Let’s score this BK… 1) Bug in my salad bag 0 – 1 2) Manager Rosy still trying to give us the rest of our food acting shocked and LOUDLY gasping at the fact that we don’t want it! 0 – 2 3) The lady actually working the drive thru had more sense. Apologized and understood why we didn’t want the food. 1 – 2 4) Manager Rosy decides to try and one up us by refunding our subtotal and not the full purchase price like we wouldn’t notice 1 – 3 This BK is losing!!! 1 star(as if I had a choice Unilocal) for the drive thru lady with sense and customer service.
