I love this location! I have always had a great visit every time I have came here. Some of the workers have even recognized me and use my name as they speak to me. I’ve never ever had one single bad experience here. The customer service is superior! Everyone is always so friendly, smiling and enjoying themselves. I also love how they always come around and ask how everything is going and always offer refills on drinks while I’m eating. I would recommend this location to anyone! This is the only chic-fil-a I will go to. Keep up the good work!

I love love love this place. The food is awesome and the people that work there are so nice. With 4 kids it’s nice that they will take your order and then bring it to your table. The manager even came around and asked if we wanted a refill for our drinks. Never had that kind of service at fast-food before. The kids enjoyed the play area. Can’t wait to return for another meal!

I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the drive-thru line was packed. At any other drive-thru I would have been waiting for at least 10 minutes but not this one! As soon as I entered the queue, I was greeted by an employee standing outside equpped with an iPad and a menu ready to take my name and order. I pulled up to the next person(also standing outside) who swiped my card and ushered me ahead. At the window I was greeted by a person outside and inside the window. The whole personable friendly experience took less than 3 minutes. The food was delivered hot and fresh. It was an exceptional and unique drive thru experience. Now to the food: The food was on point. Fresh fries and fresh vegatables on my spicy chicken deluxe. It is clear that this location has quality checks in every step of the process. All Chick-fil-As are NOT created equal. This Chick-fil-A was cut from a finer cloth.

The food at this chain is delicious and customer service is great. I will never eat at a Chick-Fil-A again. Today I went to this location during a horrible thunder and lightning and torrential rain storm. The storm was so bad that I was concerned about driving because the lightning was so close and I decided to get inside… and I was hungry. I was shocked to see that young employees were outside during the thunder and lightning, standing under a fabric canopy, taking fast food orders — some sort of new«drive in» style ordering. Inside I immediately asked the cashier if the management was aware that there was a dangerous storm outside and clearly expressed concerned about the safety of the employees who were absolutely not safe outside. It was clear from the facial and body language response of my cashier and the cashier next to us, that this behavior is routine. One employee said, «that’s what we do here.» This is clearly not a safe work environment for their employees who clearly were unaware of their rights or were too worried about a fast food paycheck than their safety. How can this restaurant which prides itself on family values permit this? I am 100% finished spending money at Chick-Fil-A and I’m really disgusted with this practice. In fact, when I left, I really considered calling to speak with management to complain again or calling the police or some other agency to let them know that this is happening and shame on me for not making a bigger deal about this. I should have taken a photo as evidence to show the danger that the outside staff was in. Is this legal? Chick-Fil-A employees should lawyer up. Chick-Fil-A: shame on you and immediately get some major training on employee respect and safety. Absolutely shameful and horrible.

I can’t believe I’m about to write a review for a fast food chain, but here we go… I didn’t feel like eating my usual of a salad for dinner tonight, so I decided on something that was low-cost and yet still tasty: the greatest fast-food chain of them all, Chick-fil-a. So boom, I pull up and the drive-thru line is wrapped around the doggone restaurant, I contemplate going inside, but I changed my mind because the music on the radio was good. I get in line and it’s moving so quick… I look and they 2 people working outside. That’s right, no speaking through an intercom, a worker took my order via an iPad, then another grabbed my payment method as I pulled slightly forward. As I talked to him about my amazement of how unique the experience was, he said«this is more personable right?» Yep! By the time I got to the window, they were handing me my bag. I mean whoa! Fastest & most personalized experience ever. I think this tops the time I ate inside a chick-fil-a and they had workers walking around like waiters, refilling drinks and etc. My experience was so positive I called the store and spoke with the manager about it.

When I go to Chic-fil-A, I head into the experience with pretty high levels of service excellence expectations… I mean, McDonalds service would be unacceptable there. I wasn’t in line for too long before I was able to place my order. I took the kids to settle in at a table and before I could turn around, a server was at our table with the tray. wow. The food was great, everything was fresh. nice. a short time later another employee approached the table and asked if she could refresh our drinks… the kids ran off to play… she returned and offered to clear out table… thank you so much! I was very pleased with the experience, my expectations were exceeded. I found myself responding to the employees in a more friendly and positive way– much different than the crappy mood that other fast food options can induce. Thank you Manassas Chick fil A for being so service oriented. It’s appreciated!

