Had a Chai Tea Chiller and Fruity Pebbles Krispie treat and it was delicious!

Amazing drinks, bakery. I just wish that they also had soy milk besides almond milk because of me being Lactose intolerant. I prefer the soy milk in my coffees and drinks over almond milk.

Jenn’s Java was okay, but it didn’t impress like the other cafes in Manitowoc. I came in on Wednesday, January 28^th right before their four-​day closing for «updates and upgrades.»
I ordered a latte with peppermint, and it was alright. The milk wasn’t steamed enough since it was relatively flat, and could’ve been hotter. The décor was cute, and the kids would love it. The walls were a pastel purple. Periwinkle, perhaps? I think there was a Girl Scouts meeting while we were there, which was adorable and provided a wholesome feeling to the place. As a matter of fact, most of the people there were families, so I recommend coming here after a family dinner. However, if you want to come here and work on your laptop, then I’m not sure this is the right place for you.
On another occasion, I had their peanut butter and chocolate bar, which was pretty good. It was super decadent and gooey; perfect if you’re having a rough day. As for the service… not so perfect on a rough day. Service has a lot to be desired. They were apathetic, and I felt they just wanted their shift to end. My sister did say she received better customer service the last time she came in, so maybe the staff was just anticipating the four-​day closing? However, closing or no closing, the staff should provide consistently good service.
Again, Jenn’s Java was not bad by all means, but they do need to make some tweaks in order to be a great café. If you want to try out Jenn’s Java, I recommend getting a dessert because that’s where they seem to thrive. As for me? I’m not coming back.

Its always a treat coming here. I typically get something new every time i go and haven’t been dissapointed. Wonderful cheesecake and other baked goods. I skipped dinner tonight so i got to try the stuffed green pepper soup. Great taste and huge portion! Great time to catch up with friends and use wifi!
