No breakfast menu displayed at the drive thru at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. The girl taking the order seemed to be flustered even though there was no one else there. Might have ordered more if I could see a menu. Poor service. Will never go back.

My son likes the cruchy tacos so was making a late snack run here but I noticed that I left my wallet at home and was able to scrape only $ 2.20 from my car.
Luckily my son asked for only 2 tacos but it still costed almost $ 2.50. The cashier named Francisco M, order number 288 878, told me that he’ll take care of me and got the order through. What a nice gesture from a nice guy. He made my son’s night.

This particular taco bell is pretty bad. Don’t even bother going if there’s more than 1 person on line. This taco bell frequently has 7 people or more waiting for their orders and being A hole number 8 waiting for mickey mouse food is never appealing to me.
You can’t even go for breakfast because you’ll just stand there while their foreign born employees hang out in the back avoiding customers until you leave. The service here is always awful unless the manager is present to keep them in line. Unless there’s no people inside during lunch hours it’s going to be obnoxious to go to.

Never had problems here. The workers are nice and patient when taking your order. In terms of the wait, It can go from 0 – 100 real quick. The line can get long but you’ll wait 8 – 10 minutes max. Knocked off two stars because their drive through is closed after 1am. Sometimes you don’t want to hang around in your PJ’s for a late night snack. But that’s just me, lol!

The people are nice here, but the inside is always dirty and sticky floors plus drunk people at time expecially om weekend throwing up and drinking and other things in there. Overall the food is ok, but I had to take two stars off for the cleanness and the people that come in there acting like idiots and the staff not doing anything about it. Plus you can’t use driveway after like 1am, only can go inside which is kind of weird

This place has fallen off in recent years. This used to be the best Taco Bell around. Now, I drive to Franklin Square if I want Taco Bell.
The soft taco shells are sometimes hard, the lettuce is sometimes stale, and it’s almost a guarantee that if you order more then 2 – 3 things that your order will be wrong.

As a franchise the food is what it is. No better or worse than any other location. The reason for this review is to share how horrible the service is here. My drive through experiences have been acceptable at best but today confirmed the last time I will visit this location. The cashier literally conducted the entire transaction without any eye contact, words, and didn’t even respond to me wishing her a good day. Amazing. Bad day, no problem. Rude, unacceptable.

I love Taco Bell, but I’m not a big fan of this location. I’ve mostly stopped by here on weekends when I’m in the area and I’ve experienced slow service here almost all the time, but I’m not going to take away stars because I figure it’s because I come at a bad time in the weekend and I just keep having bad luck of being behind people who don’t know what to order. (Please people, have some idea of what you want, especially if you’re using the drive thru! If you don’t know what you want, go inside and then you can stand away from the line staring at the menu and not taking up the time of other customers who know what they want. Geez!) Definitely not my favorite taco bell location, but it’ll do when the craving hits.
Also, it gets an extra star because although taquitos are now gone, at least one of the workers at the drive thru there empathized with my loss. Please taco bell, please bring back the taquito!

They mess up your order more often than not unfortunately. And like another reviewer said, you’re probably better off going to Chipotle, Moe’s or Green Cactus for your Mexican fix because the food at either of these 3 places is exponentially better. The only reason why Tbell gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are open late and have a drive-​thru.

sunday through thursday during the day and evening this place is fine normal taco bell normal service and food. Friday and Saturday night this place is occupied by every drunk or stoned person in the surrounding 5 towns area (im not innocent of this either).
The quality of food and service just totally nose dives as well. you might think you know whats in that taco bell bag when u leave but you have no idea. i have too many instances running through my head right now so ill just give one. A friend of mine ordered a steak grilled stuffed burrito, he took a bite no steak kept going no steak anywhere just beans and cheese mostly, mine on the other hand was luckily the correct order that day: Insert success kid meme here:

I have eaten there three times, and yesterday September 19, I probably won’t be eating there again. Yesterday I got chicken flat bread and a steak mexi-​melt. Like the other times, they messed up my order. I got a beef mexi-​melt, and my chicken flat bread was flooded with chipotle. I didn’t bother to go back to complain.

A guilty pleasure to be sure. But with the emergence of Chipotle, Moe’s and other Burrito places, I find it harder and harder to justify going to The Bell.
Basically, if I am too lazy to get out of the car or it is so late that everything else is closed that is when I go here. not a ringing endorsement.
Cheap and reliable though.
(Their new lime drink is great with rum or vodka though.)