Definition of efficient. Went on a Saturday at 1pm when the line for the drive thru was wrapping around the building. They had an employee outside grabbing people’s orders while the other grabbed the payment. When I pulled up to the window all I had to do was grab my food. I was in and out while the same song played on the radio, and they got my whole order correct.

Probably the only time I will give a fast food place 5 stars, this place has the best customer service I have seen at such a busy location. All of the employees go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I once even dropped my fries when a car flew around the corner and they even gave me a fresh new batch free of charge. They maintain high quality food and fast service even though they are always busy inside and through the drive thru. Definitely one of my favorite places to go for a quick meal!

FIVESTARS. I’m really surprised I hadn’t gotten around to rating this place. First, Let me respond to some other reviews. I saw one about them being racist: They aren’t. I’ve seen Spanish people work here, and I know they had a black shift manager(who actually will be included in my review) Second: Closed on Sundays. Yeah. They feel Sunday is the day of rest and don’t want to force their employees to work on the day God said to rest. You know, they are a «Christian» food chain. Everybody knows that. To not recommend this place, or to downvote this place because they are closed Sundays, when you LOVE their food is stupid. You’re stupid. Thats all I got. Now on to my review. Alright. A few months ago it was pouring outside. they forgot to put sauce in my bag. I drive around, and get out by the dumpsters and the guy(black shift manager) comes running out in POURING storm weather, I’m talking thunder, lightning, it’s a waterfall outside, to give me my Sauce. Are you kidding me? Who does that? AWESOMEGUYATCHICFILADOESTHAT. THAT’S WHO. Next. I’ve noticed them doing this thing lately where they put employees on the outside to take up your order. Ive found it speeds up the ENTIRE process. The people are well dressed, and their personalities and attitudes are awesome. They ask for your name. I was, «Mr. Tim». «Have a great day, Mr Tim!» Thats awesome haha. They make everybody feel like a somebody. Which if somebody was having a terrible day, that could be the one thing to turn it around.(And make them return, so it’s awesome for business.) The food. Do I really need to write about the food? It’s CHICFIL A. Its GREAT food. I’ve never had a bad experience with the food here, or with the people. SO. Good people. Great service. Awesome Food. That about sums it up.

A big THANKYOU to this location. Everything is spot on, every time! I have had so many drive thru errors with the Sowder Village location, that I drive out of my way to hit this one! I appreciate the way they operate their drive thru during peak business hours. I know they must be paying more employees than other locations to have top notch service… the previously mentioned location does NOT do this. They are saving money in wages, but they show it in the service.

Since we are heading into March Madness, I’ll use a college hoops analogy: If Chick-Fil-A were visiting my home court, my fans would be chanting«O-VER-RAT-ED» Their chicken sandwich is OK, but extremely overpriced. I do like their nuggets and strips. Their waffle fries are rather bland, but there is something about Chick-Fil-A mayo. I don’t know what it is, but that stuff added to fries is awesome. But none of that makes me want to sit in the ridiculous lines that you see at Chick-Fil-A during lunch and dinner. The service is typically nice but it can be slow, especially in the summer when the teeny-boppers are getting ice cream and shakes. And I’ve gotten some of the worse service in my life at the Chick-Fil-A on Liberia(not this one) The lines are more manageable at breakfast however, so I decided to give them a run for breakfast this morning. I ordered two breakfast burritos — one sausage and one chicken. The service was super polite and quickly brought my food for to the table. The chicken burrito was OK, but they should use grilled chicken. The breading on the fried patties gets lost in the filling and just adds calories with no extra flavor. The sausage burrito was a bit better, but still a bit on the boring side. Both burritos needed salsa AND buffalo sauce to add flavor. Now before I get assaulted by all the CFA fans, please remember that 3-stars is «A-OK», and CFA is definitely OK. I’d come back for breakfast … although if it were a choice between CFA and McDonald’s for breakfast, there’s no question that I’d choose the golden arches over the cartoon cows.
