The one female Spanish manager was completely rude at my visit to taco bell. She just had this evil look on her face when i t was my turn to order. She didn’t even ask how I was doing and when I asked how she was doing she completely ignored me. On top of that my order was completely wrong! Not once but twice! I asked for no cheese since I’m lactose intolerant and had cheese on my tacos. I took it back up to the counter and told the worker then my tacos came back with cheese still on them. They didn’t even give me new tacos they just wiped the cheese off of them! I was very dissatisfied with my visit this time and I highly doubt I will be returning back to this location. I’m disappointed that a manager of all people would be as rude as she was.

I waited in line for 20 mins just to get my food (drive through) the order was correct on the receipt but the food I received was completely the opposite. I waited in line again to ask for the correct order that was on my receipt, they gave me a new one and sent me on my way. I should have checked it before I left because despite the fact that the cashier confirmed with me three different times what I wanted it was wrong AGAIN.

Worst Taco bell ever, we asked for a double steak quesedilla and a regular steak quesedilla for my kids .now the kitchen forgot to label.
When I asked which quesedilla had extra meat, Luke the manager asked us to open the quesedilla and see which one had extra steak … like really … he asked us to open the quesedilla and see which one had extra steak … what an idiot.. i am writing to the corporate and the franchise owner. AVOID THIS JOINT. Gainsville Taco bell is better and so much more consumer friendly.

Okay so a review about a Taco Bell…
Well I have to say this one is always very clean, and not once have the staff messed up an order. Also some of the staff is quite friendly, and always helpful no matter the time.
After the rebuild this place has gone up in quality!

Meh, it’s a Taco Bell. When it’s packed, don’t expect fast service. There have been times where I’ve waited 15+ minutes to get food. Tonight I went and got a beefy nacho grilled and loaded potato grilled. The chips in the beefy nacho burrito tasted odd… Like they had been sitting around for a while.
The loaded potato grilled was yummy as always. I haven’t had their breakfast before, but the loaded potato grilled tastes a lot like a breakfast burrito! Anyway, if you’ve got a late night craving for Taco Bell and can stand the wait times, they’ve had relatively good food in the last year that I’ve lived here.

This is what Taco Bell should be. It is cheap, the food is as good as Taco Bell is going to get, and the service is fast. I also love their good selection of sodas and freezes.
This use to be a 3 star Taco Bell, only reason I used showed up because it was cheap and was not price gouging like my usual (franchised, not company owned) Chantilly Taco Bell. They have recently renovated this old Bell and now it is very clean and comfortable. Drive through is also very quick too, even when there is a line.
Looks like Taco Bell is trying to change its image for the better, and this is a fine example of that.

Stopped in at 2am on Saturday morning after an emergency visit to the vet on Friday night. After not eating dinner and a long night I needed something in my stomach badly.
The service was quick and the lady at the drive thru was very friendly. There was no one else in the drive thru so my food was out right away. In the short time I waited the cashier engaged in a nice chat that is rare when I visit these kinds of places. It was actually refreshing.
The food was hot and tasted just right, which I must admit is not always the case at Taco Bell. And on the plus side I did not end up with Montezuma’s Revenge the next day.
If I find myself craving Taco Bell at 2am, I’ll probably be coming back here. Hopefully the experience I had this time will be duplicated in the future.

Check the dates on the negative reviews, they’re old. Maybe there’s been a change in management. The food is fine, it’s your standard Taco Bell. I got a free Pepsi today! The only downside is that sometimes it takes them a while to take your order in the drive-thru. Be cognizant of that.

It’s a Taco Bell. It’s fine. Old reviews say horrible things. Look at the date. This place is fine. It’s a Taco Bell.
Nice employee. Computer orders food. Food comes out quickly. Tastes fine.

I am glad I am not the only person that thinks this Taco Bell is terrible. Look, I love Taco Bell. I have often thought about settling down and making an honest woman out of her. But, she is not beyond reproach.
I have been to this TB a few times now and my food has always been subpar. How the heck do you F something up that is the culinary equivalent of making ramen? All they need to do is squirt the stuff out of tubes and then push buttons to cook it. Apparently, they cannot even manage that. The tacos are as sloppy as Lindsay Lohan and nearly as disgusting looking. Also, expect everything to be stale and not fresh like the Prince of Bel Air.
Also, I would be a damn liar if I told you this place was fast food. Prepare to count ceiling tiles because you ain’t getting your shit expediently.

Blech! This TB is terrible. The tacos and burritos come out looking like wet rags, and the chicken looks gross. I went there twice and I think I’ll stick to the other location.
