You get what you pay for. Had a group staying in multiple rooms. All a little different experience. One room air didn’t work. As stated in other reviews, towels are old and small. All linens and furniture is old but in okay condition.(Weird old lazy boy!) Old bedding. All appeared clean but a little dated for my comfort and even my husbands. Breakfast was limited: waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit and juice, white bread for toast. Not bad but not many healthy options. Friendly staff but checking in and out with a group was a tad tedious. Not a bad stay if this is your price range.

We were in a bind when we got stranded on interstate 70 going to Kansas City. Front desk staff happily took us and our pooch in at 3:30am. Room was decent for what you might expect. We could hear people snoring from the hallway, but luckily they weren’t near our room. Check out was quick and the new staff person was just as friendly as the last. Decent for a last minute emergency stay.

I’m really not concerned with writing a lengthy review for this motel, because the way I see it «Why Bother?». I stayed here because I was visiting my mother in April, 2014 who is(at the time of my stay) dying of cancer and my brother insisted on on staying at this motel and he’s the cheapskate of the family. In short, being from Las Vegas I have to recognize not all Wyndham family properties are this bad, but this property has some serious issues. A) amplified sound EVERYWHERE. B) The one-piece tub(cost about $ 150 from The Home Depot) looked like it had been splintering apart for years. C) cost of about $ 80 per night is ridiculously overpriced. Sorry management, I really don’t care. Your motel sucks. Even if you built a saloon on premises it still wouldn’t make up for it. Ratty sheets, towels that needed to be replaced years ago, bed hard as a rock, and a dorm-sized fridge crusted over with freezer burn all the way. Yeah, really bad. I added one star to this review for the night shift employees I felt were caring and conscientious, and the fact when I complained about the broken shower when I was checking out the maintenance log was annotated Riiigt in front of me(read: spiral notebook with a dozen entries). It’s just embarrassing.

Please avoid this place and stay up or down the street. The window heating/ac unit was loud to the level that it kept me up all night. The beds were lumpy. The staff was VERY hard to get a hold of when I tried to check in and every subsequent time. I would say it’s a tad over priced for what you get. With taxes I wound up paying close to $ 100 a night and that is highly unreasonable for a place like this.

Well this was surprise(no offense). I stayed here for 2 nights during a business trip to Manhattan. The room i was given was super clean. I couldn’t find anything wrong during my pre room inspection! The front desk staff were pretty alright. They could light the hallways a little more. My room was towards the stairwell and it got pretty dark. Also the wifi is terribly slow. Only PROBLEM i had was the noise the first night. A LOT of laborers stay here(ya don’t notice until about 7 when they all start coming in). It seemed that the across the hall and next door people kept slamming their doors every 2 – 7 minutes until about 2 am.

Terrible customer service, They are truly a bunch of liars. Their reservation policy changes depending on who answers the phone. We had to cancel our reservation last minute and they ended up charging us for two nights when the policy is clearly for one. Also, although my reservation form clearly tells my what my nightly rate is, they would not honor it and arbitrarily charged me what they thought was appropriate. Then the manager Kevin made a big deal about me sending the confirmation of the reservation, and when I did, after a pretense of being helpful, he pretty much said there is nothing he could do that I had received a lower rate that was confirmed via email. Will definitely be reporting this place and calling my bank to reverse the charges. It’s sad that shady places like this still operate.

Haven’t even checked in yet, but already impressed. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice lobby, micro fridge and free WiFi in rooms, continental breakfast, fitness area. This hotel beat the price of a nearby crappy hotel, and really wanted our business. :). The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because we haven’t actually stayed there yet…
