Sonic Drive-In

The food here is absolutely fantastic can’t beat this for fast food restaurant. I always get the Chicago dog and a sonic blast. Although while parked here I saw an employee parking one of the prime parking spaces for the drive-​in that should have been reserved for customers.

We’ve tried this Sonic several times and always have poor service. The past 2 times we’ve gone, they have been out of several menu items. Granted these visits were later in the evening, however still 2 – 3 hours before closing time. They were out of chili & onion rings that we ordered & actually told us we couldn’t order a chicken dinner due to being out of onion rings, even though it only comes with 1. We told them we’d be happy to get the dinner w/​out the onion ring, but she just stated again that they couldn’t do the dinner bc they were out of onion rings! Crazy! They had to go to 2 other cars while we were there due to being out of some ingredient in a slush & some french toast item, maybe syrup? I have stopped trying to order cherry coke here, my favorite, because it has tasted horrible the past few times I’ve gotten it there. And on top of all that, my burger was cold & not fresh tonight. I believe I’ve finally learned my lesson & will NOT be back!!!

Absolutely the worst Sonic I have ever been to in my life. Tried a couple of times and the service is horrendous. I waited over 15 minutes for a drink today.

Meh. Pulled in at 0700 this morning and I guess the opening staff overslept. After deciding on a b’fast burrito, I rang the little button. three. times. and waited. No tot-​mania for me today.

I go to Sonics for my lemon berry slush cravings. That’s pretty much it lol. I’m always in and out pretty quickly and the customer service is great. Make sure to go during happy hour for half-​priced slushes.

For our summer evening cravings this place is ideal!

Hamburger, onion rings, and an orange slush please. Traditional carhop style service. Specialties to try are the tater tots and fried pickle-O’s
Stay away from the chili cheese dogs, I’ve had them twice and both times they were so salty that I couldn’t eat them. I ordered it the second time hoping it was a mistake the first time, wrong on both accounts.
Always try to make it there 2−4PM for half price drinks. Also the carhops are working there for tips, so don’t forget to tip them.
