This place is ridiculous. Just because it’s called a «bar», don’t actually think there are bartenders and that you will get any sort of mixed beverage. If it wasn’t straight or mixed with Coke, you couldn’t order it. This place has gone down hill. Don’t ever go there when there is a UFC fight on if you don’t plan on watching it. I’m sorry that I didn’t want to pay $ 5 to be herded into a room packed well above fire code. If you didn’t pay to watch the fight, expect to get treated like crap. The service was slow, the food tasted like garbage, and I feel like I’ve got food poisoning from eating it. When I politely refused a coupon upon exit, the girl at the door made a smart ass comment saying «why, do you not plan on coming back?» This place is hands-​down the worst in town.

Amazing atmosphere when not packed, absolutely love the beer pretzels. They charged me $ 15 for a like 4oz Mudslide :/​ridiculous. I love a lot of their speciality combination drinks. They play a lot of old music which i think is great. Plenty to do like pool or darts. The prices can be bad and it can often be hard get a drink. I’d recommend the food if you have the $$$ but at least they have a pretty good reward program

Once again I gave this place another shot a party of seven and they messed up on three orders of food one person actually got sick eating the fish and chips I do not recommend this place at all same old b*******. Same stupid ass manager arguing with a party of 7.

GOOD ON YOU FOR BANNING SMOKING! They lost lots of smoking customers (who are all dead now anyway) but it’s a good bar, good food, nice servers and lots of Tvs! Better than the average sports bar, more options, games, food, and there is even smoking areas! My favorite sports bar in Lubbock!!!

Came here to watch ufc 190, as they confirmed with ufc website and they are only showing it in one room and it’s not even half full. The manager says, service would be bad if we show it in the whole building. I’ve been here over an hour and only had the wait come by just a few minutes ago, so I’m not sure what would suffer.
I’ve come here several times, food is fair, service is fair.

Fox boasts a variety of beers for $ 2 on Tuesdays and Thursday’s. It’s the main reason I come here. It recently became smoke free, so that’s a plus. Other then that their food isn’t as great as shown in the menu, but their beer selection is what keeps me coming back for more.

The best time to go is on Thursdays. They have $ 2 pints on tap! It is such a great deal. They also have shuffleboard, pool, and a dart room. It is a typical loud bar atmosphere, but thankfully they just started not allowing smoking inside. They also have a patio with wooden benches and tables if you are looking for a less loud spot to sit.

Beer selection was okay for $ 2 pints on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Other than that, I wouldn’t pay for beer on any other day. Didn’t try the food because I don’t trust bar food. Also, for the whiny bitches complaining about smoke, the bar is non-​smoking.

Food is quite good, but good luck getting it. This is not a good place to go to eat unless you go early afternoon. Waitress was more interested in flirting then on waiting on us. There were only three of us, and it took about an hour to get our food out.

Was one of the only places we would go out to. We only go out for dinner and drinks 2 times a month. This was one of our favorite places. Now they are non-​smoking so we are taking our business to 50th st caboose.

Yep $ 2 pints on Thursday. Problem is that on Thursdays when college is in its gets incredibly crowded and the waitresses are overwhelmed and typically take 10+ minutes to get you a beer. So if you’re showing up for anything other than $ 2 pints. Choose another day. This bar is a lot of fun however. Great to show up and study while the suns out. Cool appetizers. Wings and the onion tower are nice. Burgers are good too, wide beer selection available and lots of TVs means your game is probably on. And they even had a brief dispute with their cable provider and streamed a game online for us and promptly switched cable providers to get all of the NFL games for us. Nice place. Good atmosphere. Free pool and ping pong, trivia on Mondays and karaōke on Wednesdays. Its a fun stop for the semiprofessional and professional crowd to wind down and for the college kids tired of the Broadway grind.
Just be aware Thursday evening after 8 the service tends to slow down.

Excellent British bar in lubbock. The service is stellar whether you sit at bar or a table. They have great drink specials and the food is great for a tavern. I ordered the Newcastle battered chicken and was transported to London. Warm atmosphere anytime but when there is a game the place is hopping. I was lucky to see the World Cup here this year. Lots of televisions, good view from any seat in the house. My favorite bar in Lubbock and the selection of beers is only second to the professional staff and management.

I really like this bar. They have great drink specials on Tuesday and Thursday ($ 2 «pints») and a pretty decent selection of non-​crap beer.
My main irritation with F&H is the 10 – 12 oz «pint» glasses. C’mon — we’re not stupid. We see the .75″ of glass at the bottom of the glass… Those few ounces of beer aren’t going to make or break y’all.
The burger stuffed with chorizo is grand. They definitely have some of the best bar food in lubbock.
To everyone from Austin — quit pissing and moaning about the smoke! Sheesh. It’s not that bad during the day, and YOU’RE IN A BAR!

This was our 2nd visit and the food still disappoints. Their signature fish and chips had greasy fish that looked and tasted like it was left over. Their fries are frozen and even though paying .50 extra for sweet potato fries, they also were frozen and burnt. The ‘hot’ pastrami sandwich was not even warm with approx ¼ lb of fatty pastrami, a small blob of sauerkraut and a slice of Swiss.
We won’t be going back for the food. On a good note they do have a nice selection of imported beers on tap, lots of wide screen Tvs, shuffleboard and billiards.
If they could improve their food quality and freshness, this would be on our list of goto places.

Not a big fan. First of all, I am a non-​smoker and if you your are looking for a non-​smoking restaurant… this is not the place for you. The entire place allows smoking in all areas of the restaurant. I did give the place a chance and ordered the ranch hand burger. It as okay, but nothing that stood out above other places. T Your best bet would be to check out this place and decide for yourself.

First stop of the evening for out «divorce party» pub crawl. I will say that the staff was very nice and definitely offered to get us anything we needed. I think maybe we were just there on a bad night.
Lackluster patrons with negative attitudes. Boring décor-​and I’ve been to some great traditional Irish pubs with amazing bars… this one was uneventful at best. It just reminded me of a chain restaurant like Chili’s or Ruby Tuesdays. Nothing interesting or memorable. Oh, and my gin and tonic was weak, and that’s NEVER good.
