Get the Gargantuan. It will easily feed two people and is the best deal on the menu. JJ’s is fast and good. They limit their offerings to a few simple things and do those things well.

As always the women’s room was immaculate. Josh Ennamorato manager on duty great job! Oh and the food was great and service prompt. Great consistency.

LOVE Jimmie Johns! The subs are great and the bread is always fresh. I’m a little outside of the delivery radius (which is understandable because their slogan is FREAKY FAST DELIVERY) but it is worth the drive. The staff is always friendly and always take less than a minute to make you your sub. I often come in and buy the day old bread for a dollar and even make pizza at home from the sub rolls. Best sandwich shop around!

OK, I’m updating my review since I’ve become better educated on their menu.
I now order the #11 which is the Club with Ham & Turkey, I add roast beef and provolone cheese and boom… this becomes an excellent sandwich.
It’s better to get it on wheat, They do a great job when you call in the order.
If you do it regularly they have your number in their computer and they know who you are and can see what you’ve ordered.
They load this up with excellent quality meat and at $ 8.26 even with the up charge for the roast beef it’s still a good value!

Not impressed. The staff there made me feel like an inconvenience. Horrible service. The manager needs to find some good wholesome employees. I work in customer service and we only hire personable and friendly people. Take a page from my book.

First and last time — we walked in, there was no one in there and the staff said nothing — we ordered, but weren’t offered any suggestions or told anything about the menu — we were told to go «wait down there” — the staff was talking about online dating and looked as if they were putting no effort into our order — the one not talking was in his cell phone (comforting around my food) — then our two subs were put on the counter and he said «here” — we asked for a bag bc we said the order was to go and he rolled his eyes and put a bag on the counter — -to top it all off the food was not very good:(

This is a really great location.
The employees here are extremely nice and super sweet.
We came one night to have some JJ and it was 8:59, we got our food at 9:01 and sat down. One of the guys working there came up to us and said, «I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we are actually closed now, I’m sorry».
Of course it sucked having to get up and leave, but he was really professional and nice about it. In fact, he gave us a free cookie on the way out.
That was just one of the many times we’ve gone here, all the other times their really nice too!

First and Last time I will eat there. Service was terrible food was between alright and bad because lettuce and tomatoes tasted fresh. I get more outta subway and I don’t really like subway. I am so shocked. I hear all about Jimmy Johns on the radio. The cashier was not having a good day because of the face she had and her attitude, I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what. But when I am having a bad day I try not to show it and ruin other peoples days. I ordered my meal, never been at Jimmy Johns before, and the cashier says u pick it up over there, I am thinking where? First off, if a customer looks confused, you probably should’ve thought they have never been here before, or have an idea that something is wrong. Anyways I go around the corner and I’m looking where I pick up, then after walking all the way down I look and see a sign pickup for the orders. So anyways I hear the guy yell country club instead of the number like on the receipt, to match it up. How do I know what’s mine and Not, even if he says the name of the sub, what if some people In front of me ordered the same food. The only reason why I gave 1 star was because I could NOT give no star. Jimmy Johns Deserves NO Stars for there Terrible service and ok food. Sorry Jimmy Johns, but you need to do better.

They were very fast and curtious. The food was just what I ordered and delicious. I will use them more often.

Freaky fast. We were in the area and were jonesing for something quick and tasty and Jimmy John’s always delivers. I have really come to enjoy this place for what it is, fast subs with quality ingredients.

I order about once a week from this location. Delivery is freakishly fast! I’ve never had my order messed up! Sometimes our entire office orders lunch when we have an event and they mark all the sandwiches so that there is no guessing. Make sure to try their chips!

Better than subway in quite a few ways, always feel what I’m eating is fresh, which is less than I can say for subway. Sad they don’t deliver but I guess they have their area that they can, but it’s more than worth the drive.

I love Jimmy John’s, and this one is no exception. My only complaint is that they got rid of the bean sprouts. The place is clean and the workers very friendly.

The service was terrible!
My wife rarely ever complains but she did about this place.
My wife and kids stopped to pick up take out for dinner. When she got the food home she was upset. The gist of it is they forgot to give her one of the subs. When she asked for it they didn’t even know which one it was. They had to open up all the subs to figure it out.
Here’s the kicker… She had to wait, and wait, and wait for the sub. Finally when she asked again the got it got it for her.
They were rude and never apologized. Customer service and common curtesy are more important to me than the food. In case case there was none.
Now for the food. It was okay. My kids summed it best when they said they like Subway better. I’m not a big fan of Subway but I agree.

The subs are small, but each time I’ve ordered they were fresh and tasty.

I was told JJ’s was an overpriced Subway by a few people. Obviously those people never set foot into Jimmy John’s.
JJ’s has fresh REAL meat (not all chicken based or some weird crap). I’m a big guy that likes to eat and I ordered the Big John 8″ sub, a soda and a bag of their chips. I was full after eating it and quite surprised by it. By the time I ordered it and paid and walked to get a soda, my sub was done. I didn’t have to walk down a ‘line’ telling 3 different people what I wanted on my sub. I order what I wanted at the register and 2 minutes later it was done.
The staff there is always super nice and the place itself is a little small but in Manassas, how busy can it get?
I highly recommend this to anybody that wants a good cold sub that is sick of Subway’s fake lunch meat.

Wow another place that I never knew existed and I’m in love in the first visit. So there’s two parts to this store, the food and then the décor lol. Ok so the food is great, a step up from subway but not Italian market in phily awesome. The bread is great, the portions are good and they have their own store brand chips, which are kettle cooked style and awesome!
Now the décor, I spent some time just walking around reading all the little signs with life lessons and advice tips because they were kind of funny. Staff is friendly and this location is great. If you’ve never been to a Jimmy John’s like me and you don’t know what you’re missing, pay em a visit you’ll see what I mean

You know those annoying Jimmy John’s radio spots where they push how fast their delivery service is? Now I get it. I didn’t get delivery, but my in-​house order was made at dizzying lightning speed. And that’s certainly commendable. But are they good?
Verdict — yes. Those saying that Subway or ghastly subs from WaWa are better are clearly insane. These are very good subs. Not as good as A-​Deli or Jersey Mike’s, but a notch below, and a great value. The JJ Gargantuan is STUFFED full of meat and is a monster 8″ sub for $ 8. Fantastic. And the wife enjoyed her ham, turkey, and cheese sub. Bread was good, and the reduced fat chips — their own house brand — were surprisingly good.
Jimmy John’s is a welcome addition to any neighborhood.

Jimmy John’s is a refreshing sandwich shop. Think what Blimpie shops could have been before they were relegated to gas stations. Ingredients are fresh and the sandwiches are made quickly and accurately. Keep in mind the JJ’s is a chain and they all look the same but they are clean and fresh looking. The menu here is straight forward and relatively simple. I have never understood the allure of directing someone on making a sandwich like at Subway.
What I really love about this JJ’s is that they are super fast. Every time I have been in there have been at least six people working behind the counter. I suspect some are drivers waiting to deliver orders but everyone works at their location.
Tips:

— grab a loaf or two of day old bread to take home
— pay attention to the free stuff they put on your sandwiches before you order — hot peppers are great
