Love this salon! Had another fabulous experience with Carol G. I’ve been trying to grow my hair and bangs out for a while. Carol convinced me to be patient with the process — so glad I listened to her. Very happy with trim and color. She always has great advice on how to style at home and suggests the perfect products!

I got a harsh cold color from Carol G. that was not as expected (I asked for warm and dark) and despite my telling her not to gave me a glaze she gave me one and evasively claimed it was something else! When I asked about options to fix my color without having to pay another 140 $ I was told by Carol G. I was not a good match with her and would never be happy and should go elsewhere. She also never got my bangs right. The web site said satisfaction guaranteed so I attempted to reach owner to give feedback. Carol told me the owner agreed with her and the owner never called me back to hear about what a bad experience I had. Catherine the shampoo girl left dye all around the perimeter of my face, got water in my ears, pulled and tugged at my hair and did not even finish combing it out and sent me away with a dirty cape covered with hair dye. My clean hair sat in old dye on the cape and Carol claimed it was not a problem. The only good experience I had here was on a previous visit with a shampoo assistant Lily who did take care not to pull and tug at my hair and she also was careful not to leave hair dye on my face. I would not return to this place and the web site claims of satisfaction are a deception meant to get people in for over-​priced poor quality work. In fairness there may be better-​trained people than Carol G — I am not willing to take the risk of going back to see.

I usually never write reviews so publicly but I just had to! After 28 years driving out to the Main Line area as a loyal customer to a specific salon and colorist, I decided to switch it up and try this place which I had heard such great things about. Today I had color by Dulce who listened during our consultation, gave me exactly what I asked for and the outcome definitely exceeded all of my expectations! The place is very serene, laid back and really pretty inside and everyone that works there (and the customers) are all so nice. I am giving this experience a 10! I’ll be going back for haircuts here too!

Sorelle is a beautiful hair salon in Maple Glen, PA. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The stylists and staff are all fantastic. Vicki has been styling my hair for 13 years and I was happy to follow her to Sorelle even though it is so far from my house. I have had my hair styled, cut, straightened (Japanese), and colored by Vicki. Just last week I had hair extensions put in and Vicki did a wonderful job. I expect to be using Vicki for all my hair care needs for many years to come and am thrilled that she joined the staff at Sorelle.
