Disappointed to say the least haven’t been there on a few years thought I’d give it a retry needless to say won’t be going back. Ordered the linguini with white claim sauce the presentation was great however the taste was watery and taste less my date ordered the haddock dinner with vegetables the haddock tasted like claim juice otherwise the vegetables were good. The service was good waitress was friendly fair prices

After passing this place by many times, the wife and I decided to stop in for Dinner after work. Glad we did, just outstanding. Started off with the clam chowder and it was thick and rich with not too much of a clammy/fishy flavor. I ordered the burger and we split a medium pizza(took some home. of course, the true test of a good pizza is how good it is as leftovers.) Both were excellent. Definitely recommend this place, service was great to, the young lady did a great job with the pacing of the soup and entrees and was excellent with the refills.

A good place for a reasonably priced family dinner. The menu has a decent selection of things that aren’t too heavy, so everyone’s happy. Nothing fancy, but a good choice for a quick relaxed bite.

Upgrading Andy’s to 4 stars purely based on the fish and chips. They use a nice quality piece of fish, cook it just right, and it is a large portion for $ 12. I have had this dish 3 times over the past few years and it has been consistently good.(even after the name/ownership change)

Just dined at Andy’s, had the seafood platter with haddock clams and supposedly shrimp and scallops but they ran out and substituted more so called clams. Not impressed, slow service with one friendly waitress and one not so friendly. Won’t be going back, especially for the fish. I’m from Clifton Park and we have two places that specialize in fish and do a dam good job.

This is absolutely a great value for the price and the food is good. As other reviewers have mentioned, the service is horrible and that’s what holds this place back. It’s not that the server was rude, just simply pathetic to the point of being the worst service I can ever remember. Forget getting your glass filled or having the attention of the wait staff for anything. It’s so strange, you make your living in the service industry and on tips but have no sense of interest in the job — why not just do something else.

First, there might be some confusion on the name. The place was originally known as Andy’s Pizza and Grill, then Bentley’s Restaurant, and has reverted back to Andy’s(with«Adirondack Grille» at the end). Long-time customers have always referred to it as Andy’s, which is probably why they went back to it. The staff has always been consistently friendly and helpful — Andy himself is often out on the floor saying hello to families and checking in on them, and it’s obvious many come back for the food and his company(including my parents). Andy’s has been a mainstay with my family for years, and for a good reason. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic like the inside of an Adirondack cabin, and the food they serve is hearty, warm, and HEAPING. I mean, their burgers are massive — the Big Slide Burger(my favorite) is a half-pound of insane meat, and every bite of it is delicious. They also have some delicious chef’s specials — the spicy Black Mountain Pasta is amazing and my dad gets it almost every time he comes. Andy’s wings are also to die for — huge, crispy, and drenched in Buffalo sauce. I can’t stand soggy wings, and the options in Boston are… sad, to say the least, so I love to come back home to these. I honestly can’t say enough about the place — every time I come back to town to visit, it’s where I want to eat. It just feels like home here.

We went to dinner for my mother’s Birthday tonight at Bentley’s and it couldn’t have been worse… We ordered 3 burgers, plus 3 other entrees and all the burgers were seriously over cooked. 1 burger was sent back and re-cooked with hesitation from the waiter. The other 2 were burnt and no one are their meal. 5 ppl with drinks, appetizers and dinners the meal was $ 95.00. The price wasn’t the issue, the food quality and the service was. When you order 3 different temperatures of burgers don’t cook them the same!!! The fries were the best part of the meal by the way. Hope your food gets better in the future… I won’t be back.

I usually end up with a pasta dish and always love it. In the past, I have had other dishes. Setting is very casual. Service is usually good. I would recommend. It’s not terribly expensive either.

Nice place, standard service but the Godfather pizza is awesome! Been over a week since we were here but we are still talking about the excellent pizza!

It smelled like heaven when we opened the door. And it got better from there! The food was fast, fresh and cooked as requested. Apps came a decent amount of time before the main course. Drink refills were prompt. Overall, a great experience. The waitress was competent and did her job well but didn’t make eye contact or seem very welcoming. We’ll go back.

Great menu, delicious food. The food is very well prepared, fresh and made from scratch. Seafood bisque is delicious and the pieces of lobster in it are huge. Prices are more then fair. Highly recommend for lunch and dinner

Stopped in for the first time last night. Seat yourself, no problem-but no one knew we were there until we flagged one of the gals and told her. We got our drinks and were given a menu. Menu is pub grub with a few items standards for dinner. Husband got the steak special and I got the braised short ribs. Steak special was a shoulder cut. I hadnot heard of that cut and when I asked the waitress what was it similar to, she didn’t know either as she stated she doesn’t eat meat. Oh well. When order was brought out, another waitress brought out the wrong order; which brings me to this point: seated by one gal, drink order taken by another, food order taken by a third gal and food brought to us by a fourth gal. Never had the same gal twice! Maybe this lends itself to the poor service received. The staff seemed to be all over the place, but never focusing on making the customer experience a great one. The four gals seems to be working the bar and then one would bring out a meal, one would walk by and remove glasses from a table. It seems very disorganized. Food was adequate here. Food presented on plastic corelle type Plate. The type If it was dropped on the floor the plate won’t break. Silverware was low end. My husband called it 5 cent silverware, one step above plastic. Overall, don’t expect something great. I am sure burgers and beer would do you fine but remember you are in a bar. Sit at the bar and you’ll have a lot of attention, sit at a table or booth and you might be noticed

Great food, great price. It’s rare that I will order a cup of French onion soup and it still comes with the croûton, and cheese. That was perfect. We ordered a chefs pasta special with pistachios, asparagus and cream. Excellent. Our waiter was a sweetheart. Can’t wait to come back.

This is my go-to place for takeout. Their food is amazingly good. I love their French Dip and Chicken Picatta. It is right down the road from me and it is so convenient. I’m just happy that they serve excellent food!

This restaurant has been a location for humble family get-together’s for years. My grandparents love it, but unfortunately for myself and the rest of my family, we have been disappointed time and time again. I tried this place with an open mind but now I dread family visits simply because we eat here every time. From rude waitresses, to completely backward orders, to hour and a half long waits for food, to cold uncooked meals, I wonder why we return to give them money for overpriced meals(I didn’t even think it was possible to make chocolate milk and heated up Texas toast wrong). These are all legitimate points and they’re things that have actually happened in the few years we’ve been coming here. A lot of room for improvement in my opinion.

Great food; great prices; great selection of beverages; and especially great service by the entire staff including kitchen and bar. I’m a pesce-vegetarian and never have I had a problem finding something to satisfy my hunger after either a cross country ski trip or cycling trip.
