Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. Must say that Zack was Fantastic. Best service I’ve had in a long time. He was quick, explained all the specials and even gave me a to go cup for my Pepsi.

Excellent service, phenomenal food. Great family place. They gave the kids coloring pages and play-​doh! Love it! The waiter was extremely friendly and could connect with us really well without even trying! Would recommend it anytime!

For a chain restaurant, this place never disappoints! I drive out of my way to get here when the family is indecisive & we all want something different. The menu offers lots of variety, which include healthy to more indulgent options. Out of the several years I’ve been visiting this establishment I have yet to have a dish I didn’t like. Service has always been friendly & swift. They cover everything from happy hour specials, to pizza making birthday parties, to kids eat free nights. Sign up for their ‘Insiders Club’ you won’t be disappointed!

I have never had their pizza before and went by the pictures posted. I didn’t realize that they don’t use sauce, only chunk tomatoes. If you like chunks of tomato, then you would like their pizza. Our service was horrible, but the waiter explained that he was new. He forgot to bring my salad, so I had to eat it after my pizza arrived. He never offered refills for our drinks. I think he had too many tables. The salad was very disappointing. I got the salad that came with glazed walnuts and goat cheese. The nuts were smaller than tiny peas. This place is way over priced for what you get.

Yesterday I went to UNO’s with my classmates and it was our first time. It was a good place for classmates and friends to get together, and we enjoyed our experience.
We went at 2:00 pm and it was not busy in the restaurant. It is a large restaurant and the atmosphere is friendly. The temperature inside was perfect. However, as I looked around the restaurant, the light was a little bit dark and the music was a little bit loud.
We ordered buffalo chicken wings, zucchini chips, quesadillas, french fries, onion rings, iced tea and lemonade. The lemonade was amazing because it was natural. The food was mostly delicious and fresh, but one of us thought the chicken wings weren’t moist enough. The price was really affordable.
The staff was very friendly and kind. James, our server, showed us to the table nicely and he kept asking us frequently about what we needed. He didn’t wait for us to ask him to refill our drinks, but he refilled them automatically. The service was quick and it took them 10 – 15 minutes to serve us the food.
Overall our experience was very good. If you want a nice restaurant in Manassas that is not too expensive and has tasty food, this one is a good place for you.
We all recommend this restaurant and we will definitely come back again. I’m also going to tell my neighborhood friends and coworkers about this restaurant.

From the moment I walked in, the staff has been so amazing and friendly! Even if you didn’t like this type of food, I would recommend it just because of the extraordinary staff!

Service was OK, had about 10 minutes before the server came out but once he was aware we were there the service was good. Chicken parm is great, he fireball hickey sandwich was good according to the hubby. Overall good experience for a Sunday afternoon.

Family went to a late lunch after mini golf. Kudos to the waiter for steering me clear of a drink many others have sent back– the replacement was very good. Service otherwise was okay, mostly due to kitchen delays.

Grab a seat at the bar and enjoy the experience! This is a great all American restaurant. The one thing I will say is they’re names for pizza sizes are very strange. I ordered the normal size and they brought me the large because the large size is called «regular» and the small is «individual». Service has always been great and it’s a nice spot to grab a beer and watch the game.

I hadn’t been in a UNOs for over 15 years, so when I went in to get my favorite pizza, it was off the menu. I tried to describe it to the bartender and she went and got the manager, Tyler. He was more than happy to recreate the pizza, the Bianco. It was just as good as I remembered and Tyler checked up on me to make sure. Great service, great food.

Went here for family night and the service was good overall. Greeted and sat by the manager. Our waiter was a little slow at first, but once he took our order he continued to be attentive. He was pleasant and efficient. Overall, we will return.

I’ve eaten here once and I must say the food is pretty good. The service was excellent hence the reason I gave them 4 stars. The crab dip was really good just a little runny. The pizza was the best I’ve tasted in the area. I would definitely return here for round 2!

Came in with my boyfriend, we had Mike as a server. Let me just say, he was the absolute best! Will be returning just because of him.

Good food. Broad menu of tasty food. The 2 for $ 12 menu offered portions that were able, likely most people will walk out with a doggie bag. I selected the Pepperoni Deep Dish and Cheese Tortellini. Both were delicious.
The environment was quiet however I went at an off hour mid afternoon.
The AC was on full blast, Without a large crowd, it was fairly cold in the place.
Southside Lemonade was a tasty fresh cocktail.

Food: the food was the highlife. The pizza was loaded with toppings; the kind you have to eat with a fork, but my favorite part was actually the crust. It was delicious.
My son also ordered a kid Sunday and it was freakin huge – we shared it. The «mini cookie» and ice cream was also huge.
Price: reasonable
Service: this was ver spotty and below par. We waited a good five minutes for our server to come and he was absent minded the whole time. I was left with an empty glass more often than I would like and he did not come to check if the food was ok until after I was finished. Then, I had to ask for spoons to eat the massive Sunday, something that should have been a given.
Atmosphere: so so, typical rustic environment
I would only come back for the pizza.

We popped in for a late Sunday lunch since we were in the area…
We sat in the bar area hoping it would make things a little quicker — we weren’t in a hurry, but didn’t want to hang out for an hour. It took well into the 15 minute range for the bartender to acknowledge our existence… enough that we almost left but the pizza the couple next to us ordered convinced us to stay. We finally got a drink and a menu, and ordered fairly quickly; there is a TINY gluten free menu so it made a choice of just salad pretty easy. And then we sat. And sat. And, like the enormous tray of dirty dishes piled behind the bar (right next to all of the glasses), sat some more. We waited well over 30 mins for a side house salad (which came out wrong and had to be sent back) and a personal pizza. Once we got our food, we didn’t see the bartender again. We finally flagged him down for our check after we sat with empty plates and drinks for a good 10 minutes. He acknowledged, then proceeded to take the orders/​bs with several other tables, then come into the bar and take more beer orders from the people next to us, get them their check and run their card… do several other things — everything except get our check. We flagged him down, again, and got it… with an excuse or two.
The pizza, according to the Hubs, was good (the salad was not) but it simply cannot overcome the horrible service.

The waiters here are so nice and friendly, we’ve only been here twice and already love it. I could eat the shrimp and crab dip for my whole meal! The desserts, entrees and service is just terrific. I would definitely come back and eat again.

Upon entering the guy at the front desk at the time seemed a little to distracted. When we were seated though out waiter was very nice and attentive. He was also very quick. The food was delicious as always. The one issue that made me uncomfortable though was that out waiter made a comment about the guy that had ate at the table next to us. After the guy left and the waiter was clearing his table, he muttered a little too loudly «just because you got a free meal doesn’t mean you don’t leave a tip.» That made me a little uncomfortable. I understand the frustration but you shouldn’t be vocal about it in front of customers in my opinion. Other than that everything else was great.

No service!
We were quickly seated when we arrived, but after that, not a single employee even acknowledged we were there. We walked out after waiting 20 minutes for someone to just take our drink orders.
I know I won’t be wasting my time at this place anymore!
