NASTYTOTHEHUNDREDTHPOWER. I cant tell you who I am. For my own financial reasons. But they are nasty & slick with it. DONTEATANYTHINGEITHER… trust me please and especially for the kids sake, I am a parent too. They have black mold behind walpaper & paint and when did someone clean around the windows. They also talk bad about guests. Sometimes you would get clean sheets, but thats if the guests before you didn’t dirty them up. They will spray a cleaner to make smell new. They never clean or change the quilts. They say it cost to much to get cleaned, your pillowcases are included sometimes. They feel you are stupid enough… And they are right. You are! Even overcharged many people. Some walk away. If you come with children please, please check behind and under everything so they dont find any condoms or drug utensils as a few did. Make sure you Don’t get in the pool, hot tub. the water has not been changed for years, that means that the water looks clean but its more chemical & old skin cells & etcetera than anything. When I told them about the needing to change the water, they got angry. Their was a family with children in there. Jessie & her lover Kelly ‘THEMANAGER’S said so what. Do you know how much it would cost to change it. They told me to Keep this to myself. No I can’t do that. So I am telling you just a few things. Because nine times out of ten… They are right, YOUARESTUPID and will continue TOGOBACK! So why wast my fingers typing anymore!

Very nice, just what we needed after a long day on the road; and the prices are great

Where do i begin. Well it smells like old gym socks. It’s showing its age of being old. You can see in several areas where heaving plaster and paint tries to hide defects. The entire southern part of the hotel is directly near the train tracks. And I hear the train a’coming. The bed was hard as the floor. Exercise ‘room’ is a joke. Only a treadmill and stationary cycle in a small 10×5 ft room. Breakfast had stuff to eat, nothing special.

This place is all about great first impressions. When I showed up to the hotel, I knew I wasn’t in for a super fancy luxurious place to crash for the night. I was actually impressed with the room I ended up in upon first site. It was a little larger than a lot I’ve been to and seemed really nice and clean. The TV was an older model, but that’s nothing I really care about in a room I’m staying in for just one night. So I dropped off the luggage and went out on the town for a bit. I came back and everything seemed fine for a moment, then it was time for bed. As I was getting settled and pulling the covers up close to my face I noticed a little gunky spot on the comforter that looked like melted candy or gum stuck to the top edge. I was a little bothered, but just kind of let it go and didn’t use it for the night. In the morning when I woke up and got a clear daylight view of my room and more importantly, the bed I realized this place was way dirtier than I thought initially. There was a thumbnail sized blood stain/spot on the headboard directly behind my pillow. I was really shocked because it was on a wooden surface and seemed like something they would’ve made sure to clean off. I then began to discover more questionable spots and stains that I was glad I didn’t see before I knocked out the night before. The bathroom was also quite a sight. While it was mostly clean, the layout was odd and the door, when opened, reached all the way to the edge of the toilet which made it a little awkward to get into especially while trying to avoid contact with the bowl itself. The breakfast was mostly OK. They had a waffle maker which actually made some pretty tasty waffles. Next to the waffle maker they had some biscuits, that by the time I got to them were far from warm. I usually don’t even mind that really. I eat cold biscuits all the time, but these were pretty terrible. I even tried to warm one up. No success. They also had all the standard cereals, bagels, muffins, etc. No eggs or bacon/sausage. I would definitely avoid this place on future visits.

I have come to town on business. There were two of us with the choice of this hotel and the Clarion. I chose this without even seeing it. So so glad I did. Been here off and on over a month(with long weekends back in The Springs) and they have been incredible. From the great, updated rooms(and suites) to the staff — wonderful! I stayed in one of the suites my first 3 weeks and after an issue with another hotel(in another town) called them and they fit me right in with a new room. Both have been clean; the internet works; room enough to do my TurboFire and Body Pump workouts; the beds are comfy and plenty of outlets for me to set up an office. With the exception of once or twice not getting new rolls of tp(I only have my room serviced once every 3 days), it’s been almost perfect! The staff are all great. Professional. And they know my name. They knew my name after the first couple of nights. The breakfast is a bit more than the typical continental breakfast and long enough(4 hours) for everyone to get what they want. The pool and spa are nice and kept clean around the area. Only thing I would change would be an earlier«closing» time for kids under a certain age. Thanks everyone for your service, your kindness and your professionalism. I plan to stay here whenever I come back to Fort Riley!
