Margarita pitcher was delicious! Could have had two! Fresco Chile Relleno was wonderful.

I read the reviews and was a little apprehensive about going but I’m glad I went. My dad and I were craving Mexican and noticed this place was close to the house so we decided to take a chance. We drove over and noticed not one car was there(hmm what’s wrong with this place). They have outside seating, but it overlooks the parking lot. I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and my dad ordered a mango mojito… We LOVED them! I ordered a steak quesadilla and my dad ordered the seafood quesadilla… We LOVED them! Proof that you can’t judge a book by its cover lol. The server was incredibly nice and I try not to go to the same place when I visit Naples, but I will DEF come back!

This is one of the many highlights of visiting Marco Island. We walked in near closing time, and Daniel so no problems. With our certain food alergies, we had many no of this, that instead. Everything was perfect and he didn’t even have to write it down. We are from Chicago, and arguably we have the best Mexican restaurants…& Margarita’s is right up there with them.

Not sure how to write a review when the food is good but the place is filthy. The walls have this bright green color and the amount of dirt on them is scary. Wouldn’t take much to just clean the place. If the part of the restaurant that you see is this bad, wonder what the kitchen is like.

While on vacation on Marco Island, we tried Margarita’s for the first time. Service was appropriately attentive. The food was very good and provided with minimal wait. We had a group of 12 and nearly everyone ordered something different and was pleased. My only disappointment was the chips and salsa. The chips were decent enough but the salsa was very runny, a bit bland, and served in a fancy serving dish that made it difficult to get the salsa on the chip. Being the only issue, we will be back.

This place is very casual. Nothing special. The food was decent, some selections better than others. There really are no good Mexican restaurants on the island, so you should choose another type of restaurant and go there instead.

Went there hoping that previous reviews were one-offs. The service was fair, drinks were good, but the food was sub par. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and the chicken was poor quality. I might as well have gone to Taco Bell. Salsa was lame. One of my dinner companions ordered carnitas, and apparently those were good. Bottom line, it ok for drinks, but for food go some where else.

The service is terrible! I’ve been here twice and the server looks like he is miserable. I ordered the steak the first time I was here and it did not have any flavor. Went back a month later hoping I would get a different server and I didn’t same miserable man. So I ordered enchiladas gross. Only good thing were the rice and beans. And of course the margaritas. IF I ever go back I’m just having their margaritas and chips!

My favorite restaurant on the Island! The fajita burrito is to die for and the margaritas are great. I definitely recommend stopping in!

We headed here for an early dinner with 4 adults and 2 kids. Decent happy hour with house wines & margaritas for $ 3.50 each. Kids got crayons– meal option for them includes pizza and chicken tenders. Our kids are kind of picky so that was perfect. They bring a serving of chips & salsa to the table, but if you wanted more, they charge you. Our group had the fish tacos, seafood quesadilla, fajita burrito, and grande burrito with shredded beef. We all really enjoyed our meals. The fajita burrito had grilled chicken chunks and they were really good, like blackened on the grill. Entrees include 2 sides, and they let you do double bean or double rice if you didn’t like the other. We ate outside and it was nice. Wait staff was good and food came quickly.

Go like this place, mostly for takeout. In my experience, the upscale portion of the menus compares better with other Mexican places than the downscale part. What I mean is Fajita’s are great, tacos average. Try the unique fish dishes. Service is attentive. Takeout is quick. Mind what’s in your bag, have had missed details– like no chips! BTW chips are homemade and delish. I don’t get there much because of all the other places close by. Mexican is not top of my list anyway.

On Marco Island you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to seafood or Italian, but not much else. I think from my brief stay that this is the most authentic Mexican on the island. They have a good selection of taco meats that do exist in Mexico. Three kinds of tamales! You don’t see that too commonly even where Mexican places are abundant. I’d like to imagine that they’re being as authentic as they can be, with lengua, menudo, and mole not selling enough to stay on the menu. The crowd here is mostly pensioners from New Jersey, after all. My tamales were very big and very good, well seasoned, with a good sauce and crumbles Mexican cheese on top. Taco salad was not very good: finely chopped lettuce and cheddar coated in enough ranch dressing that you would think it were potato salad at first glance. Don’t go there to drink. My margarita tasted like it had no alcohol at all, and not much even much lime, like diluted virgin margarita mix. Come here for lunch. The Mexican food is good, and that’s what counts. And if you wanna drink, get beer.

Their food is great. Real authentic Mexican food! They delivered and took my card over the phone. Delivery was quick. We ordered the grande burrito, enchiladas del mar, and the fried ice cream. I cannot stress how delicious the food was! The fish tastes fresh and the spices were magnificent! The best part about our order was the fried ice cream. It’s a scoop of vanilla bean coated in toasted coconut on this sinfully sugary churro in the shape of an open shell, drizzled with chocolate syrup and garnished with strawberries and whipped cream. OMG so good! Only have 4 stars because their online ordering system didn’t work and when I called, I kept getting disconnected on their end because someone was on the other line.

Really enjoyed my dinners here, the sangria margarita is delicious and the food is very flavorful and well prepared. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Marco!

Wife and I stopped in for dinner. Started with homemade queso with jalapeño and chips. The queso seemed a little like a roux(like you make for Mac n Cheese) but we promptly ate most of it. The green onion and peppers give it a nice kick. I had carnitas fajita. Tender pork on a bed of onions, served with rice and beans. Very good flavor and tender. I could separate it with a fork. My better half had the grilled chicken Fajita Burrito. It was very good with lots of chicken. Typical Mexican food, nice staff, and very reasonable prices for a tourist town. In fact, so much food we are having the rest of it for lunch tomorrow. Solid 3.5 rating. Great beer prices(5 bottles for $ 15) margaritas are $ 4 and the lady next to me loved it! I would not hesitate to come again or recommend if you are looking for Mexican food.

We stopped in on Sunday @ around 1pm. We were looking for a quick lunch and drinks so we decided that Mexican and margaritas sounded like a good plan. We opted to sit outside as there was a musician playing outside and to be honest the inside was completely empty minus one couple sitting at the bar. We started with the guacamole which came with a side of salsa as well. We love guac and the portion was a great size and the flavor was there but it was luke warm and just not up to par with what we were used to eating back home. Still probably the best thing we had there. We also got a pomegranate martini to split and I will admit they did put a good amount of liquor in there it was just not very tasty, pretty disappointed considering the joint is called«Margaritas». We also ordered a seafood quesadilla and steak quesadilla for our entrees. The steak one was ok but not enough flavor in the steak. With being in the south we would have hoped for fresher seafood in the quesadilla but the seafood one tasted like a bunch of mush in-between two tortillas. Our little one did enjoy his chicken quesadilla. Our server was ok, not super friendly and didn’t seem to want to be there but wasn’t bad by any means. I would not venture back.

At the office we had taco salads from here last week for lunch for the first time and they were great! Delicious and filling(big portions) so we are having them again this week :) also they are quick and have delivery if you want. There is outdoor seating which is nice. Plus kid friendly with coloring pages and chicken fingers for little picky eaters lol
