Pizzarama

My family and I have been ordering from here since they’ve opened and we have never experienced anything less than delicious food and superb customer service. Our favorite is Bill’s Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub. It is ALWAYS hot and fresh. The fries are always hot and seasoned. The person that takes our order (the one that people are claiming to be rude) is ALWAYS nice and pleasant to us. Judging by some of the nasty, unnecessary and slanderous remarks about her, it doesn’t seem like she’s the rude one! I see people are complaining about being short on the minimum delivery amount and Pizzarama not letting it slide… Why should they? That’s their policy. It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve ordered from there. It’s their POLICY. Just because you frequently patronize a restaurant that doesn’t mean that their policies shouldn’t apply to you. If they do it for you then they’ll have to do it for everyone and then there’s no reason for the policy. Like I mentioned before, we’ve had no problems at all. Five stars all the way.

We visited this location after having awesome experiences at the Haymarket location. We made a trip to Home Depot so decided to stop in for a quick bite. We ordered our food and it came out prompt, however we specified no tomatoes on our subs and they came out with it. When we notified the female employee she got rude and said well it’s only two tomatoes on each sub so you can just take them off. I simply asked a question and said well what if we are allergic to tomatoes? She then responds in a nasty tone and said I’ll take them back and make new ones. as she proceeds to walk away she adds unprofessionally you know people make mistakes. At that point I realized there was no reason for us to support such an establishment who treat their customers as if we shouldn’t get what we specifically requested and paid for. I am only assuming she was management since there was no way she would be so blunt and rude to a consumer. Yes people do make mistakes, but it is the manner of how they correct them. In this incident as a consumer we were treated poorly. Considering we were the only ones in there on a weekend they should reconsider how they handle their «mistakes» and how to communicate with their customers. I would never visit this place of «business» ever again and recommend the one in Haymarket any day.

I wish there was a way to give this place No Stars at all… The lady that answered the phone really needs to get another job. Her attitude is awful, she screwred up our delivery order then didn’t want to own up to her mistake. I wonder what it is in her life that makes her so nasty? I have had dealings with her before because I was $ 1.12 short of meeting the Delivery Minimum and she refused to deliver it even though we have ordered over $ 3000.00 from this place of business this year alone and yet refused to deliver because of $ 1.12? Well you may be what you call «a professional order taker» but when it comes to Math and Business Managment and people skills you are lost. The only reason we ordered again after she was very nasty to me is because the owner here believes in second chances and guess what… The Self Proclaimed «Professional Order Taker» spoke with our owner here today and she was her usual rude and nasty and arrogant self … She calls herself the owner but I don’t believe it because I just cannot imagine a Restaurant Owner being so unprofessional. The food is not worth the rude treatment.

Horrible!!! One star is too much. The only thing worse than the food is their service. The woman at the counter acted like we bothered her by coming in the restaurant. The place was totally empty and for good reason

this place is trash, bad pizza, bad service, poor quality food all around. They tout having the best pizza around but it is absolute trash. The woman, who I suspect is the daughter of the owners, is nice but also a little odd. GO TO PAISANOS THERE PIZZA IS 1000 TIMES BETTER.

I’ve not found a better steak & cheese outside of Philly.
The meat & bread quality is consistently good.
Add a little oil & vinegar… boom!

Last week I ordered the ALL MEAT Pizza which was great everybody on the crew loved it. I would have given them 4 stars for there food but when I tried to order today I got a recording that said they are closed on Sun. How do you run a pizza shop that is closed on Sun.

The woman working was rude. They don’t offer refills on your pop when you eat in? It sucks having to govern your drink consumption while eating. The food was blehh. The rude woman alone was enough to not visit again.

The food here used to be delicious, but now that they raised their minimum delivery to $ 20 and no longer have tiramisu, I’ll no longer order here. If I’m hungry and in the area, no doubt I’ll stop by.
Unless I plan to eat leftovers for three days, it’s impossible for me to order here just to feed myself.

Best pizza ever! Fast service, great customer service… just amazing!

Ordered the Gyro for lunch and this hit the spot!!! 10 bucks for a meal and drink was amazing and it taste even better !!! My new take out place

Terrible this pizza but it was edible but crust was so soft def NOT worth the money n also ordered 2 canolis & they are tiny. Def NOT worth the money will not be returning.

placed big order for pickup and when i got to the office, guess what happened? no food in the bag. (mine). i called back and they say «can you come pick it up». BS, is not my fault that they did not put the food in the bag. i told them” can you please deliver it” they said, «it will be about 30 min. that’s BS. i just told them to go ahead and refund my money and they guy say» no we cant do that” and he hang up on me. i go there about once a week, but after this BS not going back there ever again. i rather eat my own shit than going there again.

Stopped by here b/​c it was close to my home and got one of their lunch specials. $ 8 for a 7inch cheese pizza and a salad. I thought the pizza was very good. They did not skimp on the cheese! I liked the crust too. It wasn’t too thick and it was crunch. The salad was meh, not good not bad. Just a basic salad and I think they use cucumber ranch. I’ll probably use my own ranch from home next time. Can’t wait to go back and try something else!

I love this place! The owner is a very sweet man, whom I’ve known for years, back when he was helping out at the Pizzarama in Warrenton. Their steak & cheese is AMAAAAAZING! Fries are great, too. We usually get our food delivered & it gets here so fast, hot & fresh. I also lovIe that when I call & the owner answers, he greets me by name & already knows what I want to order. :)

They have the best homemade pizza and steak&cheese sandwiches. They are really fast on delivery orders also.

Very nice place! I have been looking for a place that servers Gyros, and I found this place by accident! They only have one kind of Gyro, but you can get a platter (pictured) with salad and fries for under $ 10. The Gyro was very tasty and the fries have a nice flavor also. The salad is good, but I felt it needed a little something extra (like bacon or something).
The setting is just a little restaurant. They do have a few tables, but I got the impression that most people order takeout (they were all empty at 12:30pm for lunch).
I would definitely eat here again! Thank you!

Best garlic rolls around. Great ziti, meatless. Avoid the Greek salad, it’s just an ordinary garden salad.
The thing I really like is the pizza, it’s not as good as homemade, but, it’s better than the chains.
And the staff is always friendly.

This is my second visit to pizzarama. The first time had the chicken parmesan sandwich and this time I order the chicken fetticune Alfredo. The fetticune was good but Big Joe’s chicken broccoli Alfredo still reigns supreme in my book. Chicken had a good flavor and the sauce was pretty good but not enough of it. The salad was ok but some of the lettuce was brown. Garlic knots were good. A little expensive since it is less food than Big Joe’s and costs $ 2 more. The service was fast, good, and staff was friendly. I’ll go back, just not for the fetticune Alfredo.

This Pizzarama opened in Manassas about a year ago according to the young man working the counter. I’m a big fan of Pizzarama!
I’ve had their 12″ Steak and Cheese sub — with mayo, raw onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and banana peppers. The sub bread is just perfect — that combination of a slight crusty texture on the outside — with the right degree of chewiness to the bread.
I’ve also had their Gyro platter — which comes with a Greek salad and a side of fries. I like that the Gyro meat has a bit of char to it. The yogurt sauce on the Gyro was also very good.
Service was prompt, food is excellent!
