First I dropped by to see how much it was going to be for having the lcd screen to my macbook replaced if I provided the replacement lcd screen. They said $ 45. A week later I came in with my lcd and macbook and they then quoted me $ 69 because it’s an apple product. Okay. Then they said 3 – 4 days and my laptop would be fixed. 3 days later I called asking about my laptop, they told me I never authorized the repairs. I told them I did and I have signed documentation. They said it would be fixed«next day» well.. . 4 next days later, me hounding them on the phone led to the manager telling me that my wireless stopped working. WTH? When I picked up my laptop yes the lcd was fixed and replaced(4 days after the original expected date) but now I have to get my wireless airport fixed because they damaged it. DON’T USETHEM!

Have had two laptops fixed. One was ready in one day! All problems were resolved and fee was very reasonable. Very friendly staff!

I had an old mac that needed a screen and keyboard replaced, I was originally told that the parts that needed replacement would be new which I was surprised to hear considering the laptop was about 4 years old but never the less I authorized the diagnostic to confirm that was all it needed. I also requested a cost estimate before any work was to be done as they had to send it out to a second party for parts and repair and weren’t sure what the charge was going to be from them. They were great about getting back to me in a fashionably time with the cost and I found it to be reasonable to authorized the work. Their was some miscommunication on a time frame for the laptop to be picked up because of human error(part that was ordered was sent incorrectly to them) found this out after I called them to find out if the laptop was in their possession yet. They didn’t call me to let me know it was going to take longer than estimated which I found a bit unprofessional. I was a bit ticked off because I had to rent a laptop for my son at college while his was being repaired and it was costing me as much as the repair. Anyways I spoke to someone and asked if the manager could help me out with the situation. The laptop was repaired quickly and send back to the Manchester store and I got a phone call to pick it up. When I picked it up I noticed that the keyboard was brand new but the screen was refurbished… not a problem except that the screen had a couple of indents in it. I was ticked off that after such a long period of waiting for it that I still received a screen that wasn’t in descent condition. I was so upset that I started raising my voice to the young man in the store and demanded that I speak to the manger/owner someone who could do something for me. Which is not my style and I wished I had the chance to apologize to him. He directed me to the owner and after speaking to him he reduced my bill significantly. The situation at hand was an issue with the second party which the owner took responsibility for, I was impressed. The staff is very friendly, all the young men in the store are respectful, knowledgeable and hold good quality customer service. I would recommend this store as they know how to keep a customer.

I asked them to repair my ipad mini’s broken glass, and for saving money, I bought one front glass and have it with my mini. They said it doesn’t fit, and ask for $ 30 for simply taking a look. Fine, I asked again could u guys remove the front glass for me, so I can try fix it all by myself. They asked to charge $ 80 for this! Ridiculous! Never ever go to this store! Take my words! All they care is money, not your broken items and feeling!
