LongHorn Steakhouse

We stopped by for a birthday lunch. The Parmesan crusted chicken, ribs, and steak were delicious. The service was wonderful. We will definitely go back.

Never brought out our salads and then the waitress said she could not take off the price … So we had to pay for something we didn’t even get.
Three servers were off sitting in the both behind us talking about sex…
Terrible dinner

The food was good but there was NO service. We had to flag down another server just to get our check. The booth next to ours was being used to babysit the children of on of the servers. We have enjoyedLonghorn Steakhouses in other locations. This one is sad.

The only thing worse than the meal was the service. The entrees and sides were covered in salt and pepper and were uneatable.
The waiter dropped our food off and never came back… Never. We finally had to get the hostess to get our check and take our money.
To many other chain restaurants around to waist your time and money here.

Service was excellent. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the staff made sure our glasses weren’t empty.

Poor service from the hostess. She asked to split up my party of six when there were at least ten tables that could fit six people. Then, we waited forever as she ignores us. We ended up finally at the bar. There, the waitress was a lot more attentive and pleasant. Two stars for average food and rude/​unfriendly hostess.

We stopped here on the way to Florida from Michigan. A slight wait, but Thursday nights are normally like that places.
Chris was great! He was instantly friendly and suggested food to each person in my party, all of which loved his suggestions. We told him we had been driving all day and had a ways to go, so before we left he brought us each a to-​go cup of water. Very very appreciated!!!

If you like the Longhorn experience you’ll enjoy this restaurant. Their performance here measures up nicely to the standard the Longhorn restaurant chain sets throughout the U.S.
My wife and I stopped here for lunch as we passed thru Macon on I-​75. Serendipity sparked this visit — our first restaurant stop in the U.S. since May 2014. We ordered some old favorites — and they were excellent.
Hat’s off to the management and staff for a great job. Keep up the good work!
If you’re a first time visitor to the U.S. and never tried a Longhorn heretofore, consider doing so. They do a nice job delivering the stereotypical southwestern US «cowboy» dining experience — luscious steaks and chops, fresh salads, fried onions, and scrumptious desserts. And of course, the signature cowboy dung kicking music tracks play on in the background throughout your visit. And who couldn’t enjoy, at least now and again, sitting at the bar with a beverage while staring in the eye of the huge taxidermist mounted Longhorn head in front and up above you at the bar and just wondering what if …

I was their with friends orderd one long island tea top shelf it taste horrible send it back received another one it was even worst asked for my check and my bill wsd 60 $ and I didn’t order any food

Longhorns used to be good back in the day but now things have changed. Service sucks. The we’re doing awesome about 8 yrs ago but it has gone down hill. Will not go back

Solid food, inconsistent service. The appetizer came late and the dinners early.

Here’s my suggestion: Best App on the menu, the wild west shrimp and it’s big enough for 2 – 3 to share. Order the bacon wrapped Fillet, charbroiled with «extra love» (they’ll know what you’re talking about). About all the deserts are good and I think you’ll agree. I forgot to tell you the most important thing to do before you get there, call ahead seating, this will save you an hour’s wait on the weekend. Also, enjoy a cup of peanuts from the bar area to make your wait shorter. I think Long Horn’s has the best steak for the money you’ll find anywhere around here! Here is my only two negative with Long Horn’s, I hate the bread! I also hate when you have called ahead they will sometimes make you wait longer even though your name is due on the list to not make other people who have been waiting on-​site feel bad about it! Other than that, LOVE… LOVE this place!

Coming from Atlanta, its a completely different atmosphere at this Longhorn’s. I went with a coworker to pick up lunch and was immediately greeted by the hostess. We then proceeded to the bar to wait for our order to be packed. The server was so nice to offer us drinks and peanuts while we waited. She made sure we had enough silverware, and kept checking up on us to make sure we were okay. She had a southern accent and everytime, she called us sweetie and honey. She was just really nice and genuine. It just really made my day and I’d def go back to dine in.
