This place sucks don’t come here during the weekend if you have anything to do you will literally sit and wait forever. Ridiculous and the young ones that run it need training because they are rude and slow as all hell.

This location has been going downhill as far as service is concerned. I believe it’s due to staffing. The manager they previously had that made sure the service was fast and friendly no longer works there and you can tell. The last several occasions(after my last review) I’ve visited this location, it’s taken longer to get my food, the order has been incorrect/not fresh or the restaurant itself wasn’t clean. My most recent trip(yesterday) I stayed in the drive thru line for literally 47 minutes. I would have left but I was the third car in a line of five and couldn’t. So I had to «wait it out» when I got to the window the lady was very apologetic and said that they were short staffed. I understand that, but in cases like that if you cannot provide a prompt service you compensate for it. They should have either closed the lobby or closed the drive thru so that they can provide some level of reasonably good service. My food was made correctly but my fries were cold. It wasn’t even worth complaining about though. By that time I was ready to get out of that drive thru. I go here for convenience, but I’m seriously considering giving up on this location until they can get it together.

I had taken the exit for Hwy 6 off 288 coming back from Surfside Beach. Instead of turning east on Hwy 6, I decided to make a right and go to this Jack in the Box at the corner. My lunch in Surfside Beach had been a disaster and I was hungry. I drove up to order a side of the 7 piece stuffed jalapeños. I paid, was handed the bag with no dip. I asked the young man for some and he promptly gave me three of the buttermilk ranch dip. One thing I have noticed is that almost all the JITB restaurants are selling smaller sized jalapeños. They are able to charge less for this product. I do not mind.
