.

I had a decent dinner here. I try to avoid chains at all costs so I don’t even know how to rate this place. The warm bread was good. I started off with two appetizers and they were large in size so that’s all I had for dinner. Those were decent. My boyfriend went with his typical baby back ribs and those completely fell off the bone but I wasn’t a fan of the sauce. Our drinks were good and strong just how I like ‘em. The vibe of the place is completely different from the usual Miami spot I have been to; just a couple of old people seating at the bar, and some other one’s that look like they have never seen a bar of soap. I miss my Miami crow men! I don’t think I would ever come back here. The food was decent but the vibe of the place and the people are as important to me.

Been here twice over the last two weeks; had wings during one visit and a 10 oz ribeye the other visit, wings were very good, the ribeye was chewy and at 20 bucks it was a ripoff, service was fine but it should when it’s not busy, it’s a convenient spot next to the cinema, if i go again i certainly won’t get a steak, also when i was there on saturday around noon there was someone yelling in kitchen which was very annoying, i should spoke with management

Went in tonight for dinner. We were seated right away but our server took awhile to even come to the table. When he finally came to the table we were brought bread and then our waiter went into the bathroom and after over 10 plus minutes he never came out of the bathroom. We waited another 15 min and then decided to leave. We never got to place our order. Our previous visit there was was right after they opened for the day. The restaurant was not busy at all. We waited almost 45 min for our meal, waiter never came back to the table and then another 30 min. for our check. We won’t be returning to this Outback.

This place is a calamity. My niece had a recital so a call was made in the morning to hold a big table. Two hours before the time the mom called ahead to confirm they’d be there in two hours. Upon arrival there was a hour wait. The poor kids were falling asleep. Two people ordered burgers medium and they arrived near raw, so the burgers were sent back and they returned the two burgers tasted strange — maybe they were cooked on an uncleaned grill or worse. They weren’t eaten but they weren’t taken off the bill. Final icing on the cake the father stepped away to say goodbye to someone departing early and his steak with just a few bites eaten was taken away without anyone being asked or noticed.

I ordered the new bone in rib eye medium rare, unfortunately it arrived rare. Also, 1⁄3 of the steak was a single piece of fat, which should have been trimmed. My family’s meals were satisfactory and the server was excellent. Please try harder, we would like to return.

Slow start, quick seating but server took a while at first. This was made upon for with a free appetizer and a free dessert without my asking for such. My steak wasn’t evenly but overall the food was fantastic and once the service got going our server Marlene was amazing, fantastic with my 6 y/o daughter and never overstepped the parental boundary that so many servers seem to ignore these days. The only other thing is that there was a lingering dried beer smell.

It’s Outback. Waited the usual 45 minutes on a Friday evening for two people. They really need more space in this location. That being said, as usual, my food was flavorful. I like the place. I really do. But they need to concentrate a little bit more and make the meals like a little more appealing to the eye. That’s all.

This Outback is by far the worst I’ve been to. My server was a very nice, pleasant young girl but I ordered a filet medium. I’ve been to Outbacks more times than I can count. I know there steaks are generally, if anything, undercooked but medium at Outback is perfect for me. My steak was well done. Not a speckle of pink, and completely dried out. I ordered curbside at this same location about a month ago and that steak was overlooked as well but I chalked it up to takeout. The dining room is no better. Very disappointed!

My husband and I visited this place on Saturday night. We sat in the bar area and placed our order for drinks. We both ordered the 9oz carafe of wine. The waitress brought the drinks over and then the manager came over with some bread. When he went to place it on the table, he knocked over my husband’s carafe of wine ALLOVER his lap. We were headed to a movie right afterwards and we considered going back home so he could change before the movie. He was soaking wet and stunk of wine. I was completely shocked when the bill arrived and NOTONE item was taken off the bill! Especially since it was the manager’s fault! The food was excellent and our waitress was good, but given this poor customer service, we will not return.

Well it’s a chain restaurant what can you really expect? Ordered take out for my wife and I. Not only was the food cooked way overdone, after asking the take out girl if everything was there and she reassured me it was, it wasn’t. So having to wait for the rest of my order I FINALLY get home and the food is cooked to death(asked for medium rare). I have no more faith in people. Disgusted and won’t return.

The food here is so good it is a joke! BBQ shrimp raped in bacon is off the chain! This place is an instant classic! Bring the kids here, sit back, kick your legs forward and get ready for a wild ride of yummy flavors! I would honestly live here If the chance was give to me! Let me repeat one of my previous thoughts… the BBQ shrimp raped in bacon is probably one of the best pieces of thick meat that has ever entered my body. Let me tell you that it is also very tender and firm. The ribeye attacked my taste buds like we attacked Hiroshima. Let me tell you about this little thing I like to call the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp… It’s the equivalent of Rick James’ love for cocaine. Let me tell you this as well as my analogy prior to this sentence… Rick James loved hard drugs and I love this BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp. Thank you for your time.

I had a great experience the last time i had dinner here. I wasn’t hungry so i ordered coconut shrimp(the appetizer) and my boyfriend ordered the Heart of Gold Mahi. The Mahi dish was absolutely great! The fish was tender, the sauce made the dish and the mashed potatoes were hot and tasty since they were garlic seasoned. When my appetizer came out as my dinner, I was shocked at how much shrimp I got in my order. At first I was a little upset that maybe our waiter had put in two orders of shrimp to equal a dinner meal. But I later found out that he didn’t make a mistake because the coconut shrimp is served as a big portion. I highly recommend this appetizer, the sweet ginger sauce was our favorite! Our waiter was great also. Very attentive and would conversate with us which made us very comfortable. Writing this review has made me hungry and want to go back! :D

This is a rating for just the seared AHI: Its AMAZING!!! I always come here whenever I’m seeing a movie next door. I sit at the bar and enjoy a few glasses of wine and the small order of ahi. LOVE the Wasabi Vinaigrette. I will be back for sure!
