No Taste
Precious and I haven’t had Chinese food in a very long time. There was a place we liked, but we read on the health inspection report several critical findings. Yikes! We’ve tried some other places, but we just haven’t found anything decent. Last weekend Precious suggested that we check out this place.
It’s right next to Giant so Precious went in to pick up the food, and I told Precious I wanted to go into Giant to check my blood pressure. They have one of those machines in there. When I came out, Precious had already picked up the food and was waiting. I opened the car door and took a big long sniff expecting to smell that awesome smell that is partially responsible for the expanding waistlines of Americans. But I didn’t smell anything. Nothing at all. It had no smell.
When we got back home, we found out it had no taste either. Precious had Kung Pao chicken and I had chicken with cashew nuts. I ate some of mine and then threw the rest away. The portion sizes are huge here. You won’t leave hungry. That is if you eat it. So I took a taste of Precious’ dish. It had no taste. There was a pepper in there, and I could taste just a little bit of heat from that, but it otherwise was tasteless.
Chinese food is a matter of taste. You might not like what I like. I might not like what you like. You like breast meat. I like thigh meet. You say «Potato». Dan Quail says «Potatoe». But this was the worst Chinese food I’ve had in a long long time.

Came on a Monday my first time and I wasn’t aware but they give a discount on Mondays. I got the egg drop soup and fried rice. The employees were nice and the food was really good. Better than China star which is down the street. Left with a tummy full and a smile.

Foods good here. There crispy beef is amazing. Portions aren’t as large and kinda pricey.

Ordered to go. Beef fried rice, dry, no flavor, lacked traditional veggies and beef very tough. Chicken wings small, tasteless dry, very little meat. Over priced with smaller portions compared to other area Chinese establishments.

I ordered takeout for 2, both chicken dishes and opted to pick it up since I live in Wellington and had to stop by Giant Food too. Food tasted average at best, but both of us wound up getting sick 30 minutes after eating. Will not attempt again.

This is hands down the best Chinese food in Manassas. Easy to order online through Unilocal,food is always good.

Best Chinese food I’ve tried in VA. It’s evident that the food is fresh and made to order. I’ve been here a couple of times with my wife end we loved it. The portions are big a two normal persons could eat from one combo.

Seriously good Chinese food. LOVED their Lo Mein. I can’t wait to order it again. Employees in the store were super nice while I was waiting for my food. Good food, good people. I ordered online and my food was ready when I got there.

Good customer service & great food! Decided to give this place a try and so glad I did. The bourbon chicken and fried dumplings were great!

Great food and lots of it for such a good price. My husband and I wanted to try someplace new and the Panda Café was it. We had always wanted to go but hadn’t until today. All I can say is we will definitely back!

Great classic Chinese food! Ordered from here a few times and had a good experience each time. The bourbon chicken is a little sweet for me but still good. Chicken with veggies is excellent. I love their dumplings and cheese steak egg rolls. My new go-​to and it’s less than a mile from me. Their delivery is timely too.

I LOVE this place! I always order online and the order is always correct. The dinner specials with fried rice and an egg roll are my favorite. It’s more than a perfect amount of food and so delicious! They always give enough sauce packets. The delivery is a good time and they are always so nice! All around I love this place!

LOVE this place! It’s a bit out of my way, but totally worth it to make it over here! I always get the General Tso’s chicken with fried rice and egg roll. Sometimes the Crab Rangoon appetizer. The entire menu looks great. It is also run very well. Awesome staff

Best Chinese food in Manassas. Period.
Ate dinner there the other day. Had orange chicken and a beef fried rice. The orange chicken was mildly spicy with a great citrus flavor. I’ve never had fried rice gone as well as Panda’s. Typically fried rice is rather dry and boring but this was moist and flavorful, the best I’ve had in years.
I eat out rarely, these days, but when I do, this will be at the top of my list.

AWESOME! General Tso’s, friend rice and Egg rolls; yum, yum. My family recently moved to Manassas and have been on the hunt for a tasty Chinese place and this is the spot, trust me. After trying 4 other places this has been the best out of them, #5 is the winner. Food is seasoned just right and they are priced very reasonably considering how much food you get – which is a lot. So enjoy this gem of a restaurant. PS: The eggrolls are massive and super scrumptious too.

My quest continues for good chinese.
Seeing that this place has good reviews, I gave it a whirl. I ordered a wonton soup with shrimp mei fun. The food came rather quick, so that was a plus.
I then had the soup first. The soup was actually really good! As were the crispy noodles that came with it and it has some pork strips that actually enhance the quality. I was really happy to have gotten this!
I then made my way to the mei fun. The portion was big! The noodles were nice texture and there was plenty of shrimp. The vegetables were great and I really was pleased with everything. One problem was that its a bit greasy and that it took away from the experience, but definitely came away feeling good about this one.
I’ll try a combination Kung Pao chicken next time (I don’t like peanuts in Kung Pao, but I’ll order it nonetheless). Hopefully it stays well, because this was a good experience and would like to order from here again!

I usually like to order the Triple Delight because I think it’s an dish that Chinese restaurants ‘should’ do well. I take it is as a barometer as to how they might prepare other dishes.
I was a bit disappointed in this 1^st effort. I ordered the ‘dinner combo’ which includes the pork fried rice and an egg roll.
It was more like rice and more rice and them a little delight.
The flavor and freshness was good but it would have been nice to have more delight.
I’ll give them another try because the young man that waited on my was nice and helpful with my call in order. He said that dinner combo was $ 10.95 but if I want to order just the dinner portion of triple delight alone it would be $ 14.00 and then an additional dollar for the rice.

Found a new go to plce for Chinese food. stumbled across the place looking for a close take-​out and glad I did.
Multiple orders from there now and every dish has been very good. The generous sized chicken meals (Gen Tso’s) have lots of white meat and veggies, cooked well, not greasy and very flavorful…
Will be coming back …

In the past I’ve always eaten Chinese food cause I’m hungry for it and never cared where it was made
Panda café has changed me. Now I’m actually hungry for panda café and not just Chinese food. The best part if you can order online (for lazy people like me :)
Food– I’m addicted to their Kung Pao. Which is loaded with chicken and huge fresh vegetables. The best part is you can adjust the spiciness! Finally a place that when they say spicy. They mean it. The Crab Rangoons– don’t even need a review just order them. They really are the best I’ve ever had.
Price– well for $ 21.00 that order I described can feed you for 3 meals easily.

Good food, slow service…
I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the food here but every time I’ve phoned ahead for carry-​out, it takes far too long for my order to be prepared! …what ever they tell you DOUBLE it! i.e. «15 minutes» = 30 minutes
